Every part of my order was wrong. my quesadilla didn't have cheese in it. i didn't get my rice or beans as my sides. my burrito was completely wrong. my order was also 30 mins late. every table is dirty and the employees aren't very nice. they are always out of forks or napkins and the drink machines are always empty. read more

I made the mistake of not reviewing my Yelp prior to ordering a steak burrito at the Bloomington location. I assumed Chipotle was reasonably consistent with food quality amongst the other Chipotle restaurants around the country. WRONG! I ordered on the app & even though my updates on their progress wasn't communicating I showed up to pick up my food based on their estimated time. Whoever the guy on the line was around 3:50pm today (1/18), cmon dude. Chipotle is so inconsistent, this is a picture of my partners bowl with ONE bite taken out of it. There was a line to the door today, and the single person on the line was taking his sweet time. He was not even trying to move quickly, and the portion sizes were incredibly disappointing. We essentially paid for half servings. I almost said something to him after he genuinely only gave half scoops of everything to both myself and my partner, but I shouldn't have to! I know this is a food service job but, Jesus, at least try. Do they really pay him enough to skimp this hard? Not worth paying for it! My entire burrito had 3-4 bites with any meat in it. No chips ready either, so couldn't even fill up on chips and queso. I also saw (what I assume to be) a manager doing f all to help or ensure consistency, which is embarrassing for him. Both of these guys obviously cannot handle the positions they are in. Would skip the Kirkwood chipotle and head over to Qdoba if you're desperate for fast casual bowls and burritos. read more

The profile picture on my Yelp profile is of the very first time I had a Chipotle burrito. It was actually in Las Vegas. At the time, Chipotle did not exist in our area. Thankfully, that has been rectified. I love Chipotle. There's just no getting around it. I love the quality of their ingredients. I have no fear of E. coli. In some ways the E. coli scare has been great for me, as it is scared off other customers and made their lines shorter. So that's been a bit of a silver lining for me. In a perfect world, their hot salsa would be a little less hot. The flavor is amazing, but the heat is a little rough on me. Also, the chip portions are a joke. But just so you know I can be somewhat objective here, I will admit on the record that Chipotle's queso is absolutely disgusting. That stuff should be banned by the government. We ate here Friday while we were in town for a track meet and this was the worst experience I ever had at a Chipotle unfortunately. We walked around 8:00pm and after ordering a chicken Bowl they let us know that they didn't have any toppings because they were out for the night. They let us know they close at 10 but do $14,000 in sales so since they are so busy they don't make more. Every single table was dirty until my assistant track coach went and got wet paper towels from the bathroom to clean off our tables because the staff let us know they would get to it in a little bit. The service was poor it took them over 30 minutes to serve 2 customers with a line of over 20. There were workers standing around idle in the back just watching. And they're often out of basic items like white rice or chicken even before rush starts. If you can avoid chipotle on Kirkwood I would. read more

I just ordered chipotle for delivery and I am beyond upset! First I paid almost 70$ for portion sizes that are ridiculous won't even fill up 1 person let alone to the food was cold! I've had mixed success at this place but it seems to have gone further downhill each time I give it another try. My pregnancy cravings were demanding a burrito so I figured I'd give it another shot. I ordered 3 for pickup and the place was packed as usual when we got there to pick them up. They had run out of tortillas and made the burritos as bowls instead. Instead of cilantro rice, it came with what appeared to be plain instant rice, which was undercooked and crunchy. Basically inedible. Laughing Planet, please come back. read more

Honestly this is a the absolute worst chipotle you will ever go to. They act is if they are scooping out their wage when their serving you, let alone how beyond rude they will be. You want double chicken? Well you're not getting it. This has to be the worst chipotle in the country. I pick up orders from this chipotle and they run about an hour behind every evening, 7 days a week. I've never seen anything like it. They stay in business completely on demand, but they can't keep any good workers for very long. Sometimes they get so behind the other chipotle in town gets behind on the orders they're getting instead of this one. Even when I come here as a customer and order in person, the line workers give small scoops and can't wrap the burritos properly. For some reason this chipotle also keeps their shelf inside the kitchen, so even if your order is eventually prepared, you still have to wait for an employee to call it out in a list of 20+ names as they read the entire shelf. Hands down the worst establishment in the country. Only thing Im happy about being a senior and leaving in a few months is that i will never have to rely on this location ever again. I have had many bad experiences hear in the past few years. I have learned to always check my bowl after and online order. and to never ever order on the line. There could be like 6 people on line and it will take 30 minute to get out of there. they will have 5 employees in the back doing whatever and one person will be on the line doing everything up to the cash register. I love their hot salsa and they dont give the option on the app to add it as a side portion so I always have to ask an employye to get me a couple side orders of sour cream and hot salsa. i like to mix them and eat it with chips. Though this past time I shit you not, no one was in there but me and the employee have me such an attitude and filled my side portions like a quarter of the way. I know im not the only one who is forced to hate this place. it is very sad and chipolte hq needs to see that and hire a new manage. read more

I'm going to preface this review by stating I get more chipotle than anyone you'll ever meet. Once or twice a day for the past 7 years. Same order every time. I want to start by saying that as a long time and hopefully valued customer, I am simply not being treated right at all. Management (specifically Mrs. Yankey) is not friendly and seems to rush me every time I'm there. They give me tiny portions, their meat is often fatty or burnt, the guacamole has huge chunks of avocado in it and is usually browning, the red hot sauce is always a bit dirty brown, and on top of all this they simply refuse to pour my vinaigrette on- sounds petty but if you understand that I shake it up before I eat it, you'll understand how much of an annoyance this is, as I have to take off the lid, pour it on myself, then ask for a new lid to put on so I can shake it. Is it so hard to just pour it on for me??? I pay $11.58 every time I go there and in return the tiniest little bit of sub par food. On top of this, 99% of the time I order delivery from Kirkwood Chipotle it's the wrong order. It's always terribly upsetting. My advice- go to the chipotle in college mall!!! As a long time Chipotle customer, it pains me to write this review. My experience at this location has deteriorated over the past few years. My scoops? Smaller. The prices? Larger. My love for Chipotle? Diminished. Maybe just a me thing. But, I have recently discovered in converse with my acquaintances that I do not stand alone on this hill. This location is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to and I've been to many a Chipotle in my day. I love me some Chipotle but now that I'm in Indiana, I might have to avoid the chain altogether. Outlining my poor experience below: A) dirty tables/dirty counter - I've been to busier chipotle locations in LA and they've been way cleaner than this location B) subpar food quality - overall meal was super salty for some reason. Guac was gross - this might be an Indiana avocado problem but still... I expect Chipotle's supply chain to figure that out. Furthermore, the chips were SO stale. I'm upset I paid for that kind of quality. D) Way under staffed - I stood by the counter to ask for forks because they were clearly out & was basically ignored after they rudely brushed me off & motioned towards where they usually keep the forks. Someone came to add more utensils after but all the had to do was take a second to speak with me so I could tell them they were out. After I got meal, the line started buildup up and again & finally more employees began to show up. I will say that the chipotle prices here are about $1-$2 cheaper than LA. read more

The food is always overcooked and mushy (including rice, beans, fajita veggies, and barnacle in my experience). I decided to eat at this Chipotle last night and when I walked in I noticed that there was only 1 employee working in the front of the store. He was putting together the food as well as ringing people up. The line wasn't too long, but it took 30 minutes to get through due to the lack of staff. After I finally got to the front of the line, I ordered a bowl and asked for extra white rice. I was denied because they were apparently running out of rice quickly. I didn't quite understand that but just let it go as I was already quite hungry. The part that really made me upset was when the 2 young men behind me asked for extra white rice, and the same worker told them yes. Ok--so there is absolutely nothing special about Chipotle. Let's get that out of the way as early as possible. You get your choice of meat/veggies in a subway styled line up. The food is made in store daily which gives it an up to the powder mixed of Taco Bell. I think their guacamole is good....its not the best guac but its good. Pinto beans are not vegetarian. Fyi. The black beans are. They are really upfront about it, so I have no qualms here. My favorite thing about Chipotle is their online group ordering system. I get this for work all the time with large groups ranging from 20-150 people. Its super easy to coordinate. Type in each person's email, they choose what they want, you get an email when all are selected....you choose pick-up time and bam. I highly recommend giving 2 days notice if you pass 30 people.....thats only polite. Its not fancy catering, but everyone gets what they want. They are usually accurate.
