I remembered liking Qdoba more than Chipotle or Moe's, and the food did not disappoint. I got the spicy tequila lime steak, and the staff at this location was very friendly. I'm not giving five stars, however, because the drink machines were all out of order, forcing me to buy a bottled drink for nearly $5. I also ordered chips on the side, which were another $4 and change. All told, including a 10% tip, my quick lunch cost nearly $30. I liked the food, but not $30-for-fast-casual-lunch liked it. Unfortunately, at that price, I won't be coming back.

It was undoubtedly one of the worst Chick-fil-A's we have ever visited. Not one person smiled. Not one person had a friendly tone. They all acted like they did not want to be there. Although I have been to Wendy's many times in general, I had no idea what to order this visit. I made the mistake of going through the drive through and blurted out the first thing I saw, which was the 4 piece chicken nuggets kid's meal. As I was pulling up to the window, I saw the bottom corner of the menu with the value combo deals. I got to the window and asked if he can make it the $5 combo meal, which was basically a kids meal plus a burger. The employee at the window, simply said "of course!" and asked them to make the burger. Then the manager walked by and said, "don't worry! It should be out soon!" They were all so pleasant and friendly. The food was typical Wendy's food quality, but it was freshly made.

There's a parking lot and plenty of tables inside and out. The menu is clear- pick a protein, rice or noodles, veggies, toppings, and a sauce. I had an eggplant and shrimp combo with broccoli, onions, peppers, zucchini, and spicy yum yum sauce. I was a bit surprised that the sauce was on the side, but it was a good choice since I got to decide how much to use. The dish was delicious - fresh ingredients prepared well with broccoli and peppers still crunchy. Even without the sauce I found it appropriately flavorful. The portion size was ample and I got a few meals from the $14 dish. I'll definitely return!

My family and I had some regular char burgers as well as their promotional Korean burger. The place was booming. We happened to order on the app to take advantage of the free burger with purchase of a drink. The regular char burgers are good. I wouldn't rank it over an In-N-out but it's better than a five guys because it's not as heavily greasy. The Korean Sweet and Spicy was lacking Korean flavors. It tasted like a regular cowboy burger with a sweeter bbq sauce. The homemade ranch was stellar with their fries. I'm a sucker for a good homemade ranch sauce. We also happened to get some shakes. However we learned we can't order kid shakes individually. Which was confusing because my family likes to eat our food first then enjoy our shakes freshly after. But live and learn. Servers were keeping up with the business and keeping place pretty spotless. We'd try them again but Ashburn is booming with many great burger joints.

I ordered it medium well, but next time I'll go for medium to get a bit more juiciness. The truffle fries were decent, nothing standout, but the chicken sandwich was impressive--huge, flavorful, and loaded with good toppings. A fun touch: they actually serve your food to the table with a robot, which adds a bit of novelty to the experience. I also want to highlight the ginger pear drink--fresh, nicely blended, and refreshing. The ambiance sits somewhere between fast food and casual dining--hard to define exactly, but it works.
