Never eat here if you plan on using the app. Especially if you want a different cheese. They not once have gotten my cheese right and I put it in special instructions every time. When I place the order I did ask to have the names put on the wrapping so we knew which sandwich was for who and I wasn't done, so that's something that could be better, but overall was a great experience. read more

Very unprofessional, walked in got my cold sandwich right away waited 25 mins for my warm sandwich saw people who walked in after me order a hot sandwich and get out before me, when I brought it up to the staff all they had was excuses and were extremely rude when I was nice, then finally when I got my sandwich the fat lady threw it at the table all pissed off. Every time I'm in this location some customer is pissed and is waiting for a crazy ammount of time. Get better help. read more

Jersey Mike's is a staple sandwich shop. As solid a lunch choice as one could make, and darn well worth your time to check out if you have never been. I love me some subs....not your hippie sandwich of the west that's been perverted into something it shouldnt be....a simple delicious sub. Great bread, above average meats, stinky cheese, and shredded lettuce topped with oil and vinegar make these as legitimate a sub you are ever gunna get in a chain sandwich shop in the northwest. Back in New York good subs were easy to come by. The kind that raise your blood pressure from all the cured meat and that bread that leaves your jaw tired after finishing. They dont quite stack up to east coast subs but we shouldnt expect them to right? Jersey Mike's is the best chain sandwich shop in this valley to my knowledge. My boy Drew C. had it right...the cheassteaks cant be overlooked here...this valley is hurting for them and this is one of the better places to go to get your fix whether it be cold cuts or a hot cheesesteak get over there and enjoy a great samich! read more

I was drawn in by the Stubborn Soda sign in the window. I love this brand's root beer. I was feeling a little guilty that I was only going to order a small beverage, so I decided to give this place a try. It was just before noon. I ordered a small veggie. They do offer banana peppers and a lot of places do not. Good for them! Jersey Mike's does have a decent selection of veggies from which to choose. Although they have a good soft drink option and good vegetable selection, overall, I think Jersey Mike's is no better or no worse than the other sub places that have similar offerings. Here is what I did not like about this location: When I had a question about the chip offerings, the staff person seemed almost annoyed that I would ask the obvious. I thought perhaps they had run out of "plain" Miss Vickies. It turns out they have several offerings from Miss Vickie's on the chip shelf, but they do not carry plain. Now I know. The real turn-off at this location for me was the indifference of the staff; hospitality is not their strong suit. read more

Jersey mikes is great. Sandwiches are great but the blonde dude with the shaved head and beard is a huge a-hole for no reason. Everytime I go in I hope he isn't working. I am relieved when I see that he isn't. Some of the other workers seem to act like my presence is an inconvenience but none are as worse as him. Occasionally there are friendly workers there, it's usually a 50/50 chance you'll get welcoming service. Seems like half the staff hate their jobs. But the one blonde guy with short hair and beard is especially rude and cold. read more

Until today I really enjoyed this place. I always order the Big Kahuna. Sandwich was okay but the 10.00 price tag for a redular 8" sandwich blew me away. The fact that a large is 16.00 makes no sense at all. Shouldn't half the sandwich be half the price? Also, if you order delivery the sandwich are 2.00 more for some reason. Easy to check for yourself order one delivery and then look at the regular menu on their app the sandwiches are $2 more plus at delivery charge on top of that total BS. read more

Simply put, the staff failed on one sandwich multiple times (placed via online order...so should be easy), they cost me over 60 minutes of my time, were annoyed throughout that I wanted what I paid for, and I was clearly penalized for pushing back and wanting my order done right. I am from Georgia and I used to go to J.Mike's regularly. I was so happy when they started building one so close to where I live. I ordered subs there yesterday and it is as good as I remember! (Bye-Bye Jimmy John's!!). The #6 Roast beef was so flavorful. The oil/vinegar and oregano (I opted for no salt - and no mayo since that would be overkill with oil - I did ask for a little mustard though) really added to the taste of the medium rare roast beef. The bread was nice and crusty. it was the best sub I have had in a long time. I also ordered a #56 Cheesesteak (my friend and I had half of each) and that was delicious as well! How can you go wrong with grilled onions, mushroom, peppers, jalapeños, on top of roasted beef and lots of melted cheese?! Sooo good! Everything was just so YUM! First time going in. Found a hair in a veggie sub. The wrap I got was touch and go as far as taste goes. The cheese was all on one thick mound but the grilled onions were good. The spinach wrap was moist and delicious but the whole thing was dripping watery ranch and we received no napkins for our take out.
