i go here every time i need a polish change and they always do an AMAZING job. the service there is wonderful, and the gel polish that i get always lasts a long time compared to other places i've went to. it took a while for me to find a nail salon that i really liked in the area, but this is definitely the one for me. i always make sure to recommend this place to anyone i can!!

Bring in a photo and they will match it to a T! Miss Vivian done these but they're ALL so talented!

Not enough nail techs had to leave. Kept us waiting, not worth the hour or so wait! If you have to go there make an appointment first.

My daughter & I went in for the head spa. It was wonderful, everything we hoped for and more…read more Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was so sweet and kind. Definitely give them a try. We will be trying them for our nails and pedicures next, I am sure they will not disappoint!

This is the 3rd nail salon to go into this location. The one prior was called Golden Nails. It is…read moreconvenient which is why I thought I would try out this newly remodeled nail salon. I had been in April with my Mom prior to the remodel. My nail technician was training someone and did not pay much attention to me. However, she did a great job. I went back a few weeks ago (early September 2024). I had a different nail tech - a young lady named Vi (sp?) When you check in at the iPad you choose which service(s) you want. I chose a collagen manicure for $28. This included per their website: "Nail trimming, shaping, buffing, cuticle grooming, collagen gloves with extended massage, and polish." When I showed Vi my nails she said I needed the gel polish. I was fine with using gel polish and agreed I tried talking with her but she was standoffish. She even turned on a show on her phone - no earbuds just right there loudly playing next to her. I decided to watch TV which caused me to crane my neck sideways due to the way it was positioned on the wall and the angle of the station I was seated in. However - the show was an Asian cooking show. I love food but know your clientele - maybe a Hallmark movie or something on Lifetime. Plus it was in another language so I had no idea what was going on. Ugh! Vi finished my polish and then abruptly said that "get lotion" and that I was done ... Wait what? No cuticle treatment, no collagen wrap, no hand massage. And the best part - instead of being $28 it was $68!!! I will not go back. There are too many other places that are professional, kind, and don't up charge.

In my three years living in Columbus, I have yet to find a nail salon that I am in love with. I was…read morerecommended this place by a friend. I went in yesterday for a pedicure, but later added a manicure. The pedicure went well, it was timely the woman who did mine did an excellent massage and the nail polish looks great. However, when it came to my manicure I was disappointed. It felt very rushed. In salon the polish looked nice. and even. When I got out to my car I saw that it was very uneven and messy. The woman who did mine also cut all of my cuticle skin off. I had no time to go back, though I am sure they would have fixed the polish. Last night the polish lifted and peeled off of my index fingers after taking a shower. It is also chipping off of other fingers and I have to repaint them for the event I got them done for today.

YEAH... So this was my second stop of the day at a nail bar. I came in and was greeted right away…read moreand was asked what service I wanted and to then pick a color... I informed the lady that I just wanted my toes painted and that I had brought my own color--- right away I was seated. I found myself trying to get comfortable in the chair and enjoy the chair massage when my manicurist comes to me. She was the sweetest elderly lady, BUT I should have known it wasn't going to go well when I saw that all her cuticles where gone (sigh), but whateves I felt committed at this point and besides I'm just getting my toes polished... I told her that I didn't need my nails cut down that I had self-groomed before I came... well she must have thought I still needed them cut because she took out her nail file and went to work. I responded with, "No, I'm good that's rubbing on my skin" she then replied, "its ok" She really meant no harm I just took it as she gone do what she think is best, but could you leave me with a lil skin please. The polish needed a good two coats, what one would typically apply, she however did FOUR which I was a bit concerned as I thought it to be too heavy. Once she finished she escorted me to the dry bar where you sit and put your toes underneath the light. I sat for about 5 minutes before I allowed myself away from the table and paid. When I got outside I noticed that polish was on the side of my toes and air bubbles --- I was disappointed and thought to even go back in and have her fix it, but didn't feel that it was worth the effort. I spent $8.00 for someone to polish up the piggies and it didn't even look great :-/ The facility was clean, service was prompt and friendly and the price for what I wanted I did find, "ok" even cheaper than the previous place that I had went to prior. The nail bar is located inside of the Columbus Park Crossing shopping center right near the Vitamin Shoppe
