Decent gel manicure and pedicure! I opted for the deluxe pedicure ($25 for 35 min) which is one step up from the regular pedicure ($20 for 25min) but I think it was still only around 25 minutes. I came here with the intent of having someone rip off wax strips right above my eyeballs and left with the objective satisfied. If you too are interested in this procedure, it will cost you $8 US. The militant woman seated me in a chair to commence hair removal. I didn't tell her what I wanted because in a sick way, I was curious to see what she would do without me saying anything. As expected, there was an upsell for mani/pedi/lip wax which I politely declined and was relieved when she didn't press the issue. She worked efficiently, as the procedure seemed to be over in five minutes. Thankfully I didn't end up with something that resembled Sharpie lines over my eyes. Win! read more

Nope. Never again. I wanted long narrow acrylics, The lady kept on trying to sell me stuff even after I picked what I wanted. I guess since I told her no, I want what I want. She told the guy who did my manicure to do a shit job! They kept talking back and forth to each other and looking at me the whole time. The older man didn't rub my feet or scrub them with the metal grate. I still have hard rough skin on the bottom of my feet, he massages my feet like he has never rubbed feet before, or maybe he has really weak hands. They had one person on my feet and the other guy on my hands. I was here less than 30 minutes but I paid for the 45 minute . I have nail polish all over my fingers, he cut me on my thumb. No tip. Worst experience I ever had. If you want to be rushed, cut and ignored , come here. This is the place. My hands hurt, I don't feel relaxed. It was uncomfortable and awkward the whole time. Waste of time an money. I give the benefit of the doubt. But you can just tell by the demeanor of these people they don't care about tips. I will not be coming back. The woman who did my nails did not TOUCH my cuticles or attempt to clean them up, she used a magazine instead of a cloth towel to lay my hands down on and it was disgusting. She insisted I get a more expensive manicure than I asked for and after some convincing I agreed but it was not worth it at all. I feel very cheated out of my money. The amount of space between my cuticles and where the polish starts is absolutely ridiculous. I also felt like I was rushed out of there. TRUST THE REVIEWS! I don't usually write reviews but I dang. I usually get SNS when I go home and was looking for just an average place to get a SNS color change in Auburn. Instead of removing my SNS by wrapping each nail in tin foil (like every other place I've ever been to), they made me soak and try to scrub off 3 layers of my SNS by myself. It took me about 30 minutes and they just kept telling me "scrub! scrub!" I was so confused and annoyed because I was on a short time limit and I couldn't just leave because my SNS was already half way off. So I stayed and the women finished my nails. She only put two layers of the new SNS on my nails and I usually get three because two layers chips easier than three layers. I got them done yesterday. This morning I woke up with a broken nail. Probably because I needed three layers instead of two. Will not be going back to get it fixed. Probably won't ever be back. read more

Worst nail salon in Auburn. I paid $60 for a manicure and some kind of "deluxe" pedicure. The woman who did my nails talked on her cell phone the WHOLE time she did my nails, barely paying me any attention. She even phoned friends just to make plans that evening and yelled at her children's father in my ear. Amazingly, my gel nails did not look horrible but my pedicure looks like a five year old's work. The floor was visibly dirty and the pumice stone used on my feet had clearly been used on many others prior. I can only hope I don't get some sort of infection. read more

I tried this salon for the first time for quick gel nails. I used the restroom first and it was pretty dirty. The young lady who did my nails was nice, but the one next to her (owner?) was a bit obnoxious. I needed a few tips put on and she tried to insist I put them on all my nails. I opted for the four only. The obnoxious one had her own customer and I noticed that rather than using a clean towel or disposable sanitary paper she was using newspaper ad paper on top of the table. My nail tech did use a cloth towel. The obnoxious one yapped in their language the entire time she had her customer but my tech hardly spoke back to her. They like to use the electric filing machine and since I was in a hurry I decided to let them use it even though I know they are not good for our nails. Overall the salon was quite dirty. There were two other workers who apparently had nothing to do even though the tables needing wiping and the floors mopped. This was in the morning so it was not busy yet. I noticed the health department gave them 100. Not sure how this works since it was so dirty. Also, my girl openly used the same clipper that was used earlier on someone else since she just borrowed itfrom the other lady. I think I'll try a different place next time. read more

I don't like this place at all! I got acrylics an all 10 of my nails are in pain! The skin under my nail is glued to the fake nail and he was shaving off my cuticles even though I didn't have any at all! Please do not use this place! Went here for a mani/pedi - and thought that since it had moved locations it would be modern and clean. Yes to both - very nice looking! However, most of the people coming in came only for pedicures - not many fingernails nails being done and looking at mine I can see why. Horrible job - quality of nail polish is awful. Chipped almost immediately and not nice at all. My person spilled the bowl of finger soak in my lap...not too impressed by how they handled it. Sorry just handing me a towel doesn't do it! Nail polish - several people brought their own and I can see why!!! Will not be going back. read more
