But I moved up the street from this place and gave them a try and I must say not only are the nail techs there professional and nice but they do quality nails. Jenny is amazing mail tech she actually listens to want you want and they don't try and get over on you on the prices they are very fair well except for the take off 15$ is a little higher than normal but that's ok it's all about the service for me and it can get busy just know it's only 3 people who work there and it can get backed up definitely love my designs on my nails and she does great eyebrows too! I received a pedicure today. I am VERY picky about my nails, and this place was good. Not the best I ever had but not the worst. Gel polish is pretty thick and I wish the shape was better. I didn't like that they don't soak off gel polish before filing. They just use the machine to file down. It burned a few times. Other than that everyone was super accommodating and super nice! read more

This is my third or fourth visit here. A different tech every time. Its the closest salon to my house and I have had mixed results here. Today was ok. I was the only client in the salon but the guy seemed to rush through. My finished product is ok. He kind of scared my a few times with the cuticle nippers but it was probably more difficult because he started without the cuticle remover. They are pretty good at the up sell here... my $33 mani/pedi I requested was $55. I am not sure what I agreed to. The people are nice but I don't usually chat too much. read more

First time here since moving to Fort Mitchell 5 months ago and he was rushing during my pedicure and sliced the top of my toe with the nail file, like a deep paper cut. For the area, this place is a good place to get your pedicure and nails done. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. I ended up going to this nail shop out of laziness for not wanting to drive into Columbus for a nail appointment that I can't get at the other shop. I'm glad I stopped into this nail shop. This was by far one of the best nail shops I've been to down here. This nail shop is a hidden gem. Very friendly, nice, and quick. The guy that did my nails was very professional, nice and his work was beautiful. I normally drive to Columbus but live in Fort Mitchell. I hate that I had to give this place a star at all but the app requires you to put at least one. I have been coming here for the past 4 years and never had an issue but something has changed. I went in today for a full set and the guy who normally does it all the time fell asleep TWICE while doing my nails. The first time was when he was applying the gel, then I questioned if he was falling asleep while filing them down. But then he definitely fell asleep while putting the gel polish on. The nails are bulky, uneven, and because he got the gel polish all over the place while he was nodding off, it cured on my skin and under the nail. I am just so disappointed because I have recommended people to come here in the past and now I will be making a trip into columbus tomorrow to get my nails fixed and I will never come here again. It's beyond unacceptable for a person to fall asleep multiple times while performing or doing something that could potentially hurt someone if a mistake was made. There were two young ladies there in the waiting area also and when they asked about how long for a fill the guy brushed them off and went outside for a smoke. This is not how you run a business. read more

I visited this salon for the first time this afternoon as a walk in customer; they do take appointments. They were able to help me right away, no waiting. I got a color gel (shellac) manicure $25 and a spa pedicure $23. They have other options: manicures ranging from $12-30, pedicures ranging from $23-45, Combo Mani/Pedi ranging from $33-50, children 3-8 years mani/pedi $20, junior 9-12 years mani/pedi $25, I also believe they offer brow wax. Many color options to choose from in both regular nail polish and gel (shellac). The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was pretty quiet today, and the salon was clean. They're open Monday-Friday 10a-8p, Saturday 9a-7p, Sunday: Closed. I will be a returning customer when I need a manicure or pedicure. read more

The Pedicure was good. The man who did the pedicure was very nice and professional. The acrylic nails and SERVICE were not. The man who was doing my full set tried SEVERAL times to push a different color. I told him I want the color i picked out and that i wanted my hands and feet to match. I told him when I sat down, I did not want square nails. I wanted them narrow, similar to coffin or ballerina(NEVER HAD AN ISSUE ANYWHERE ELSE GETTING THIS!) . He argued those dont look good. And I said I do not want square nails. By the end I had, square nails. Then, one thumb was longer than the other. We argued until I told him we were done i would finish them at home. Then he fixed it. He then proceeds to paint. By the time he got done painting the whole set looked like the color was old and had grown out. He argued that. In the end I finally said just take them off. Still arguing what I wanted wasn't feasible, after I had explained I have had it done at several other salons and NO ONE argued or questioned. He took off majority but still left a layer of acrylic and parts of tips. Very very disappointed. I was hoping to have a salon near my home. Will NOT return. Two stars only from pedicure. read more

Very nice staff however, many times I've gone in to have my eyebrows arched only to be told the one lady who does them is not there. Sometimes there is only one technician there who can do manicures/full sets while the rest can only do pedicures. read more

I will not be visiting this salon again. I wanted a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was first. While I sat in the pedicure chair, with my feet in the water, a recent customer came in and complained how they overcharged her debit card 4 times for a basic manicure. I watched as they went through all the receipts and realized that they did overcharge her. They gave her the money back in cash. After the customer left, a SECOND customer comes in complaining of the same thing! They overcharged this woman's debit card TWICE! They had to give her cash back as well. At this point, I'm thinking "I understand mistakes happen but I hope this doesn't happen to me." So, then a customer goes over to the manicure table and while she's sitting down, she tells the manicurist, "Now, I want you to take your time, this time." This time???? That should have been my que to leave but I decided against my better judgment and stayed. By this time, 40 minutes had passed and the water was no longer hot. "Fang" finally sits down and starts my pedicure. They charge an additional $7 to remove callus from the bottom of my feet, which should be included in the price for a standard pedicure. She went through the motions and barely used the cuticle nippers. Then it was time for the manicure. She didn't even use warm water. The water was COLD! Same thing, just went through the motions and barely used the cuticle nippers. After 2 coats of the color I chose, it was obvious that you could still see through the color. I told her that the color wasn't as strong as on the finger model that I picked out. She spoke with a coworker and was told to add another coat. The color was still see through. When I left I asked my husband if he liked it and he immediately says that the color was see through and it looks undone. My hubby knows nothing about mani/pedis and for him to point this out spoke volumes. My sister said the same thing and they both asked why I paid and demanded that I go get a refund! I was so angry at myself for allowing myself to accept such poor service. I had to go and buy a color that closely matched and paint over the see through job Fang did. Sigh, $$ down the drain. I wish I had taken a photo to post before I repainted my nails. I will not be visiting this salon again. read more
