He thoroughly took his time. I hadn't been to the salon in over 2 months so I had accumulated an ingrown toenail (which he took care of), it didn't hurt whatsoever! He offered me complimentary drinks (water or soda). I would definitely recommend this salon to future clients.

From around late morning, the salon became crowded, and it didn't feel like the air conditioning was keeping up. Sitting for a pedicure, especially one that uses warm water and steam, became very uncomfortable because of the heat. I ordered the Margarita Pedicure, which cost $87, plus an additional $7 for gel polish removal. For the prices being charged, I expected a much more comfortable environment. My nail technician was very kind, professional, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. This review is not about the staff--they were wonderful. I actually felt sorry for them because they had to continue working in the heat all day while constantly moving around and serving customers. The temperature inside became so uncomfortable that I decided to skip getting my manicure there and went somewhere else afterward to have my nails done. I hope the owner addresses the cooling and ventilation in the salon. Customers are paying premium prices, and the employees also deserve a comfortable and safe place to work. Until the indoor temperature issue is resolved, I personally would not return or recommend this salon.

His client in his chair at the time even looked at my eyebrow and immediately noticed. I asked for a refund in the amount $10 and he refused. I disputed it thru my bank and got it back but missing my eyebrow can't be fixed. It has to grow in. He showed no remorse for it and for that I'll stop anybody from using their services so they don't wind up in this same predicament. Instead go to Paris nails next to Koreana on Moon Road. The tech ruby also cut down my nail more than i wanted and could not fix it with acrylic! i was over charged for something i was NOT happy with and i felt lied to and was NOT happy with what was given.
