The shape is terrible, they are very chunky, and several of them are crooked. I did make the mistake of not asking if they have pink or nude acrylic prior to starting. However, I did ask if the powder was clear before she began and she said it was "natural." Since I then I had clear, I had to completely change what I was going to get. My nails are also so sore because she had to file them for so long due to her applying a beads of acrylic that were enough for 2 fingers.

Within a couple of minutes one of the staff members was kindly apologizing for the wait and chatting with me. The best part is that there really wasn't a wait at all. I was out of the salon by 7:30!
