Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The restaurant itself looks clean, has plenty of space to dine in, and parking is easy, no complaints there. Now, the food... I should've known something was off when I had to drive with the windows down because of the smell. It was an overwhelming mix of vinegar and hot sauce. My boyfriend ordered sliders with cheese fries. The tenders were completely overloaded with seasoning -- to the point where it was excessive and unpleasant. He chose the "mild" spice level, and there was no heat at all. I ordered the chicken sandwich (medium) with cheese fries. The sandwich itself had potential, but the single tender packed with heavy, overpowering seasoning ruined it. It honestly ended up being some of the worst chicken I've ever had. I also ordered a reaper tender (which requires signing a waiver), and I regret it. Yes, it's hot, but beyond that, it's just not good. It tastes like the chicken was rolled in every spice possible without any balance. I love spicy food and was excited to try it, but this was just unpleasant. The portions, especially the cheese fries, were small for the price. I spent about $50 for two meals, two drinks, and one extra tender, which didn't feel worth it at all. The slush drinks (similar to Minute Maid) were also disappointing -- they tasted sour, almost like the machine hadn't been properly cleaned. Overall, I'd rate this a 3/10, and those points are entirely for the customer service from Kimani and Lisa. If I could get a refund, I would.

Here you can create your own unique salad with a good variety of salad makings including your basic lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers plus potato salads, fruits and a great variety of other salad toppings, vegetables and dressings. They have a good hot food bar too with various meat dishes, chicken and so forth plus pasta dishes, potatoes, vegetables and more. You'll also find some nice treats in their bakery area such as muffins and cookies. Their deli carries Boar's Head deli meats which is a very good meat company and their cheeses are excellent as well. If you're looking to buy groceries here they do carry quite a few of the essentials. They have a good sized produce area here as well for your fruits and veggies. It is a busy store but the cashiers keep the lines going at a pretty good clip. The atmosphere is nice and it's always a clean store which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. When I am passing through the area I always make it a point to stop by and see what they have to offer.

The sandwich cost $14.75, and the penne was another $11.00. There were no pizza slices, no arancini. Rather disappointing and bare. In fact, the lemon cookie I bought, which was NOT mind blowing in any sense, was the single best thing I bought there. I know good Italian deli, and yes, I have been to Sicily on several occasions. This was more like a Subway attempt at Italian food. I do not expect to go back.

We ordered their infamous Italian sub with the rosemary cheese bread and I kid you not, it was the best sandwich ever (hence the 5 star rating).... If you don't have allergies like me, ask for it "Mike's way"... The chipotle cheese steak was perfect! They don't make it in front of you, however, they make it fresh to go!! It was also perfectly seasoned... This is my first chain restaurant that I've given back to back good reviews for... I seriously hope they keep this up!! I will definitely be a repeat customer... Y'all come check this spot out!
