I go here regularly. Always great! Staff is on top of things. Chicken salad and cheesesteaks are my go tos here.

My experience today- Your food will be ready at 12:20. I show up at 12:30, giving them a grace period of 10 minutes. 5 customers are in the restaurant. I ask if my food is ready, they say they haven't started it yet, it will be another 10 minutes. I canceled it. I walked over to HT, made my own subs and saved $30 in the process. Gotta do better JM! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

Jersey Mike's is one of those places where you walk in thinking, I'll just grab something small, and walk out holding a sandwich that could double as a free weight. I love that they offer the "mini" size -- perfect for when you're pretending to have self-control -- but even the mini feels generous. The tuna fish here is creamy, fresh, and honestly makes me question why I ever ate tuna from anywhere else. The Italian is loaded with flavor and has that perfect balance of salty, spicy, and "I should've ordered another one for later." And don't even get me started on the hot peppers -- they're bold, brash, and could probably convince a bland sandwich to get its life together. When I want to be a little healthier (or at least convince myself I'm being healthier), I go for the "Sub in a Tub." It's basically all the fillings without the bread, which makes me feel virtuous enough to add extra cheese without guilt. The staff always makes you feel welcome, the sandwiches are consistently excellent, and somehow I always end up leaving with a smile... and maybe a little hot pepper juice on my shirt. read more

I'm surprised that they have 2.8 stars. They don't listen to what you say and just tell you what they won't do. Was not happy with my experience. This has happened twice to me at this restaurant will be my last time being there. read more

One of the employees is soooooo rude! I came in and ordered 3 sandwiches. All #3s. I ordered them without provolone. The #3 is ham and provolone. I see one of the gentlemen make two sandwiches and then I don't see my third. I ask the cashier if the other sandwich is coming or if that is it sitting there (the other worker walked away without finishing it) or if it is the customer behind me. The cashier isn't sure and asks the sandwich maker who gets incredibly rude with him. I then ask if that is my sandwich then please no provolone. The orginal rude sandwich maker says "the sandwich doesn't come with provolone." I said it's the #3 and it does come with it and I don't want it. He then PUTS his hands together like I'm a child and with the rudest tone says "THE SANDWICH DOES NOT COME WITH PROVOLONE..." I give him the dirtiest look because I expect the same respect and tone that I used with him. I don't appreciate the hand gestures like I am stupid or the tone! And guess what to top it off, the sandwich wasn't even the #3. The meat was not ham! It was something completely different with a kick to it. The rude sandwich maker was coughing and probably sick but then stay home, don't come and be rude to people. read more

USED to be our favorite place for sandwiches. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but shrinkflation has killed a formerly well respected and proportioned sandwich. Sadly I am disappointed. Quality of meat in #6 is still there but not what it used to be read more

Some of the employees here are incredibly rude for no reason. They also don't listen to what you're asking for!

Employees are not friendly and their sub prices are too high Why their subs are too high in price even though the quality is ok Now today I found out they are fined for child labor violation https://www.loudounnow.com/news/loudoun/child-labor-violations-found-at-multiple-loudoun-jersey-mike-s-subs/article_3c0998ce-e55a-11ee-86b3-cb76c4533038.html Multiple Loudoun County Jersey Mike's Sub restaurants, owned by the same operator, were recently found to have violated child labor regulations by the U.S. Department of Labor after an investigation showed minors were allowed to perform dangerous tasks and work longer hours than allowed under law. The operator, JM Burke of Charleston, South Carolina paid $108,161 in civil penalties to resolve the infractions. read more

Great subs made to order while you watch. Premium ingredients, fresh sob rolls, the hot subs are especially addictive. The only reason I give them 3 starts is that the size of the sub compared to its price is not right read more

Excellent steak and cheese subs. Their bread served is fresh. Their prices are a little on the expensive side. But worth it. I recommend if you are wanting a steak and cheese or fresh sub sandwich. Good size dining area and there is also outside seating. read more

I have visited this location frequently, as I require my meals be gluten free. Tonight, I place an order on the app at 7:45, to be ready at 8. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:10, as I live quite far away. When I arrived, the clerk said "we don't have gluten free bread". She started offering me what else I could have, but I had really wanted a sub. I asked her why no one had called me before I drove all the way over, but she had no response and did not apologize. Other times, the gluten free bread shows on the app as unavailable, so I am not sure why that was not the case tonight. Regardless, the staff had a full 25 minutes (including 10 after the time the order should have been ready) to let me know my food was unavailable. I will not be back to this location. read more

The bread was a little worn. Definitely not enough cold cuts. You operate a nationwide sandwich establishment. Act like one. If you were making sofas and they were uncomfortable with springs coming out, no one would buy them. Why then should rich Ashburnians keep coming ba k for lame overpriced boilerplate sandwiches that definitely do not look like the ones on TV with Danny Devito. If anyone wants to make serious money in this county, open a sandwich shop and make big thick juicy sandwiches with love, care, and respect. You should not have to drive to the Italian Store in Arlington for a solid sandwich. I'm just fed up with chain choices down here in Nor VA. Truly, Tubby the Sandwich Expert read more

Having given a bad review recently for this location I have to say that my experience today was very different. The associate that made our sandwiches was very responsive to the subs were made exactly as requested. I appreciate the fact that when a review is posted here the Jersey Mike's management reaches out and agrees to review the situation with local management. Do not hesitate to visit this location as it is now great. read more

Food is always great but so NOT go to this location if you expect prompt service.tried an experiment this time...placed a mobile app order from my car and then sat inside of a nearly empty store to see what the constant delays are here. Three works just taking their time and not caring much about doing their job. Place the order at 3:52 in the afternoon. Finally just handed me the bag at 4:21. And forgot the chips that went with it as well. Be warned read more

OK....after getting a poorly made sub a few weeks ago..and reviewing it .. ( they mistakenly added vinegar that I asked not to...then..realizing their mistake...simply scraped the lettuce off..put another layer on..but vinegar taste remained. I took it anyway because I was running late and needed to eat). Gave it another try today.Terrible sub! Ordered on line at 10:30 AM.....they said pickup at 11:07...I did...sub was not cut....bread WAS NOT completely baked...was VERY pasty.....and sub was "pressed" into a three inch high mass!!! Could not eat it.....two bites a threw it away.... I have patronized this place for five years..."loved" the old crew...great guys/gals!...BUT... there is something very wrong with the current crew and management!!!! THEY NEED TO CORRECT THIS OR CLOSE!!!!!! read more

The Service was bad, they act like they didn't want to be there. They throw your sandwich together, the sandwich was a mess . They made the sandwich on the counter, with no paper under it to protect your bread from the counter. I'll never go there again, if you take the chance, watch closely how they make your sandwich, and duck because you could get hit with some food. read more

Thank you to Doug, Phillip, and the awesome team at this location for taking care of me. Had a little bit miscommunication with an order but went in today 3/21/20 for my order and the young lady handled it perfectly. Me: Can I get a tuna melt sub with bacon? The guy: Sure Me: Great, I'll get the big size The guy: Great I went to the cash register. $17 but that's OK, I really wanted it. Me: Is that cheese melted? The cashier: No Me: I ordered a tuna melt The guy: We can't do that Me: But you said you could The guy: People ask for a tuna melt but they just mean tuna and cheese, we can't melt cheese on tuna. Me: No thanks. Left disappointed read more

Place is really hit and miss last few orders completely miss wrong items or open items

Priority has no meaning. It's customer no service. You can go in and the employees are so uncommunicative they won't even acknowledge you. And don't raise a complaint after you have sat there thirty minutes waiting in the shop on your two sandwiches you called in from home. The lanky lads will draw up defensively like you're the problem. read more

Solid place, great service and great sandwiches. Hard to find a place where people seem to actually appreciate their jobs these days, the employees here seem to. The sandwiches aren't any better here than any other Jersey Mikes, but the service sets them apart. read more

Worst Jersey Mikes in the area. Have been frequently visiting this restaurant for 2 years and nothing has changed. Everytime I come here my sandwich in some way or another is messed up. Yesterday was the final straw. First the manager if thats what you can call that stupid chick is rude af. Always has a attitude and constantly on her phone. Not to mention as a manager when you have a new hire you need to be training them not texting your friends on your phone. Asked for a 42 as I always do and when I got home noticed I had a 43. Called back and the kid who answered the phone at first was nice but did that quickly change once I came back to the store. The incompetent manager who was once again on her phone tried to claim I said 43, well both of them did actually. I never order a 43 always a 42. They then proceeded to ask me why I am so upset. Well let me ask you this if this constantly happened to you wouldn't you be pissed off? Seems like she doesn't wanna be a manager nor do her job the proper way. As someone who runs food establishments that would NEVER fly on my watch. She quite honestly needs to be terminated or reprimanded. Also the new kid you have working tell him if he isnt sure to ask. Better to be correct than to mess up a order and have to deal with pissed off customers. Your first day cool but your manager needs to watch over instead of being on her phone face buried in tic tok. I will NEVER come back to this jersey mikes and best believe I will make sure you don't any money from anyone close to me. Shittiest store in the area with the dumbest workers read more

DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a #17....their signature Philly Cheesesteak sub. I had been looking forward to this sub for two days. I was envisioning an overflowing thick sub that I couldn't even finish...so excited. So I get to this location and order a regular Philly Cheesesteak to go. What got was a sub so tightly wrapped it resembled a hotdog at the ballpark. To make matters worse there were three guys, one was my cook, behind the counter just jawin' away and one poor girl doing all the work. Under impressed with the quality of the product I received and underwhelmed by the lack of professionalism on display during lunch at this location. Will give SERIOUSLY consideration to returning to this location. read more

Jersey Mike's is one of the better sandwich shops I've visited. There is great variety on the menu including excellent cheesesteaks. The employees are typically friendly and upbeat and from what I've seen, the restaurant is pretty clean. The prices are a little higher but I guess you're paying for the higher quality. Jersey Mike's is a great place to stop in and get a high-quality sub! read more

We really do enjoy the subs from Jersey Mikes but I cant give them more than two car is simply due to the cleanliness of this location. The last few times I've been in here I've noticed it deteriorating and this last visit was unacceptable. The tables and counters were unclean as well as the deli cooler leaking water onto the floor. There was a pen and napkin laying in the puddle of water as if no one had noticed! The restaurant overall had a very nasty and clean smell. Hoping management gets it together and really does a deep cleaning as well as training the employees how to maintain it to higher standards. The two young men working were very easy to deal with and pleasant but I have a feeling cleaning wasn't their priority. However I did take note that when they took my cash they took the gloves off and threw them away before handling cash and then returning to the kitchen. Something far too many restaurants and grocery stores allow to happen! read more

I give this place two stars because I really like the subs but what is unacceptable is the lack of proper guards to prevent a hair from showing up in your meal. The other thing I noticed was that the guy with the long hair clearly showed he did not want to be there today. He looked very angry. He needs more training in customer service! read more

Extremely disappointed in the chipotle steak and cheese I received. They put a different cheese on my sandwich without letting me know and its cold and not even melted. I understand switching the cheeses due to covid but please let the customers know. When we called and told them that they didnt even heat it up we were told the cheese "just gets hard quick"...Usually enjoy my subs from here but I am extremely disappointed. read more

Poor service, rude people. They beg for tips saying the company doesn't pay them much. The are lazy and don't try. The pricing is too much $10 for a regular sub. It isn't better than Subway and Subway cares by working towards serving you. This Jersey Mike's location and others I have visited are Soup Nazis, requiring you to beg them to get your food. But now the employees beg for more on top of high prices. I stop everything, got a refund and left. Never to return. read more

I don't know if it's the bright eyed employees or the fresh bread but these sandwiches are different from the rest. The employees overstuff them and are generous on the condiments, just how I like it! This place might not be for you if you're keen on the doughy, safeway bread but are pretty darn legit if you're in the mood for a good sub with quality ingredients. read more

I order from this store all the time and have always had a great experience. Today not so much. Order three giant subs on line but the issue was with the #26, Bacon Ranch chicken cheesesteak. No bacon, no lettuce, asked for mayo and got nothing. The ends of the sandwich didn't have any chicken. Very disappointed for a sandwich that cost 14.95. This was all done doing curbside pickup, so I couldn't check the sandwich until I got home. read more

The service at this establishment is incredible, the boy who made my sub today named Omar H was a blessing he was so kind and made my sub taste amazing. This boy needs a raise! read more

Another Jersey Mike's is always a great thing, this chain is spreading like wildfire. I honestly think they are hands down the best chain sandwich place I've ever been to. That being said, you are going to pay for the quality as their sandwiches are NOT cheap. A large sub is going to run you over $10.00, and the regular size isn't enough for my appetite. It seems like the quantity of meat varies by who is running the slicer at that particular time. I've had super stuffed sandwiches, and I've had ones that are lacking. My favorites are the roast beef, which is made in store and delicious. Also great is the club supreme, italian, and the turkey. I love how everything is fresh sliced right in frontt of you, think of a Blimpie on steriods. Make sure they go easy on the "juice" if you get it "Mike's Way" or your sub will be drowning in oil and vinegar, and you'll be able to taste nothing but that. Regardless, glad to see that it took the space of the completely lackluster Quizno's that previously occupied that space. read more

Been a regular here for a few years, and they always do a killer job. Jimmy John's doesn't have anything on these guys. Niles is there most of the time I'm getting food in the evenings, and he's always super accommodating and fun. Really cool environment for what you'd expect to just be a regular sub joint. Sandwiches are fat, bread is always fresh, and the dudes behind the counter are fun and personable. I don't feel like I'm wasting my lunch break by eating in the restaurant because it's so damn comfortable in there. A++, never change guys read more

Fantastic service and they made my order spot on!! Very friendly and upbeat best experience by far at a Jersey Mike's!

The foods not bad but the reason I give 2 stars is for service. The people working there have zero customer service and act like they don't care. The biggest turn off is that they hang-out on the side smoking then go back inside to make your food. I get it..smoking is legal and I used to be a smoker but would never mix my habit with making someones food. read more

WHAT THE HELL. The subs got smaller. Also Several times I ordered a Turkey Reuben from here but today I got the "we can't do that". I swear no one cares about customer service anymore. No way you can sustain a business when you treat customers badly. Bye bye! read more

Just got back from JM's in Ashburn. Went there to get a steak and cheese. When I got to the main sandwich guy (big curly hair) he told me to wait. Well, I waited until he made at last 6 subs and several wraps. Meanwhile the rest of the staff of 6 is standing there doing nothing. I finally told the sandwich guy that if they were too busy I could go to Jerry's. Right then, one of the other genius staffers (a female) yells out that Jerry's was closed. That was infuriating so I told sandwich guy I would go to Rubino's instead (who has much better food). He says "bye boss" as I am leaving. I guess this store has enough customers and doesn't need my business. I would urge everyone to go to Rubino's and avoid JM's. Owner needs to take note before they suffer the same fate as Jerry's. read more
