I was originally supposed to get my hair cut by a lady here, but when I showed up they said that…read moreshe had a family emergency and that someone else could cut my hair if I wish. I wasn't set on a particular stylist so I let Virginia cut my hair. Virginia was so nice and welcoming during my visit. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked questions just to make sure she knew what I wanted. I asked for a v shaped hair cut with layers and a few face framing pieces, and that is exactly what I got! She made sure that she cut a little bit at a time for the face framing pieces, just Incase I decided that I didn't want to go as short as I originally said. At the end, she said that if I decided I did want them a little longer, I could call and drop in for her to trim them up free of charge. I am definitely comin

I went in for a spa pedicure because someone got me a gift certificate. The receptionist wasn't…read morefriendly and the pedicure/nail stations are in a glorified closet...not very spa-like at all. The woman who did the pedicure was friendly and was thorough with scrubs and lotion. However, the whole reason I get pedicures done is to clip the nails and take away calluses. She spent hardly any time on caring for the cuticle or calluses or shaping the nails. In less than one week, I had to clip my nails again myself, work on my calluses, and the nail polish was already "grown out" if you know what I mean, because she didn't paint close enough to the cuticle. It also started chipping off. This was the most expensive and worst pedicure I've had. Not worth it. This is the reason I do pedicures myself, total waste.

I just moved here and went here for eyebrow threading. This is the only place I have found that…read moreoffers it. Virgo was nice until she butchered my eyebrows. I asked her to simply touch them up. I had shape and just wanted strays gone. She basically took all of my eyebrows off. They are not even or straight at all. When I pointed out that she had taken a huge chuck of hair out and left my eyebrow in a weird V shape towards the front and that both sides were very uneven, she proceeded to try to deny that she did it. She said, there was no hair there to begin with, your eyebrows were already thin, that's how they had to be done. Among many other excuses that made no sense. I have added a before and after picture. This was the worst experience I have ever had with my eyebrows in 34 years. I would not recommend this place if you like your eyebrows
