Today was the final straw- I had to point out to the manicurist that she had missed approximately 1/8" of my nail on the left side of all five of my nails on my left hand. In addition to that the polish on all my nails is very rough and bumpy (see pics), not smooth like painted nails should be, and she also didn't cut and file my nails evenly, none of which I realized until she was finished. At that point I was so over this place I didn't even mention it, I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER give this place any money again, which is sad because I live in midtown and it's a super convenient location, plus the facility itself is pretty decent.
