ZERO STARS!!!!! owner is rude, quality of work is horrendous. eyelashes fell off not even an hour after getting them done. got a pedicure and it was rushed the the nail polish isn't all the way on. just horrible experience don't recommend. they refused to give me my money back even though i was there not even an hour before. read more

I visited this location while I was in Columbus, GA to get a pedicure & manicure. It was a real pleasant experience by the technician. It is the other customers with talking on their phones on speaker that was concerning. The lady I had was great. She listened to my instructions for help during the manicure. Ok where do I start...I've got to do the obvious. Being a man of African American decent I only get pedicures after long deployments and when I have to put my tux on. I checked out a few reviews and decided to use this place since was close to base with decent reviews. Walked in and was greeted by a nice Asian gentleman who directed to a chair. After sitting briefly a young African American lady walked up and asked was I getting a pedicure? You could have knocked me out the chair with a feather. My jaw dropped and I finally asked her are you going to do it. She thought I was hilarious and so did everyone else in ear shot. She did a hood job and was very nice they have lots of chairs and stations and everyone seem to pleased with their service. I'm in awe and as long as I'm in the area I will come back....thanks V damn that felt good I'm also thinking taking that business model to more homies....add a bar a couple pokes and some lights...maybe a all stage in the center...no cover just a two limb minimum (2 feet 2 hands 1 hand 1foot) and watch the brothers come through !!!! read more

Love this place. Jenny, Coy and Tina are the best. Plenty of pedi chairs, no long wait times. Clean! Eyebrow and lash service is also great!

The employees are super nice and down to earth. The other customers were very chatty and friendly as well. They make you feel like you are a family member in their house, and just there to pamper you, like a girl's beauty night with aunties. I had a pedicure $18, nail design $5, underarms waxed $20, legs waxed $40, and brazilian wax $45. Altogether, $128 for amazing service. They even used tweezers to stray hairs that remained after waxing! The waxing room looks funny, with storage boxes and home bedsheets on the wax table (bed). But you can see they try their best. And the results are the best I have had! They offer $23 lash extensions, but I honestly, I think that getting individual lashes placed at a high end salon would be worth it since they would look more natural, around $150. But if you want to just experiment and don't car about the plastic wax and very thick look, go for it ;) read more

While everyone was so friendly and polite, the work was disappointing. I had a pedicure and manicure and ended up coming out with rough hands and even rougher feet. I even have a gouge out of the bottom of one of my feet from where they used a metal grater to smooth the skin. The polish on my hands and feet both look like they were done by a 5 year old. Polish isn't even covering all of the parts of the nail and it's rough and bumpy. It was very inexpensive and the atmosphere was nice, however because of the quality of service I won't be going back. read more

Nails look good but weak massage. Men's pedi is $28 Women's is $28 not sure what they did more other than the Polish... I enjoyed the massage chairs and there are a lot of them. Place smelled clean but the tools are questionable. read more

I went to VIP Nails because of their positive Yelp reviews and honestly was disappointed. To begin with the positives, it was easy to find the salon and they got us right in. The pedicures were good, pretty standard but no complaints. My manicure, however, was pretty terrible. The technician assisting me didn't seem to be very comfortable manicuring and at one point ripped off a large portion of my cuticle causing me to bleed a lot. I was a little horrified about how little they helped me clean up the blood and there was was absolutely no apology. Another technician finished the manicure for me and did a nice job, but the damage was done. After the incident with my cuticle, I was pretty uncomfortable thinking about how hygienic the salon is. I could also tell as my nails were drying that the polish was too thick and would be chipping shortly. The manicure made it 4 days before it started chipping. But as I stated above, the pedicure was perfectly fine. The real star of this place seemed to be their eyebrow and eyelash services, which i did not receive but there was a huge line of local people there for those services. 3/5 stars, but hoping I just had a bad tech and it's not a bad salon. read more

By far the worst nail salon I've been to...the wait was ridiculous but I didn't mind that. I got a new set, now not only are my nails uneven he did the worst paint job ever.. it's clunky and my hands are a mess.. I have all that acrylic stuck on my hands and paint everywhere. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails and if you don't care how your nails look go there but I do...especially since I paid so much you would think they would give me what I want and paid for but I ended up walking out unsatisfied.. The previous reviews are misleading. Being new to the area, I researched a place for a simple shellac gel manicure. Went to VIP due to the great reviews only to find a nasty, unkept "salon". The salon was filthy and the location didn't seem safe...I should have left strictly because it wasn't clean, but decided to give it a try. The man who did my manicure wreaked of cigarettes and coughed and hacked the entire time. My nails took about 15 min and looked like a 5 year old did them. I wanted to give them a chance, but needless to say I will never be returning. read more
