The woman I can only assume is the manager here was rude,dismissive, and disrespectful to her employees and me. There was an error on my order she reversed it and took my receipts crumpled them up to throw them away when I asked for my receipt as I need the copy she was annoyed and was rude like she has never had to pay taxes and balance her books. She was dismissive to her one employee that was doing everything, making orders, taking orders and running the register. She never apologized for the error on my order but instead acted like I was inconveniencing her. I have no idea how any employee stays there but I wont be going back. I have been eating at Jersey Mike's subs for 15 plus years. From when I was on the east coast to Austin and now Georgetown. Although I like their subs - the service in Georgetown really sucks. I was given chopped-up used bread that looked like it came from a random trash stack of bread. On top of that, the kids working there have zero customer service skills and really bad attitudes anytime you ask for something simple--like extra items or even a to-go bag to pack your own food. Tasty sub and decent service. The only downside was that they were very cheap with the ingredients. We ordered cheesesteaks and had maybe 5 grilled onion pieces on each. Then paid over 1.60 extra for mushrooms per sub, but had like 6 mushroom pieces each. Ordered online today and as usual the order we received was missing items and sandwiches were not made as they were ordered but we paid for items we didn't receive. We don't bother ordering the cookies anymore since they never make it to the order and not driving 30 minutes back to get them. Today it was the chips missing and bread was not what we ordered. We did get the drinks requested but the bottled iced tea was not cold. The tuna sandwich had bread so soggy it disintegrated and the bread was not what was ordered. The other sandwich didn't have the right bread either. Purposely do not order the white bread because it gets soggy quickly. There was nobody in the restaurant nor parking lot so errors were not because they were slammed. Not he first time we've complained to this franchise about shorting our order. Previous times we were unable to get a refund on shorted items unless we came back to the store. Called again and manager indicated she would refund the price of the missing items.,Yet to see. I don't understand why this is a chronic issue. Looking forward to a new local location opening soon. Hopefully it's a different franchise owner and the people from this store aren't new staff trainers!!! Refuse to go to Subway under any circumstances. Don't patronize this franchise unless you're ok with paying for sandwiches that aren't made to your order and don't get all items ordered. read more

The assistant manager Krystal Ramos has the worst attitude I've ever encountered in any restaurant or fast food service industry. Every time I come into this place and she's working she is hateful. With every customer!! I can't believe I hear what I hear. No friendliness or customer service and her tone is absurd. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I'm traveling for work and staying very close to Jersey Mike's, I have been here 3 times around dinner time and all 3 times they are out of rosemary parm bread, the restaurant is dirty and the sandwiches are not what I'm used to from Jersey Mike's. I think Jersey Mike's is the best sub on the planet, but not this location it is borderline Subway which is horrible. Staff is not up to par for Jersey Mike's either, not ad bad as Subway but not much to brag about. read more

The food was good! However we waited in line approximately 40 minutes. Each employee had their specific job and appeared to not be cross trained. The manager was the only person who could make sandwiches and he was often distracted as things came up that his workers didn't know how to handle. This is my favorite jersey Mike's in Georgetown. It's been a great pleasure coming in here recently as the store seems to be much cleaner and the staff are great. I've enjoyed getting to know Krystal and Malik take great care of me every time I come in. We recently had the district wide track and field meet hosted by Eastview high school. Jersey Mike's catered enough sandwiches for the 110 coaches. The sandwiches were an absolute hit with the teams! And the sandwiches were prepared well, in time to be picked up for our event, they were made perfectly with the right amount of meat, cheese, and vegetables. The management team and the staff is really growing here at this Georgetown location and everyone should go there and give them a try. I have ordered sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's since it opened, and although a few times, there have been lines and a little slow, which would be expected, my sandwiches were always the way I asked for them to be made. Always fresh and friendly staff. A big shout out to the team there this week, including their manager and assistant manager for helping us to prepare for such a large event. The subs are fine. They have a bad habit of squashing the bread when they cut it, but overall it's a 'Fine' sun. The problem is the employees. Just order take out. Do not interact in any way with the men behind the counter. Skip customer service, they don't even understand basic politeness. Like saying "Hello", I literally was pointed at in line and the guy said "You. What do you want!!" The older lady behind me didn't even get that, they guy behind the counter pointed to his boss and said "Your turn. You get this one."... Am I missing something... read more

I've been two times and both times I've waited exceptionally long times to get my food. The second time I ordered ahead and was guaranteed it would be ready 45 minutes later. I arrived and found they hadn't started my order and was back logged on online orders. Several folks ahead of me with same problem. I could have waited in line and gotten my food faster. I never write reviews !!! I am absolutely furious with the way I was treated and what I walked into at the Georgetown location . I was owed a free sandwich because they made a Philly cheesesteak with chicken instead of beef the week before ( I literally get one every week ) spoke with the manager and he told me to call it in when I wanted to redeem or come in the store . So I called to place my phone order and was immediately told to get online they only had 2 people working , put the phone down and walked off . I waited 5 minutes heard him telling the other employee why I was on the phone and no one ever came back to the phone. Hung up and called back someone else answers I ask his name and he hangs up on me. Call back again and they pick up and hang up. So at lunch I go in to get my sandwich and when I walk in the 2 guys who took the phone calls are laughing and talking about how they left me on the phone and hung up on me and should have gave me fake names , not realizing I am the person who was on the other end of the phone . So I am livid and tell them I am the person they are talking about and ask for a manager ( yes I totally went Karen, I have never in my life been in this situation and it was very upsetting) they all ignore me every single one of them , there was 4 , a tall hispanic man on the grill , a short white man in his 50-60's taking orders, very young tall man with strawberry blonde curly hair making the sandwiches and a woman in her mid to late 60's at the register , the kid making sandwiches laughed as they all ignored me. I never got a mangers name nor one of the employees OR MY FOOD! So I hope this reaches the owner of this location so you know what terrible employees you have serving the Georgetown area .
