The shape is terrible, they are very chunky, and several of them are crooked. I did make the mistake of not asking if they have pink or nude acrylic prior to starting. However, I did ask if the powder was clear before she began and she said it was "natural." Since I then I had clear, I had to completely change what I was going to get. My nails are also so sore because she had to file them for so long due to her applying a beads of acrylic that were enough for 2 fingers.

After 4 years of looking for the right nail salon, THIS IS IT! I like to get Gel and most of the…read moreother salons would file off the gel and make my nail too flimsy. Being a woman over 50 your nails get thinner and this salon goes to the effort of removing the gel the proper way so that your nail is NOT thin after removing the previous gel. In addition to properly removing polish, the new paint job last FOREVER. My nails do not chip or snag on anything until I'm ready to go back which is 5 weeks and the only reason to go back is the grow out is ridiculous. I HIGHLY recommend Infinity Nails!

I once messed up two nails 3-4 hours on the same day, went back to the salon and the repolished the nails for free. Great Salon, could not ask for better prices and for the excellent quality it is more than worth the prices they offer (which is relatively inexpensive) I mean this honestly! I have tried 5 different salons in Auburn, this is the only one I will go to now! In reference to Peggy D's review-- I have acrylic nails removed and placed on with these people on a regular basis and they always soak the nails and it has never been painful. Her review belongs somewhere else! She did not go into the Nail Boutique Spa located at Moore's Mill -Publix Shopping Center.

The workers are very attentive to you as soon as you sit down and take their time to give you what you ask for. It is clear they take pride in their work and that they want you to be pleased with what you walk out with. The salon itself is always clean and well lit- I've never had an ill experience with the tools or equipment they have. I will say that if you are there for a long time, bring something with you because they don't have TVs inside. Special shoutout to Catherine and ThuyKhanh for being awesome at their jobs! Katherine always gives me the best pedicures and is so friendly. ThuyKhanh gave me my favorite set of nails i've ever received; she was incredibly responsive and patient with my indecisiveness for what exactly I wanted on my nails. Pictures are different sets I've gotten, pink chrome with gold stars and stripes are most recent (they are grown out a few days, so ignore the growth)

I politely asked her to be more careful, but on the very next nail she cut my skin so deeply that I started bleeding. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, she chuckled, which made an already painful experience feel incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Accidents can happen, but how they're handled matters. I would have appreciated genuine concern, an apology, and greater care. Unfortunately, I left feeling hurt, uncomfortable, and with very little confidence in the salon's attention to customer safety. I won't be returning.
