More like a chicken fried Freddy's patty. On one to ten - a two. Only cause good size portion, proper white gravy, cute waitress, but otherwise one of the worse CFS I have been served in decades. Well we waited for 40 minutes only to be seated right in front of the entrance to the kitchen. It's a spot that shouldn't even have a table it felt like we were in the way. Food was delicious, our server was awesome, but the hostess needs some managing. She walked us through the whole place to the empty back room, and sat the two of us at a large round 6 top. Awkward. I'd like to be able to see the person I'm dining with, not sit awkwardly side by side around a giant empty table. I asked if there was anything smaller (like the 2 top we passed to get to this monstrosity), and she got really snotty and said "well, I guess you can have that one over there (pointing at a square 4 top) but yeah, this is it, so this is your table" Uhm, ok? Our server came and I asked her if there was possibly anything else, and she switched us to the 4 top. It was smaller and a little better. We live in Ivins, UT, so we don't normally spend time in Ogden. We were on our way home from OR & we stayed the night at the inn connected to this restaurant. And we were traveling with our doodle. It was a beautiful day & the hostess seated us on the patio, with waters all the way around, a warm welcome & directions to the onsite dog park (that was amazing for a dog park--I mean, you could get married there!). The restaurant has a decent menu. The onion rings were the best. Just so you know, if a business allows me to bring my dog, you get a good review. If the same business has good food, or good hotel rooms, great review. It is important to me that I can travel with my dog & not have to stay in a dump. These folks rock! The food was fantastic, they gave very large portions and the staff was hospitable as well as attentive. The menu is huge it consists of wraps, sandwiches, pancakes, stuffed French toast, Strawberry Belgian waffles, chicken and waffles, Omelettes fajitas, they have a big section of health nut items, quesadillas, biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, even a breakfast burger. This is a go to place for hikers and recreational folks.  I love the atmosphere, they decorated it really nice. The waiting area has a fireplace and is very inviting, I love the barstools that look like tree stumps that was really cute and all of their food items have camping themed names such as  : Trail runner, the camp stove, The watering hole, mountain man and more. We started off with scones and Cinnerscone  dippers . OMG . They tasted gooey warm so fresh and yummy . I definitely recommend these . I can't forget the hearty bloody Mary with and it was tasty. We were driving our way from Crystal Hot Springs and we thought we needed a place to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat before heading back home. Right off the beaten path off of the freeway you can find this place very conveniently located off of 12th St. in Ogden. What a great place you can go to have breakfast brunch and a sort of other dinner items. The establishment is very cozy and has a very nice reception area as well as a place to wait if you are to be see it. Did I mention that they have a fireplace? Upon arriving at the location there is plenty of parking in the adjacent lodge that they have right next to the establishment. The location is reminiscent of a cabin facility high up in the mountain. The entrance to the establishment is through a double wooden door as you are greeted with the reception hall where a warm and smiling host is ready to greet you. We didn't have to wait too long to get seated at the house went to go check where she wanted to asked to go and we were given a table immediately; just the five of us. Upon sitting down we noticed that their tables were all traditional wooden chairs and variation between square and rectangular tables as well as booths. If I was to take a guess as the place is relatively pretty big there is a stool bar area, the main dining hall that has the shape of an L, a private room nook, and a patio dining area for the outside in the back. Each table can seat up to four and five while the booths can seat up to 6. I also noticed that there was a few round tables that look like it can seat up to 10. We had a waiter that came and served by the name of Connor who is very helpful and an able to get us our orders immediately after getting our drinks. After ordering it didn't take long for our food to arrive we were eating in and out within an hour and a half-ish. Overall we were satisfied with the restaurant diner and it has sort of a family small mom and pop feeling and dining experience. The establishment seem to be catered to a family setting but I did notice a few patrons who were there by them self mostly the elders so I believe this place has many to offer for various different type of party. Recommending this establishment to any travelers locally or remote traveling through the Wasatch front and looking for a quick bite to eat or a nice place for an outing. Love Jeremiah's! They are usually pretty busy, but they bust their butts to get you seated quickly. The menu is typical diner food, but I would say they do it in an elevated manner. Their scones are to die for! I mostly come here for breakfast but have been for lunch and dinner, and everything I've had is amazing! I highly recommend this place. My family and I since moving to Utah always past this place when traveling around near town but never stopped because one it's attached to a hotel and two because it's always SO BUSY! We today we decided to finally make the sacrifice and wait. So they have the ability to call ahead but not actually make a reservation. So we called ahead wait time was 40 minutes but let me tell you it was worth it. They have so much room it's ridiculous. They have inside dining area like the size of 3 Denny's lobby's they also have a ton of outside tables. The food was amazing our waitress was super awesome I believe her name was Karie. We ordered a little bit of everything because there was so much to choose from and this was our first time. I got a meat lovers omelette with breakfast potatoes and corn beef hash. It's always a bummer when establishments don't offer military discount. We ask not because we feel entitled to it but because if you knew anything about military pay it's peanuts compared to the civilian sector I hope they offer something in the near future considering this is a military town. This place is an easy 5 star restaurant for breakfast. We came for lunch. My wife got fish and chips, and I got Buffalo beef stew. She loved the fish and chips. My stew was much too salty for me to enjoy it. The service is always the best you will find anywhere. Come for breakfast between 6-8 AM. They have the break of dawn breakfast. If you are in the Ogden area I Highly recommend Jeremiah's, especially if it's breakfast time. I live in the area and I have eaten here at least 4 times a year for the last 15 years. I met some friends for breakfast yesterday at the one and only Jeremiah's in Ogden. It was my first time there and I thought the whole hunting lodge vibe they have going is super cute. All I can say is wow about the menu - so many choices!!! I ended up ordering the Breakfast Wrap, which is essentially a breakfast burrito except the tortilla is chipotle flavored. It had scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and cheese inside. It was gigantic and filling! I loooove breakfast burritos so it was the perfect breakfast for me. Don't know if it's always this great or if we got lucky but we enjoyed this restaurant so much. My mom came to visit for a day and I picked Jeremiah's because it's been on my must try list for some time. I ordered the banana bread French toast and my mom ordered an omelette. Presentation was gorgeous, food was delicious, service was amazing and the food came out so quick. They have great accommodations for COVID 19 restrictions. In fact, they took us all the way through to the back of a restaurant to a very cute banquet style room and sat us completely separate from everyone else at the restaurant. Went to this place for breakfast this morning. Was seated promptly and the waitress was kind. I imagine due to a large party she wasn't able to stop by to see if everything was good or if I needed anything else as my drink was empty for a little bit. I thought my meal was really good though. I had the southwestern breakfast burrito. The only downside I took was from the small tiny serving of hashbrowns I received and that they were cold. I looked around at those around me and their servings were half their plate and mine seemed to be the scoop that didn't fit on theirs. The burrito was tasty I like that they put black beans in their burrito, you don't see that very often, if at all. The salsa was good but a little too wet for a burrito, had the consistency that is normally for chips and soaked my burrito and made it soggy, the overall flavor was great though.
