I could not believe how kind and friendly and warm the technicians were and they took such great care of my hands and making sure I got exactly what I wanted and I definitely did. I like this place so much that even though I am no longer in Georgia I still felt like I needed to come back and write a good review because I would definitely return to them for my nails every time if I could. And the prices are unbeatable to, definitely worth way more than what they ask.

First time here! Went in almost an hour after they opened and upon entering was automatically greeted and asked how I could be helped and seated right away. They're only 2 other customers inside being serviced. I got a male tech who did a really good job and took his time and really took into consideration if I thought a nail was crooked and fixed it without signs of annoyance. I got a gel full set and love the outcome. Would definitely come back.

This is the second time I come here. The first time I had a manicure and brought my daughter in for one also. We had a great experience. I don't do acrylics, but I do get gel polish. This second time I went was only for a polish change. It was done very well and I love that they take their time and pay attention to detail. They don't rush you out even if it's busy. I will definitely keep coming back for future manicures and polish change.

I'm a frequent customer and I had the worst experience with a new nail tech. If I would have know that a overlay and full set was the same price I would have went with the full set instead. I just keep looking at my nails and smh, BUT IM GOING BACK TODAY. Something has to be done. Also I was the last person to leave so we all know how anyone is about getting off of work, so I chose to bring the matter back up today. For gel and $40 I just can't let this go.

I do not even want to give this place a 1 star as they did not listen to anything i said that i wanted with color and outcome of my nails. I was lead to believe that what i wanted could be done as i asked several times. I was in there for more there 3 hours and was only able to get my feet done! I wanted my nails and my feet done. The tech ruby also cut down my nail more than i wanted and could not fix it with acrylic! i was over charged for something i was NOT happy with and i felt lied to and was NOT happy with what was given. read more

Got a gel manicure yesterday and already is peeling/ breaking off. Experience was not enjoyable and felt like I had to babysit the whole time because he wouldn't listen to what I asked for and kept filing my nails unevenly leaving ridges. Salon wasn't clean either. read more

I couldn't have asked for better service. The salon was clean and well kept and all of the nail technicians worked in a timely manner. I had gone to another nail salon earlier that week and it was absolutely the worst experience. The technician at Ruby was able to fix a broken nail and fix the mess that the previous nail salon and done. Finally the massage at the end was probably the best and most committed massage I've ever gotten at a nail salon. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is because the wait was a bit long. There were not as many technicians as customers walking in, so I had to wait 30 minutes before I got looked at. Additionally the technician did a wonderful job on my hands, I just wish she put one more coat on my gel nails it definitely would have given it a better finish. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely be going back. read more

They do nails really good, but they hurt. My nail was bleeding when the man was doing it. The customer service is different among the people who does your nails, but the man I got, he didn't communicate with me at all and he got my color wrong so I had to tell him, he didn't even ask what I wanted. He just assumed that I wanted the same color as my manicure. I have no complaints though be he did a really good job read more

Thus place is amazing great customer service and they spend their time making your nails amazing. If your a big rusher on nails which means messy nails this is not your place, these girls put time and work to make their work a perfect set of nails for you! I can't stop looking at my nails they are FLAWLESS. I saw Mary but me and five of my friends went their and all of us loved our nails. read more

I went here tonight for the first time! I was so impressed!! I got the deluxe pedicure and gel polish manicure. OMG! The pedicure was over an hour before she even started painting my nails! That was so relaxing and it was an hour long leg and foot massage y'all! The did an amazing job on my polish and my gel manicure looks amazing. They did three coats of the gel polish. I went to Ruby nails 3 times, the first time was ok the second time was good and the third time was horrible. The women soaked my nails in the cuticle remover in a small plastic baggie. She left it on too long that my hands were raw afterwards to the point where the skin around my nails hurt. It took a week before my skin was better. It was quite evident that they don't have skilled nails techs. Each time I got my gel manicure done my nails were chipping after the first week and going into my second week the polish would curl on the sides. I was having to get a gel manicure every two weeks my normal is every three weeks. I decided to go somewhere else because it was just not the quality and service I was used to. read more

I use to come here a lot. I always had great service but recently they have been doing a horrible job. My nail shaping was revolting for the price I was charged. . The last full set I had my real nails were ripping off with the false nails. They did not stay on longer than three days and I would never let them do my toes. I allowed them to do my toes and it was literally horrible. When I brang it to there attention it wasn't fixed and they called the police instead of fixing it I have not returned. I have had no problems with Princess Nails. My sister even stopped going because it's not worth what they charge. I would never recommend going here!! read more
