Really bad performance this evening fellows. #31 had more mayo than meat. Only two tomato's on a giant sub and everything scrunched in the middle. No wonder you only cut it in two. Had it been in 4's the ends would have been bread alone. Avoid this location! If you have to go to this location avoid getting a hot sub at all cost. What a disaster. I still feel sick from this concoction and the night is young. Why did this happen? Was it due to the order being from Uber eats? We came in and picked it up. No tip on initial purchase. I was at Jersey Mike's Subs this week (amidst the Coronavirus when they are CLAIMING to be more hygienic then normal???) (I would have ordered through the app however it was broken, we'll get back to that) and I almost threw up at how much the worker touched without changing his gloves. Credit cards, money, his apron, the cabinets, and EVERYONES food. I legitimately had to tell him to change them. Then he changed ONE, and I called him out and he was like "what?! Why do I need to change them both?!" And I walked out. Also, because the app had crashed, the place was packed, DIRTY, and people that had ordered ahead were waiting for legit 30 minutes for their food. They obviously had not prepared well that day because it was lunch time and they were already out of white and wheat I recommend you stay away from this place, at least until the virus is over. Great location here in Fair Lakes VA. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff who are attentive and work to keep the store clean. I really like this Jersey Mike's and have always been super impressed by these two taller guys that work there who are super hard working and super friendly to customers. However, I went in the other day and was a little taken a back. One of these guys was working his tail off because it was super busy. Then he gets a phone call and completely stops what he's doing. Looked like his manager was chewing him out on the phone. Anyway he was visibly shaken by the phone call and mumbled something about getting yelled at for not working hard enough. I was pretty upset by it considering this kid is, as I mentioned, super hard working and friendly and professional (to the point at which I always thought he should go get his own franchise honestly). And to chew him out over the phone while he's working like a mad man trying to take care of a burst of customers. Anyway, I'm removing one star for the idiot who doesn't appreciate a star employee. And I'm removing another star because this kid should have told the manager where to shove her favorite sub. Besides all that, I love this place and come here with my two boys all the time. Above and beyond on so many levels: besides their excellent Club sub served Mike's way, I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom and drove home 3 hours away. I came in today to grab some subs to go. The lady taking my order kept asking me what I wanted then walked away twice when I told her so it's no wonder that my entire order was wrong. She asked what I wanted on my subs so I told her, meatball as it is and the Italian with mayo and mustard. After a fairly long time, the Italian was produced and again I was asked what I wanted and the male working proceeded to put tomatoes on my sandwich as I'm watching him and telling him "no I don't want tomatoes" (he ended up removing them) when I arrived home I discovered that the meatball sub was soaked in mayo and mustard! EW!! Maybe these mistakes would be avoided if you made eye contact with your customer as they're ordering. Before I got back into my car to go back and fix the sub I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager wasn't in, and I could call the owner if I needed something. How do you have a place open without a manager on site? That's crazy! No wonder the employees were so incapable of providing good customer service, there was nobody there to set an example for them or run the store! I did however explain my problem to the gentlemen on the phone and he did not offer any apology or solution to the problem. Just told me to call the owner. He didn't ask me if I was going to come back or offer to have a new, correct sub ready for me or anything! Just told me to call the owner. My coworkers and I were working late on weekends and decided to try Jersey Mike's for lunch. We had 13 orders of subs and salads. We had some trouble ordering online because the salads wouldn't go through unless you chose a bread (what?) so we had to call the store about it. Our order was ready by the time we went to pick up, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the ladies asked if we frequent the location often, and gave us a catering menu for the future. The sub portions were great and the salads looked full and delicious. My only gripe was that there was a TON of iceberg lettuce and it was hard to keep my desk lettuce-free. I'm sure they just wanted to put lots of ingredients in the sub, but it just made it too messy. I do want to go back sometime soon and try a hot sub! read more

I love the bread, i love the cheese, i love the oil and vinegar, and the crunchy bacon...its pretty much the perfect sandwich as far as I am concerned. Not great but better than average. Ordered a cheese steak and was not disappointed by the sandwich at all, usual "steak-ums" quality meat that you would expect at this type of restaurant and price range although everything else was good quality and the vegetables they were using looked pretty fresh as the sandwich was being prepared. I really wish they offered some kind of side other than a bag of chips like fries or onion rings. While my sandwich was certainly better than a Subway steak and cheese, it wasn't that much better, offering something more than the chips might actually set this restaurant apart from the other establishments offering similar food at cheaper prices. The service like the food was not bad, but just average. I take advantage of being able to order online whenever possible but Jersey Mike's website if not the most intuitive or easiest site to navigate (this is coming from an IT professional). Service at the store was not exceptionally friendly but hey were able to speedily prepare my food and count my change so I'm not dissatisfied. 3/5 Probably will not be back, but only because there are so many other options in such a close radius. read more
