I sat in the chair and after reading through the selections, asked for the Royal pedicure. (the most expensive one on the menu.) I chose this because I have been insanely busy and have not had a picture in 2 years and my feet needed soaking and the works, really. well; the lady spent LESS than 12 minutes cutting my toe nails, "cleaning" them, buffing and filing them, trimming my cuticle, and scrubbing my feet. she NEVER cleaned under my toenails or around them. When she was filing, she never touches the corners of my toe nails because she just rushed through, was not thorough, and BARELY filed them, and when she was buffing my nails, there were parts of my nails she didn't even touch. when she started massaging my legs I was shocked because again, she spent less than 12 minutes on my feet. (I know it was less than 12 because I messaged my husband when I got in the chair and then again when she started massaging me.). I said something to her and told he that I felt that she rushed through my feet and she kept saying that she did not rush. She knew I was disappointed so she kept massaging my legs and asking me if everything was all better now. I finally said 'it's whatever'. I didn't even care about the massage. I wanted my feet taken care of. I said something that one time and my husband told me to say something again, but, I should not have to tell a nail tech how to do their job. This was probably the most disappointing pedi I've ever had and I WILL NOT be back. $65 wasted. oh, and my toe nails are cut different. I told her I wanted them rounded. Well... I'm not usually the girl to leave a bad review, but... I'll start by saying, I'm new in town and didn't make an appointment, and the world is just starting to emerge from the Covid Coma. I came in for a gel mani/pedi. It was nice, but rushed despite not having but only 1 other customer in the salon. My nails look ok, but not good. The lady who did my nails just clipped and filed her way, she never asked how I wanted them shaped and I left with square and very short nails. :( the gel is not even at the cuticle and I had to scrub gel polish off my fingers before a lunch date. I had to insist that the technician file the sharp corners off before I left. Honestly, you can't tell I had a manicure yeaterday For $100, I expect A LOT more service. I guess I'll keep looking for a nail salon in Auburn. **Update** So it's been just over a week and my Gel Manicure is chipping, peeling and my cuticles look terrible. Nickel and dime you to death. I have recently moved from getting dip powder to acrylic overlay (just overlay, no tips) and usually go to a different salon but I was nearby and used to love this place so I stopped here to get a new set of acrylic overlay. Never again. I told them exactly what I wanted, new set of acrylic overlay, almond shape (which I already had) plus a manicure. The only thing I was told about an up charge was $10 more for the manicure part which I did agree to. Fast forward, I get my "manicure" which actually just consisted of clipping my cuticles (no cuticle remover used and tools that had obviously not been sterilized bc the tech poured alcohol on them to clean) and nothing more. Got my overlay which wasn't terrible but my cuticles were TORN UP from him filing them after application. So much so that two fingers bled. So someone else came to check on me and ended up pulling me over to her table, filing off my polish, reshaping my nails and then replacing my polish. All I got was overlay and a clear coat. Then I go to pay... with fingers throbbing. She tells me I owe SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS! WHAT?!? I asked why if costs $75- $10 for soak off of my previous set, $10 for the "manicure," $5 for any shape that isn't square, and then I just king of blanked from there because I was in shock. At any other salon, I could have walked out of there for $10 more and had a pedicure too! I advised them that maybe next time they should show people their menu if they are going to charge for every single thing they do that should be included in a basic freaking service. INSANE! I will never go back there. Also, 24 hours later and my fingers are still sore. My nails look fine but I am pissed that they think they can just get away with robbing people like that. read more

One of the " workers" (claimed to work there, not confirmed) approached a group of young girls trying to eat at around midnight. The girls were clearly uncomfortable and the guy would not leave them alone. My friend and I stepped in and tried to get the "worker" to leave. He claimed he was just trying to promote this business. He would grab their hands to look at their nails and asked to see their feet. After countless times asking him to leave them alone, he would not listen so we ended up having to walk the young girls out of the restaurant. Incredibly unprofessional and out of line. read more

The guy who did my toes was amazing! So nice & just did an overall great job. Now, the lady who did my nails really just rushed the whole thing. She never measured my nails so some of them are different lengths & shapes! I just felt rushed the whole time & she got an attitude when I asked for a certain design so I ended up just changing what I wanted bc I didn't want to deal w her attitude. The paint on my index finger is sloppy & my middle finger nail is literally square shaped when I asked for coffin & it's way shorter than all the other nails. Yes, they do get busy and you will probably wait for 10-15 minutes, depending on when you arrive. But you're getting a mani/pedi so make time for what you know will be a good experience. If you must be in/out quickly, schedule it or go at 10AM on a Tuesday. That said, the reason they are busy is that they are amazing! Kathy is personable, direct and goes out of her way to make your experience the best. My nails are always flawless and a powder dip is thin (not thick and clumpy fake looking) and lasts for 2-3 weeks. Best quality powder dip mani in town. Make time or book an appointment and be prepared to be pleased. Highly recommended. read more

Service was fast and they were very friendly which we both appreciated. They took their time doing our pedicures and i was able to get my manicure done at the same time. This is a nice salon to go to if you just want a regular, everyday single-color manicure. if you're looking for any sort of design (even a simple one), this is not the nail salon to go to. Everyone here does great nails except Joe, but that's likely because he's new-ish. He isnt the best at shaping the nails and can never do simple designs (ex, he couldn't do a line across the end of my nails once and another time he wouldn't do a simple starburst). He could use a lot more practice or education or something. At least he's nice though. The manager (Kathy?) has a really sour attitude if you ask her to do anything other than the basic, simple, one-color nail polish or SNS. And every time she does my nails, they fall off super quick. It's likely because she usually skips a few steps, for example the first step with SNS nails (putting the white, base powder first before the color). but she makes them look pretty for the short time they last I guess. Everyone else here is awesome and does great nails and eyebrows! I love when Katherine and Tracy do my nails and eyebrows and the other lady whose name I forget. They are always willing to try to make your design idea come to life (as long as Kathy isn't around) and you will leave loving your nail or eyebrow shape! 11/26: I had appointment at one o'clock. They put me in the water and said my person was just finishing up with a client. After at least 10 minutes she was still several steps from finishing. They were prepared to let me wait in the water for 30 minutes! I asked for someone else after about 10-12 minutes and it was a mediocre pedicure at best. 1. they did not keep the appointment even though they started another customer at my appointed time. 2. the owner lied to my face twice. 3. they have a careless disregard for their customers. read more

Although they do well on their services, the wait time is just unacceptable. The past 2 times I came for a simple dip powder mani they had me sitting in a bowl of acetone for 45 MIN... acetone is horrible for the nails, so for them to leave me there for that long in those chemicals is just bad customer service. At least let me know it'll be a wait instead of forcing me to stay by getting me started! I've been there probably 4 or more times and the owner hasn't even tried getting to know me as she does the other regulars. I'm happy with my nails, but sadly won't be able to come here any more because of the extensive time it takes. read more

I am completely disappointed in this place .. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars here and I am Active Duty Military and my husband is a pastor.. so you could imagine that our schedules are extremely busy! Today my husband was out of town and I couldn't find a baby sitter, I really wanted to make sure my nails were done for an important meeting the next day .. the guy at the front looked at me Weird when I walked in with my kids ( 1 yr old/4 yes old) like he didn't want to serve me. After sitting there for about 15 minutes my 1 years old started laughing really loud and the guy came to the lobby with an attitude and said " She needs to be quiet, people come here to relax" I said ok ! , then about a minute later , he came and said ( still with an attitude) " What do you need again"? I politely told him I will just leave.. He said OK .. THANK YOU!! . This was complete unacceptable because no where on their establishment does it say that no kids are allowed and I have been a very loyal customer even giving $20+ tips at some point . I will never go to this establishment again and will make sure EVERYONE knows about this incident !! read more

This place was the worst nail salon ever!! Me and my friend went and we had to ask him to do simple stuff to our nails that most technicians should already do without having to be told to do.
