I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. But the nail tech hardly had anything to say to me (maybe no English?). And her fingernails were dirty and her hands didn't look clean; maybe just stained. But she trimmed one of my nails that was injured as a child and although I told her not too cut it too short, she did and then she split my nail with the tool she was using, and it hurt! So she had to cut it very short to keep it from snagging on things. I'm going to look for a new place.
