Horrible! I came in for an eyebrow wax and was met with a rude greeting. Upon going back into the room, the wax was entirely too hot (which the woman waxing me acknowledged, and laughed about, but did not do anything about). After the service, I left with incredibly uneven eyebrows and wax still in them, because it was not done properly. It also hurt more than any wax I have ever gotten. Would not recommend! read more

My experience getting my nails done was honestly one of the worst. I had an appointment and they didn't see me until over half an hour later. Then when I did sit down, they didn't prep my nails at all. He just started drilling. I told him there was some acrylic stuck under my nail and he picked at it for a minute then said he couldn't get it and left it at that. The nails were already bubbled a bit by the time he was done. Then for my pedicure, my feet where in the water for maybe 2-3 minutes. Fast forward to today, four days after my manicure and I have a nail that's already come off and the rest are starting to come off. Insanely disappointed. I will be asking for a partial refund. (read the whole thing) I have been to this salon twice before. I got dip once and it looked great for a month if not more until I decided to have it taken off. Another time I got a gel pedicure that was wonderful and stayed for over a month. So I went back last week... got a gel manicure, and 4 days later both of my thumb nail paint was half way gone (no picture). It came clean off from just normal daily activities. I went back on day 5 and got them fixed for free (thankfully). Then day 6 i moved up my backpack, started to take notes and felt something funky on my hand, looked down to see half of my pointer finger polish was now gone. I went BACK in and expressed that I was disappointed and wanted it fixed. They said they'd fix it or redo it all for a discount (stay tuned for how much). At this point I though i'd have better results getting it redone (thinking whoever did it just did a poor job). So a guy starts fixing them and shows me how the under layers on the gel weren't dried all the way. He fixes them, they look great... $20 charge (10% off). When I had paid $28 literally 7 days before, AND been back the day before to get TWO nails fixed. Not like they were just a little chipped, like half of the whole thing came off. The two ladies that did my mani and pedi clean up are amazing!! But I wished their manager told me that the "chrome" they were going to apply was an additional $15 (separately on hands and feet) I did like the job they did on the hands but it was not the colors I was going for. Kim got the colors all wrong but she did a good job going of what she thought it was. The Latina girl did an excellent job doing my feet. She got the rose gold chrome on point!! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst experience and customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I was in town for business, & I went in to have my dip color changed on my real nails and a pedi. While taking off my old set of dip they changed people 3 times. Then a man came and started to file my nails.. He asked what shape I wanted I told him coffin, but if he didn't know how to do square, he insisted he knew how... long story short my coffins ended up looking like arrows. So he had to put fake tips on 4 of my nails. Then he began going to town filing again !!! They turned out just as bad as my real nail. So I asked him to stop, At this point I was livid because he messed up my real nails. He told me "well you shouldn't get coffin on natural nail" MIND YOU I get the same thing every where I go, so it's definitely possible. The owner came over and Insisted she could fix them. I told her no it was fine, and she kept saying she could so I let her try. I mean my nails were already gone at this point how much worse could it get right ? WRONG. she then shaved off what I had left of my real nails UNDER the tips... my nails were super bumpy and uneven. At this point I told her it was ridiculous, and I didn't feel I needed to pay when they literally RUINED my nails. She then grabbed her drill and said she was taking them off if I wasn't paying. & I told her again I didn't feel I needed too because they literally ruined my nails. She then started aggressively drilling my nails, she stopped and was holding me by my wrist as she grabbed solution and stuck my hand in it. & I told her she didn't need to be aggressive, she looked at me and walked off. Fast forward on my way out I asked for her name and she responded " I know you don't like me, I don't have to tell you anything" I reassured her it had nothing to do with personal opinions, I was just going to leave a review about the horrible service. My friend and I went here for a basic manicure. The service is friendly, but our manicures pretty much peeled off a few hours after we left. During our manicure, the stylists switched up a few times after a few minutes. They put on too many coats of polish without allowing adequate drying time between. I bumped my nails around 2 hours after leaving and they were instantly ruined. They also nicked us a few times during our visit so that sucks having to take off a ruined manicure with polish remover. read more

This place deserves 0 stars. I was in this salon and witness the worst customer service I have ever seen. A friend of mine asked for a specific shape and a young man completely ruined her natural nail and he told her not to get that shape anymore on her natural nail. The owner came over to attempt to fix them with adding on tips and was unsuccessful. My friend expressed her frustration and told the owner she did not want to pay because she was still not satisfied with the outcome. So they owner grabbed her hand and began drilling all over what was on her nails and then immediately put my friends hands in acetone solution to dissolve her nails. The owner told her if you won't pay I will just remove them. We decided to just leave but before we did we asked for the owners name and she told us "I know you don't like me, but im not giving you my name." I've never seen a slob remove an end product from an unsatisfied customer. By far the worst customer service ever. read more

This place is beautiful. I loved the stone walls and the crown molding. Also the Halloween decorations were cute. I came here after work and the place was not super crowded. They have a ton of pedicure chairs and high chairs along the counter for manicures. I got gel nail polish ($25) and they have a very large selection of colors to choose from. I know that is a good thing, but when you are indecisive it proves to make things a bit difficult. I ended up choosing a navy blue #schoolspirit My only complaint was that the staff was so loud. I was trying to relax and get my nails done, but they were all yelling across the room at each other. I am not saying they have to be silent. I just wish they used their inside voices. read more

I've gone here since they opened and had several different experiences. The first time I went they made me bleed. I went back because it was the longest I'd ever had a manicure last. On New Years Eve I got a manicure from a guy I'd never seen before. That was by far the best manicure I've ever had. He was so nice and the polish lasted so long. And because of him I feel bad giving 2 stars. Last week I went in to get a mani/pedi. The lady who did my pedicure was nice. She did a good job. The lady who did my manicure... The exact opposite. She kept rolling her eyes at me because my feet are ticklish. That's not something you can control. It's a reflex. Her boob was falling out of her shirt the whole time and I had to awkwardly twist in what is supposed to be a relaxing time so she could do my manicure while the other girl did my pedicure. I'm all for time management but there was 1 other customer in the salon and there were 4 other workers. I can deal with rude people for the end result of a good manicure, but this one started peeling before I got home. $55 wasted. read more

I'm giving this salon a 4 star right now because I'm not even done with my experience yet. But if you're from out of town and you've been researching salons, go here. It was recommended from a friend who lives in the area and I'm skeptical off recommendations as everyone's taste is a little different. I received a (gel) manicure while I chose the cucumber pedicure. Love the color and the service on the manicure. Nail tech was friendly but not overly in your face annoying. He let you relax. The pedicure lady was very nice, quiet but it made for a relaxing pedicure. I think it's unique the individual pedicures they offer, keep that going for sure. Place is clean and very cute inside. I will definitely be back when I visit again unless of course something catastrophic happens from now until then. read more

This place is absolutely awful. Went with a small group and we were the first ones there it was completely empty. The whole time they kept trying to get us to spend more (and we know because they though our friend didn't know what they were saying). Not only that but they were rushing us out too. And when new people came in they ignored us to start on them even though we were not done. The quality of their work is HORRIBLE too. All of us didn't like their work. My friend that got acrylics looks like shes had them for a week because its so spaced from the cuticle and its only been like 1 day and they are filed crooked. My other friends gel polish is also already chipped only after 1 day. I got basic polish so I wasn't expecting it to last too long but it should at least last a few days which is how it lasts when I go to my usual salon. Don't waste any $$ here. I used to go get my nails done here every three weeks. At first they did a really good job and there is one guy who always did a great job but if he wasn't there the quality of the gel manicures was very variable. I also had one particularly bad experience where a girl started painting my nails and then told me she would be back in just a minute. She then went and did an entire gel manicure for another customer who walked in after me while I sat for an hour and watched multiple people come in and leave before someone else finally came and finished my nails. read more

They scroll through facebook and pinterest and answer calls and texts while doing your nails and would rather talk to a wall than speak to you while doing your nails. Because they're barely paying attention, your nails don't turn out as well as they should and you leave bleeding. If they could establish a level of professionalism, this would be rated 5 stars. The staff has never seemed happy to serve me. When I went they served all the other girls (who were white) before me (a black girl) although I was there before they were. I have also seen other black ladies get snubbed while I've been in there. When I finally got in the pedicure spa, the lady doing my nails told me to go change my color because she thought the one I had would be ugly on me and then proceeded to do a half-ass job because I wouldn't get the service that cost more money. After she finished I quickly got my things and left. I will be gladly taking my services to the nail shop across the street. I recently got a pedi and gel mani at this salon. First of all, the person who did the pedi cut into the skin on one toe. It became swollen and scabbed over the next couple of days. Then, the young woman doing my nails cut some of them down to the quick. I was surprised she didn't draw blood. In removing the gel polish I was wearing, she left my nails so weakened that they began tearing off in less than a week. I will have to let them completely grow out from the bail bed before they will stop tearing. I have been getting gel manis since they first came into existence and have never had anyone do this to me before. When I let her know she was hurting me, she smirked and said "sorry" without a hint of remorse. And what is with doing a mani at the same time as a pedi? You have to sit awkwardly in the pedi chair and it is not exactly comfortable or relaxing. I was not at all rude to this young woman, but she seemed to resent having to do her job.
