I have been a customer for 4 years. Recently I noticed that the bread seemed different, it was softer than usual. I contacted JERSEY MIKES and they said that the local store would contact me. pickup order should have taken a couple mins. staff doesn't make eye contact and avoids the pickup area. The pickup orders are hidden and staff ignores already paid customers. The service in the bloomington indiana is typically poor at best. They turn an easy potentially friendly process into a problem. read more

Yet another Mike's I just had to check out because I'm on a roll collecting rewards points and entering their basketball trivia sweepstakes. Every order via the app gets you another entry for their free trip to the Final Four in Houston. This location is just a tad smaller than the other places I have visited. I was here during the noon hour and the dining seating was still more than adequate. Today I tried a "bowl." Yes, you can order a sub sandwich without the bun and get the insides in a bowl which is rectangle in shape. You can save half the calories and even more on carbs. A #17 regular is 710 calories while a bowl is only 430 calories per the app. It is the way to go for me since I watch my waistline religiously especially after buying all new smaller size clothing ;-) My meal was excellent as usual. I do have to eat it quickly because without the bun the meat cools off faster sitting on a bed of cold lettuce. Hey Mike's, if your reading this, figure out a way to make the lettuce warmer for the bowls. In addition to the usual Chocolate Chip Cookies offered, they also have Snicker Doodles and Brownies all from the same company, David's Cookies. An employee said their brownies are very popular. I have not seen the brownies in the other stores. One thing do I like seeing is that in addition to keeping their tables clean and wiped down often they also restock the chips racks. Honestly the dumbest group of employees I've ever interacted with this is the worst jersey mikes I've ever been to they get your order wrong and or charge you wrong every single visit. Guess that happens when you hire a bunch of fu**ing retards. Oh and it's gross in there watched an employee put mayo covered lettuce back into the container. read more

I don't patronize many franchise restaurants, but today I tried the new Jersey Mike's in B-town for the first time. Let me tell you, it will not be the last time! The ordering is very easy online (during these pandemic days). I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and my partner ordered the "mini" Club Sub. A lot of options when ordering. Type of roll, condiments, etc. Pick up was easy and contact-free. We ended up eating at one of their outdoor tables, since the weather was beautiful. My Philly was terrific! The best I have had in many years. Definitely, the best I have had in Bloomington. The bread was fresh, the sandwich was full of tender steak, melted white cheddar, sweet peppers, and delicious onions. Jean loved her "Club Sub". The mini size was actually fairly large. She got hers on the whole wheat roll and thought it was great. The turkey, ham, cheese, and bacon was fresh and sliced nice and thin. Enough of each ingredient to actually taste it. Two thumbs WAY up for Jersey Mike's! Looking forward to many return trips. Even signed up for their rewards program. Love, love Jersey Mike's! The #9 on rosemary cheese bread is my absolute favorite. The only thing that I wish is that they offered a couple of soups. Doesn't have to be gourmet or complicated. On a cold day, a mini or regular sub, a bag of chips, and a warm cup of soup would be awesome! I have actually ordered from other places where I could have a sandwich and soup, even though I really wanted Jersey Mike's. Keep up the good work!! read more

Very rude man (manager?) said if I was standing by my chair (just walked in), I needed a mask on..There was no one else in there...This gives him a chance to Bully me... A 70 year old woman...very mean man.. I stand by these details... You dont verbally attack a person just because they dont run from the door and rapidly slide into a chair... I went to this location the day before Mother's Day and received some of the best service I have received so far from a sandwich shop here in Bloomington. Everyone was friendly. I'm so glad that Jersey Mike's has come to Bloomington. We moved here recently from Los Angeles, and we have been longing for subs from Jersey Mike's again. We went on the first day they were open and it is just as good as they were in LA. My favorite is the #9, Mike's way. My wife likes the #10 with the addition of cheese and just tomatoes and onions.
