I didn't find out until I was already en route. Instead of understanding, I was charged a no-show fee. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.

She was very kind and attentive to how I wanted my eyebrows threaded. She did shape them a bit more than I had envisioned, but they still turned out great. My only improvement is that the store itself could have been cleaner; general dirt and dust was evident on the floor and counters. The woman working did change gloves between customers and wore a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd recommend if you're looking for a good threading place.

Making the appointment was so easy on their website, they really care about what services you want. When I arrived the front desk lady was so sweet and pleasant and it was a great feeling, nothing felt rushed either. Sadie did my hair and she did wonderful, this entire salon and stylist are fantastic. Nothing felt rushed, no one seemed to be in a hurry. She also put just the right amount of product in my hair this is the first time I didn't wash my hair as soon as I got my hair done cause it felt greasy and just gross.
