Never really ate Jersey mikes all that much but there is one close to my job now and I've lowkey been obsessed. Been twice already and plan to go like every week lol. I used to eat here back in the day and would eat the Italian sub. I decided to try something new and got the cheesesteak with mushrooms. I liked this sandwich a lot but they didn't put any sauce on it and although it didn't necessarily need sauce, I wanted sauce. So today I decided to try the chipotle cheesesteak that comes with chipotle mayo, and that's just what the sandwich needed. I always get the rosemary herb bread because it's delicious. I like the size of their sandwiches and they never skimp on the meat imo. A tad pricier than I usually pay for a sandwich at other places but it's worth it tbh. I'm excited to try more of their sandwiches now. read more

What slack-off of a franchise does this?! I pulled up in the parking lot at 8:48 PM and walk towards the restaurant's entrance to see the male worker locking it at 8:49 PM, right before I have a chance to get to the door. He then grabs the metal cooler of ice tea and hauls it back to the back room. He then turns the lights off in the store and as I'm knocking on the front glass door at 8:50 PM, he gives the slice to the throat motion (waving his hand back-and-forth across his neck), signaling that they're closed at 8:50 PM?!?!? Their front glass window has the closing hour posted as 9:00 PM as well as their website on Google!!!!!! So, they not only lost a $10-$13 sandwich sale tonight, but they also lost my business for good! It's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL that they would actually turn customers away early to get out of work 10 minutes before they're supposed to. I don't think that the franchise owner would approve of this or think that it's cute or funny, like the workers did (the man was smiling as he was wiping down the meat slicing machine as I was knocking on the door and he and the woman worker were actually smiling and laughing perhaps at each other as got into my car). I had an idea that I want to eat and review every restaurant in this strip mall gathering. It might take me a little while, but it will be fun. Jersey Mikes is a super solid chain, I especially like the red cherry pepper relish. We ordered a #8 MIke's way on the rosemary farm bread. We made it a combo (drink and chips) for $17 total. I will say the diet pepsi was perfectly carbonated. The sandwich was well constructed (didn't fall apart) and the ladies who made it were very accommodating with my toppings requests. read more

JM is my choice for subs but to wait 25min in line for an online pre order is ridiculous!! You order online for a reason... to NOT have to wait in line. This is more a knock on the management and operations process. No organization at this location. Management needs to do better on having processes in place for in line orders/online orders and people waiting for their sandwhich. I've worked around here for 3 yrs and have never been to this location! The manager was SUPER sweet and gave me a certificate for me to come back with my coworkers. We used the certificate today & there were lots of smiles. The food was fresh & amazing but the real star is the pepper relish!!! You can use it as a spread or dip it's phenomenal on anything. I saw an ad that Jersey Mike's now serves a portobello mushroom sub, so I was excited to try it. It was a Saturday at lunch time and the restaurant was empty- totally surprised me. The customer service was subpar. The two employees spoke very little English and chatted incessantly with each other. Zero smiles and I definitely didn't feel welcomed. The sandwich was good but I wished it had some fresh veggies like crisp lettuce and tomatoes. If I want another, I will go to a different Jersey Mike's. read more

Arrived at 8:30 pm to really wet floors but we knew what we wanted. I ordered my regular and my hubby ordered his. Although the food was good the girl at the counter did not seem happy. Not sure if she was having a bad day or she was fine with customers. She broke a giant sandwich in half and they had to put more meat on it as she lifted it. My first visit to this location and it was during the lunch rush. I mention that as that could explain the less than stellar service and food quality. First impression was staff didn't want to see another customer come in. I ordered anyways. I ordered my standard Turkey fixed Mike's way. Bread was somewhat stale, kind of skimpy on the lettuce and wasn't wrapped as tight as most I've received (it was not together when I got to the office with it) It did taste good, however. I still maintain that Jersey Mikes is a pricier sandwich, but after today (and my second sandwich from there in a couple months), I have to say it is worth every god damn penny!!! I once had the best sandwich of my life in a New York deli at midnight on my way home from the bar. It was simple. Turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato onion. It had oil vinegar, oregano and some salt. That was 10 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. Today I had the second best sandwich of my life. Same ingredients, same quality, different state. As I preamble I would have to declare Jersey Mike's as a company my favorite mass market submarine sandwich place. This particular location and or franchise would be my favorite out of all Jersey Mike's I've attended. The DFW area used to have a drouth of sandwich quick service restaurants. We never had many Blimpies, Quiznos are difficult if not impossible to find, and the only thing you found on most boulevards was Subway. Slowly the sandwich landscape began to change as a few McAlister's Delis emerged, and a couple of Schlotzsky's. Then there was a boom of sorts and Jersey Mike's, Firehouse Subs, Potbelly, Which Wich, Jimmy John's, Penn Station, Pita Pit, and Planet Sub all flooded the area. This conceivably was too many too fast. I would imagine with this state of hypercompetition and superfluity that we will see some closures, but for the mean time the sheer overflow of selection is nice. Jersey Mike's has a simple and easy to decode menu, with all the rudimentary submarine sandwich types, but they also have some hot varieties for those wanting something more substantial. The ingredients, specifically at this location, are always fresh and I've never even once received a tomato that was mealy or with pieces or hard core or stem remnants. The rewards program is actually rewarding, and you simply use the app on your phone to stockpile points. I typically opt for their giant sub, and I know that sounds gluttonous, but most combinations in giant form are only 1200-1400 calories. It's intensely filling to say the least, especially when you have many more hours of work to power through. Also I've found that many "sandwich artists" at Subway tend to have abrasive attitudes, and behave in flippant manners. I've even had some try to argue with me about my condiment selections. I have never had this happen at a Jersey Mike's, and their employees seem to be more than willing to make your sandwich fantasies come true. read more

Jersey Mike's is a staple when I can find one. I love the original Italian. This location was close to my hotel and other shopping. The staff was friendly and one one was cleaning up after the lunch rush. They turned the TV to the football game I was hoping to watch. A good place to eat. read more

Jersey Mike's is my go to sandwich shop, they have fresh ingredients and always tastes great. Except recently, I just moved to Irving and have been to the location near me twice now. The staff was very friendly but the sandwich was sub par. There was no one in else in there due to the Coronavirus. I got a giant turkey (usually so I have a second meal the next day). There was more bread than the ingredients. The lettuce was almost non existent and there was hardly any turkey on it and I never saw an onion when I asked if he'd put oil and vinegar he said yes but you couldn't see or taste it. The second time I ordered for delivery due to shelter-in place and it was just as sparse. My favorite part of the sandwich are the spices and vinegar they use. Maybe they have limited ingredients right now and have to ration, idk. Now they have 50% off sandwiches and free delivery but I'm worried about what I'll get this time so I'll pass. Even at 50% it is not worth the money. I'll go to a different Jersey Mike's in the future. But this is why I no longer go to Subway as well. Too bad I moved 45 minutes from my old house because the JM over there was consistently great! read more

I seem to like Jersey Mike's over all the other sub places. They cut the meat right in front of you. I usually always get the #7 Turkey with Provolone. Also the #13 Italian is great. I like to get it Mikes Way and add the sweet red sauce, gives it a little spice! Also make sure you do points to get free subs and enjoy! read more

Lunch crew employees: Their employees like to make fun of people who can't hear well. I ordered here today not able to hear them when they asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. One of the employees laughed and mentioned they need to hire people who know sign language. Also if I'm asking politely for you to speak up how about not trying that with an attitude. I was not aware of what was funny about me not being able to hear them properly but I'm glad they were able to have a laugh about it. I will not be going there again. This is a brand new shop. I do like the layout. When you come in you are greeted immediately by one of those sandwich artist. They will slice the meat and cheese right in front of you... so you know its freshly cut. The prices are on par with Jimmy Johns next door and good. Most Jersey Mike's I've been to have been great. These guys are pretty friendly and are fast! This location gets pretty busy during the lunch hour but they keep the line moving. The sandwiches taste a lot fresher here than subway. My only complaint: the parking. It can get pretty tight during the lunch hour. I would suggest either going around 11 AM or 1 PM or after to avoid a rush and get a place to park. read more

When I came here, I was greeted immediately. The people behind the counter were courteous and professional. I was a little hesitant, because I had not ordered here before. But ended up getting the California turkey club. And it was amazing. They listen to what I wanted and they didn't give me any fuss about my pickiness. They signed me up for the club, and did not pressure me into anything. We decided to sit down and eat our lunch, and they quietly worked beside us to provide an enjoyable atmosphere. Well I won't be coming back here again. messed up my order again. I don't think they comprehend the diff b/w wheat and white bread. I asked for wheat twice there and they stay giving me white bread. I get to work and see I have white bread and the so called manager Daniel didn't really have a solution to my problem other than saying Sorry. Save your sorry because now I have to try and eat this nasty white bread since I'm on my lunch and can't go back up there to get the correct food. I ordered via foodsby, when I got my order my chips were not with my order and even worse my sandwich was not what I originally ordered not even close. I called the store and they said they would write my name down for me to come in and get a replacement for sandwich & chips. I went Friday and they said well it was longer than 2 weeks ago so we can only replace your sandwich. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised to find this sandwich shop tucked away in a developing shopping center near my office. I came in during lunch and found a long line. Hungry, and eager to try this place I had heard about from co workers, I decided to wait. The line moved very quickly, and the man cutting the meats could tell it was my first time and recommended the club sub on the rosemary bread. I got it mikes way and added pickles. Great sandwich!
