I had a great experience here! I am from out of town and was worried about trying a new nail salon, but it was that time again and I had to find somewhere. Luckily I landed at Lucky! It was easy to get an appointment, the staff was friendly, and most importantly everything was very clean. It took a bit of time since the same girl did my pedicure and gel manicure back to back, but she took great care and I felt like I was in good hands. Love the shape of my nails, the color and application of the paint, the cuticle cutting, and the overall treatment. There was a ton of flavors to choose from for the pedicure experience too! They are always willing to to try the things I request, even if it might take a bit more time. Also, I'm not great at picking out colors so they do it by looking at my reference photos. The colors are always spot on! Place is clean and everyone there is so nice. read more

I was very disappointed in my experience at lucky nails. Going to get my nails done before spring break can be a busy time to go but it was unacceptable how the staff was treating the customers. I did not pay this amount of money for poor service. First, the man doing my pedicure cut the edge of my toe and it gushed blood. Then the same man assisted my friend in putting her flip flop on and broke her toe nail. My friend also experienced her pedicure lady cutting one of her toes. To top this when having my eye brows waxed the lady was moving so quickly that she poked my eye and did a horrific job on my eye brows. I am very upset and disappointed in this experience at lucky nails and will not be returning. read more

Worst Nails Experience in my life. I don't even leave reviews but i had to for this place. I came to this establishment to get my nails refilled and I got a French tip set on toes and nails plus a pedicure. They rushed my service because they were taking overly long on my service till they closed. I left their establishment and my mail broke off the slightest movement. I called and came back to get the repair and they proceeded to be extremely rude and dismissive. The owner claimed it was my fault although they did a terrible job. They were extremely nice to everyone who came in instead of me. They did not care about what I wanted and simply just wanted to get me out of their chair. I highly do not recommend this establishment and If i could give them 0 stars I would. read more

Best nail salon I've ever been to! I've had this problem for awhile now with other salons when i ask for a manicure they NEVER give me one and they just go straight to applying polish. That is one of the main reasons I go to get my nails done and FINALLY!! They did my nails SO perfectly and TOOK THEIR TIME!!! Even though I was just getting a simple gel mani pedi they wanted my nails to look perfect and there was even three women working on my hands and feet at the same time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I never have to wait too long and they always make sure that I'm happy with my nails before I leave! The SNS dip will last at least three weeks without chipping. The quality of the nails were great but not so much concerning customer service. Myself and a few friends went together and once we we're all done they hadn't even started one of our friends the entire 2 hours after sitting down. I drove 35 minutes to get here because I was referred here by a friend who accompanied me to the salon. When I walked in I was asked what services I need. I told them 3 times: pedicure for my daughter, manicure for me. The next thing out of his mouth was "sit over there, you're blocking the door."After about 30 min, they finally took my daughter for her pedicure. As I sat, I watched several people walk in and be seated for manicures. No one on the entire salon acknowledged me the whole time I was waiting. When a new customer walked in and was seated, my friend spoke up to let them know I was still waiting. They claimed they didn't know I was waiting on a manicure. I'm not sure why because I stated it 3 times. They all of a sudden found room to take care of me, but by that time, my daughters pedicure was done and my friend was about 10 min from being done. I told them I no longer wanted their services because they would rush through it and do a poor job since it was so close to closing time. I've never in my life been treated so rudely or ignored by people who work in a service industry. If the technician would have paid attention and listened rather than talking to other people when I was asking for services, this would not have happened. They have no way of keeping up with who is getting service, whether they had appointments, or how long people are waiting. I waited for an hour and a half before anyone acknowledged me or the fact that I was waiting for service and the only reason they acknowledged me then was because we spoke up. Even fast food restaurants can repeat an order back. How hard is it to confirm a pedicure for one and manicure for another? Not to mention during this whole ordeal, a small child emerged from the back area several times to show his mom (a technician) something, to ask her to take him to Walmart, and other various reasons. The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because I had to choose one. THIS WAS THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER! read more
