My experience was pretty smooth. From walk in to completion was 1 hour exactly. I had my old dip powder removed, my nails shaped, and new polish applied. She was very kind and made sure that I liked everything before I left. They have only been open for 3 weeks so they gave me a 20% grand opening discount that I wasn't expecting. The only thing that threw me off was the pet dog walking around. If you don't mind animals, it not a huge deal.

The workers are very attentive to you as soon as you sit down and take their time to give you what you ask for. It is clear they take pride in their work and that they want you to be pleased with what you walk out with. The salon itself is always clean and well lit- I've never had an ill experience with the tools or equipment they have. I will say that if you are there for a long time, bring something with you because they don't have TVs inside. Special shoutout to Catherine and ThuyKhanh for being awesome at their jobs! Katherine always gives me the best pedicures and is so friendly. ThuyKhanh gave me my favorite set of nails i've ever received; she was incredibly responsive and patient with my indecisiveness for what exactly I wanted on my nails.
