I go here regularly. Always great! Staff is on top of things. Chicken salad and cheesesteaks are my go tos here.

Jersey Mike's is one of those places where you walk in thinking, I'll just grab something small, and walk out holding a sandwich that could double as a free weight. I love that they offer the "mini" size -- perfect for when you're pretending to have self-control -- but even the mini feels generous. The tuna fish here is creamy, fresh, and honestly makes me question why I ever ate tuna from anywhere else. The Italian is loaded with flavor and has that perfect balance of salty, spicy, and "I should've ordered another one for later." And don't even get me started on the hot peppers -- they're bold, brash, and could probably convince a bland sandwich to get its life together. When I want to be a little healthier (or at least convince myself I'm being healthier), I go for the "Sub in a Tub." It's basically all the fillings without the bread, which makes me feel virtuous enough to add extra cheese without guilt. The staff always makes you feel welcome, the sandwiches are consistently excellent, and somehow I always end up leaving with a smile... and maybe a little hot pepper juice on my shirt. read more

One of the employees is soooooo rude! I came in and ordered 3 sandwiches. All #3s. I ordered them without provolone. The #3 is ham and provolone. I see one of the gentlemen make two sandwiches and then I don't see my third. I ask the cashier if the other sandwich is coming or if that is it sitting there (the other worker walked away without finishing it) or if it is the customer behind me. The cashier isn't sure and asks the sandwich maker who gets incredibly rude with him. I then ask if that is my sandwich then please no provolone. The orginal rude sandwich maker says "the sandwich doesn't come with provolone." I said it's the #3 and it does come with it and I don't want it. He then PUTS his hands together like I'm a child and with the rudest tone says "THE SANDWICH DOES NOT COME WITH PROVOLONE..." I give him the dirtiest look because I expect the same respect and tone that I used with him. I don't appreciate the hand gestures like I am stupid or the tone! And guess what to top it off, the sandwich wasn't even the #3. The meat was not ham! It was something completely different with a kick to it. I think the subs here are great, my favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. Service is usually fast and they make a good product. My only complaint is that the prices are way too expensive here now. I went in the other day and saw that many of the large subs now are over $15. With chips, tax, and a drink, we're nearing the $20 mark. Sorry, but that's way too much to spend on a quick meal for 1 person. I have visited this location frequently, as I require my meals be gluten free. Tonight, I place an order on the app at 7:45, to be ready at 8. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:10, as I live quite far away. When I arrived, the clerk said "we don't have gluten free bread". She started offering me what else I could have, but I had really wanted a sub. I asked her why no one had called me before I drove all the way over, but she had no response and did not apologize. Other times, the gluten free bread shows on the app as unavailable, so I am not sure why that was not the case tonight. Regardless, the staff had a full 25 minutes (including 10 after the time the order should have been ready) to let me know my food was unavailable. I will not be back to this location. read more

Excellent steak and cheese subs. Their bread served is fresh. Their prices are a little on the expensive side. But worth it. I recommend if you are wanting a steak and cheese or fresh sub sandwich. Good size dining area and there is also outside seating. read more

The associate that made our sandwiches was very responsive to the subs were made exactly as requested. I appreciate the fact that when a review is posted here the Jersey Mike's management reaches out and agrees to review the situation with local management. The Service was bad, they act like they didn't want to be there. They throw your sandwich together, the sandwich was a mess . They made the sandwich on the counter, with no paper under it to protect your bread from the counter. ( they mistakenly added vinegar that I asked not to...then..realizing their mistake...simply scraped the lettuce off..put another layer on..but vinegar taste remained. Worst Jersey Mikes in the area. Have been frequently visiting this restaurant for 2 years and nothing has changed. Everytime I come here my sandwich in some way or another is messed up. Yesterday was the final straw. First the manager if thats what you can call that stupid chick is rude af. Always has a attitude and constantly on her phone. Priority has no meaning. It's customer no service. You can go in and the employees are so uncommunicative they won't even acknowledge you. And don't raise a complaint after you have sat there thirty minutes waiting in the shop on your two sandwiches you called in from home. DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a #17....their signature Philly Cheesesteak sub. I had been looking forward to this sub for two days. I was envisioning an overflowing thick sub that I couldn't even finish...so excited. So I get to this location and order a regular Philly Cheesesteak to go. What got was a sub so tightly wrapped it resembled a hotdog at the ballpark. We really do enjoy the subs from Jersey Mikes but I cant give them more than two car is simply due to the cleanliness of this location. The last few times I've been in here I've noticed it deteriorating and this last visit was unacceptable. The tables and counters were unclean as well as the deli cooler leaking water onto the floor. There was a pen and napkin laying in the puddle of water as if no one had noticed! The restaurant overall had a very nasty and clean smell. Hoping management gets it together and really does a deep cleaning as well as training the employees how to maintain it to higher standards. The two young men working were very easy to deal with and pleasant but I have a feeling cleaning wasn't their priority. However I did take note that when they took my cash they took the gloves off and threw them away before handling cash and then returning to the kitchen. Something far too many restaurants and grocery stores allow to happen! read more

Extremely disappointed in the chipotle steak and cheese I received. They put a different cheese on my sandwich without letting me know and its cold and not even melted. I understand switching the cheeses due to covid but please let the customers know. I order from this store all the time and have always had a great experience. Today not so much. Order three giant subs on line but the issue was with the #26, Bacon Ranch chicken cheesesteak. Been a regular here for a few years, and they always do a killer job. Jimmy John's doesn't have anything on these guys. Niles is there most of the time I'm getting food in the evenings, and he's always super accommodating and fun. Really cool environment for what you'd expect to just be a regular sub joint. Sandwiches are fat, bread is always fresh, and the dudes behind the counter are fun and personable. Another Jersey Mike's is always a great thing, this chain is spreading like wildfire. I honestly think they are hands down the best chain sandwich place I've ever been to. That being said, you are going to pay for the quality as their sandwiches are NOT cheap. A large sub is going to run you over $10.00, and the regular size isn't enough for my appetite. It seems like the quantity of meat varies by who is running the slicer at that particular time. I've had super stuffed sandwiches, and I've had ones that are lacking. My favorites are the roast beef, which is made in store and delicious. Also great is the club supreme, italian, and the turkey. I love how everything is fresh sliced right in frontt of you, think of a Blimpie on steriods. Make sure they go easy on the "juice" if you get it "Mike's Way" or your sub will be drowning in oil and vinegar, and you'll be able to taste nothing but that. The biggest turn off is that they hang-out on the side smoking then go back inside to make your food. Just got back from JM's in Ashburn. Went there to get a steak and cheese. When I got to the main sandwich guy (big curly hair) he told me to wait. Well, I waited until he made at last 6 subs and several wraps. Meanwhile the rest of the staff of 6 is standing there doing nothing. I finally told the sandwich guy that if they were too busy I could go to Jerry's. Right then, one of the other genius staffers (a female) yells out that Jerry's was closed. That was infuriating so I told sandwich guy I would go to Rubino's instead (who has much better food). He says "bye boss" as I am leaving. I guess this store has enough customers and doesn't need my business. I would urge everyone to go to Rubino's and avoid JM's.
