There's 2 sayings regarding the #3...One says, "3rd times the Charm" and the other says "3 strikes…read moreyou're out" and today it's "3 strikes you're out" Maple Nail & Spa Columbus Georgia. Last week, Tracey called and left a message on my phone informing that my appointment that I scheduled a month ago in July for the date of my birthday, August 15 @10am needed to be rescheduled because the attendant that I have the appointment with is ill. Because I've had issues twice with Maple Nail & Spa rescheduling then when I showed up for the appointment, the claim was that they didn't, I had my sister call so that I'll have a witness. On last Friday, August 14th, my sister spoke with Tracey via phone and Tracey told her the same thing that the attendant was ill and that I could rescheduled for August 22nd or 29th @ 10am. Because I have other appointments scheduled on both of those dates within the 10am time frames and the one on the 29th is unchangeable, I selected August 22nd @ 10am with Anna. My sister called Tracey back on August 14th and confirmed today, August 22nd @10am. Fast forward this morning, I arrived and was told "you don't have an appointment with Anna." Tracey is standing there at the counter listening to the counter attendant telling me this and I turned to Tracey and told her that you spoke with my sister and rescheduled my appointment for, today August 22 @ 10am and she defensely claim that she didn't tell my sister Liz Alford that nor rescheduled the appointment. I left and promptly called my sister and informed her of the events that just occurred. She promptly called Maple Nail & Spa and asked to speak to Tracey who refused to talk to her (counter attendant said that she was with a customer. My sister asked the counter attendant when would Tracey be available and the attendant told her that Tracey have appointments all day). So my main takeaway from this is, what happened to "my apologies, I made a mistake"...now, I'm no longer one of your customers which perhaps is okay with Maple Nail & Spa and I will share this experience on social media/Google and other platforms so that others want be surprised nor disappointed if this occurs with them. #SearsGone #KmartGone #PoorCustomerServiceTheReasonWhy

I was visiting the Fort Benning area from California for a few months and decided to try this nail…read moresalon for a pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because the salon was extremely hot inside. From around late morning, the salon became crowded, and it didn't feel like the air conditioning was keeping up. Sitting for a pedicure, especially one that uses warm water and steam, became very uncomfortable because of the heat. I ordered the Margarita Pedicure, which cost $87, plus an additional $7 for gel polish removal. For the prices being charged, I expected a much more comfortable environment. My nail technician was very kind, professional, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. This review is not about the staff--they were wonderful. I actually felt sorry for them because they had to continue working in the heat all day while constantly moving around and serving customers. The temperature inside became so uncomfortable that I decided to skip getting my manicure there and went somewhere else afterward to have my nails done. I hope the owner addresses the cooling and ventilation in the salon. Customers are paying premium prices, and the employees also deserve a comfortable and safe place to work. Until the indoor temperature issue is resolved, I personally would not return or recommend this salon.

I had been in April with my Mom prior to the remodel. My nail technician was training someone and did not pay much attention to me. However, she did a great job. I went back a few weeks ago (early September 2024). I had a different nail tech - a young lady named Vi (sp?) When you check in at the iPad you choose which service(s) you want. I chose a collagen manicure for $28. This included per their website: "Nail trimming, shaping, buffing, cuticle grooming, collagen gloves with extended massage, and polish." When I showed Vi my nails she said I needed the gel polish. I was fine with using gel polish and agreed I tried talking with her but she was standoffish. She even turned on a show on her phone - no earbuds just right there loudly playing next to her. I decided to watch TV which caused me to crane my neck sideways due to the way it was positioned on the wall and the angle of the station I was seated in. However - the show was an Asian cooking show. I love food but know your clientele - maybe a Hallmark movie or something on Lifetime. Plus it was in another language so I had no idea what was going on. Ugh! Vi finished my polish and then abruptly said that "get lotion" and that I was done ... Wait what? No cuticle treatment, no collagen wrap, no hand massage. And the best part - instead of being $28 it was $68!!! I will not go back. There are too many other places that are professional, kind, and don't up charge.
