She is a true professional - trained at the Aveda school in Atlanta, and her expertise shows. The salon actually uses Aveda products, which I love (natural, cruelty free, smell great!). Other perks to the salon include makeup and waxing services - a one-stop shop! They are organized, pleasant, and accommodating. I especially appreciate the text message reminders about my appointments. Give them a try.

Fatima (the owner) does my sons hair and she is over the top professional, kind, friendly, personable, she records your style request, # of guard, etc all so she can have it next time you come in (Lets face it, sometimes we don't remember the guard number and such.. so she does it for you!). I added a $10 tip because I just love good service, and Crystal was very thorough. She made sure to ask if I wanted my hair washed (of course!), and then she repeated back to me exactly what I wanted and didn't make me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to. On top of that, we had friendly conversation without the whole awkward "I'm suddenly your best friend because I need you to come back and get your hair cut" thing. She politely guided me to the front desk, offered me her card, and took my payment (without pressuring me to tip her at all!). They take credit cards (I used Discover) through SquareCard, so you can add your tip from their calculations, too, if you forget how to calculate percentages on the spot. I'm doing long, loose curls for my wedding next week, so I feel confident her trim will make them lay just right!

The workers are very attentive to you as soon as you sit down and take their time to give you what you ask for. It is clear they take pride in their work and that they want you to be pleased with what you walk out with. The salon itself is always clean and well lit- I've never had an ill experience with the tools or equipment they have. I will say that if you are there for a long time, bring something with you because they don't have TVs inside. Special shoutout to Catherine and ThuyKhanh for being awesome at their jobs! Katherine always gives me the best pedicures and is so friendly. ThuyKhanh gave me my favorite set of nails i've ever received; she was incredibly responsive and patient with my indecisiveness for what exactly I wanted on my nails. Pictures are different sets I've gotten, pink chrome with gold stars and stripes are most recent (they are grown out a few days, so ignore the growth)

I can only speak from a man point of view that desperately needed a haircut today. From looking at…read morethe reviews that definitely appeared to be a chicks place. But why not see if they can do a dude cut this morning. The salon is located in the Winn Dixie shopping center. There will be more than adequate parking. In front of the store I found no debris on the sidewalk and an attractive sign advertising their highlight special. I called them up to get an appointment when they opened at 9 AM. I asked if they cut men's hair and if they could do now. Without being put on hold the woman yelled across the room, can you do a man's haircut... pretty classic. The woman said that if I come in an hour there is someone who could do it. So upon returning in an hour I checked in and waited for a short bit in their comfy waiting area. I found the front area to be clean. The product area is underwhelming. They have Kendar products which I am not familiar with, but that means little. The place is decent size for a salon. I counted eight chairs and six women working. Everything about the place was clean, so great start. The woman who cut my hair was friendly and talkative which I like. She did a cut and wash for $18 which is a good price in my book. I was happy with the service and will return in next few days to throw them another curve... a kids cut.

I'm extremely disappointed with the installation of my extensions. Within ONE WEEK, they were…read morealready falling out. For what you pay to have extensions professionally installed, that is completely unacceptable. The installation itself was a hot mess. The top row was actually sewn together with the bottom row, making the extensions bulky, uncomfortable, and improperly placed. To make matters worse, WHITE thread was used, which was clearly visible against my hair. I expected a professional installation that would look natural, lay flat, and actually stay in my hair. Instead, I was left with extensions falling out after only days and an installation that now has to be corrected by someone else. I don't mind paying for quality work, but this was absolutely not quality work. I would not recommend this installation based on my experience.
