I went to get NATURAL LASHES done and they looked horrible. There was tons of glue clumped on the lashes and my top lashes were stuck to the bottom. My eyes were ON FIRE. I told her I wasn't paying for them and I wanted them off. She then walked out of the room and I ended up pulling out the cluster lashes. I was so upset that I posted a google review about it. The manager responded saying for me to call the store and she would make it right however when I called the store all she said was "I so sorry, I so sorry". She didn't make anything right. She didn't offer for me to come in and get a free treatment or anything which makes me even more apt to say not to go here. They don't care about keeping customers. They have no idea what they are doing as far as lashes. I should have known better because the place was empty!! read more

Ok Classy nails!! It's time to put that a** on BLAST! I spent $288.00 and we had to come back to fix the gel polish on my daughter toe. Now this was done on a Saturday, so Monday we went back to the shop. The owner "fixed" it , she rushed and it messed up again. Not dry at all, but it's gel. The owner is arrogant and she does not give a damn about customer service or customers period. Then I got lashes done... by Monday they were like rubber and just came off! Buyer beware!!! This place is just big and pretty ! They do not care about you or the service they render.. no TLC ! They just hurry up so they can get paid and get you out of there. Never again! I never got my manicure only the dip powder and I was very clear that I needed a manicure. The man that did my nails was nice but not efficient. My dip powder nails looked horrible. Now I will say I didn't get a full set or fill yet but it looks positive so far. I came in on my day off with my friend and just decided to get a pedi to relax and get some tlc on our feet. Couldn't have made a better decision. The amount of time spent to perfect the service was amazing and very much appreciated. Jenny was sent from the heavens I loved that they took the utensils out of a sanitary bag fresh to each client and the pedi tub was lined. I received a gel manicure on Friday May 24th and it is only May 28th, my nail polish is already lifting and coming off. I don't believe the man doing my nails really cared about my service as he was on his phone most of the time and even stopped doing my nails to attend to his phone instead. I went here a few hours ago and the nails that I requested was a dip manicure. No manicure was done but my nails looked nice. I got a pedicure the lady argued with me about the color and then I told after the third time this was the match she used it. She didn't cut my nail even and didn't lotion my feet just my legs. She ignored my question. Then didn't fix it. I get to the counter and the young lady says for me and my child who had a basic mani and pedi it as $157... I questioned that she could not answer why it was that price and had to go ask the technician. It's supposed to be 35 pedicures and 45 for dip. Then $18 for my child's nails. That equals $133.... After asking for the manager we find out they charge $7 for soak off; $5 for sealing the dip with a top coat (which is part of the service everywhere else) then charged full adult price. Not to mention they said why didn't you look at the board, it's not on the board then I pointed it out. Oh we have to update it then. Then she only agreed to take $5 off. As if it wasn't bad enough my pedicure is horrible and they won't fix it. Smh not going back and I just moved here....and my daughters nail was smudged! read more

I will preface this review by saying that I have been getting gel pedicures for years now, so I know how it should look. It shouldn't be on your cuticles. It shouldn't be lifting at the cuticles. It shouldn't be bubbly. And the toenails should be cut so they all match right? Moving on... The smell in here was rough. It smelled of chemicals and I didn't feel good about bringing my toddler in there with me. I had my toenails cutdown and filed in the normal pedicure fashion. She cleaned up my cuticles and I've never had them cut where they would pull and it wasnt completely detached. Usually the nippers are sharp enough where no pulling is needed at all. It didn't hurt, but that was a no-go in my books. The polish job sucked. As the tech was holding my toe, it slipped from her hand. Instead of starting from scratch, she just painted over it which caused bubbling and an uneven job. The color saturation was not even either which I was able to notice just staring at my toes. The tech is up close, so couldn't she tell what the heck is going on up close?! I've always had techs that compare the shape to the other foot and it was very obvious that two of my toenails were not the same as the other foot. At the end of my pedi, I told the front desk that I would be back the next day to get it fixed. (I would've stayed, but I needed a break from the smell and my toddler was getting restless.) I came back the next day and talked to the same person as when I walked out and she seemed irritated that i was coming back even though she said there was a 7 day "warranty". She asked to see my toes, which I happily showed her and had another nail tech fix my pedi. I gave this shop two stars only because my redo pedi was good...however, I did have to tell the new tech to fix the shape by filing it. Everything is more expensive in Hawaii and I was able to get amazing quality for a $45 gel pedicure. Here, I spent $48 for a crappy job and a weak massage. Would I come back: absolutely not, due to the smell and the fact that they offer a guarantee but didn't seem happy if people utilize that for legit reasons. read more

Best pedicure I have had in a very long time. The salon is very large, with plenty of pedicure chairs. I arrived after lunch on a Saturday and only had to wait about 5 minutes. All the equipment was sterile (they open new tools for each customer) and the entire place was very clean. The leg/foot massage was out-of-this-world great. I'd give 5 stars if they had ANC or SNS manicures instead of regular gel. If they had that option, I would never go anywhere else. read more

I was offered a glass of wine, given a menu and not one employee spoke to me again for an hour. She was done and moved on to nails and almost finished by the time my pedi got started. Well, I had an appointment for a massage, and when I showed up, I was told that the masseuse was going to be FIFTEEN minutes late. That's not a big deal I said, and I waited. However, after FORTY minutes, no sign of the masseuse....as I stated g to walk out I was told that she was almost done.... so she wasn't running late, she was with another client, and they obviously knew how delayed she was going to be. Pour customer service, bottom line. If I'm spending 80-100 every time I come here I should at least get great customer care... I have put up with them for a year because I haven't found anywhere else to go, but I've finally had enough. You would think me being a regular customer they would show some great care towards me. NO. Manager is very nonchalant about everything as if she's above you. I always go to new techs because after the second time going to them they do horrible on your nails. I got charged for them to fix my toenail polish because the gel popped off within 2 days like really just popped off. 5 dollars every trip for them to fix it told me I can come back when the person who did it is there or pay $5 for someone else to fix it (LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS????) YOUR THE MANAGER WHY CANT YOU FIX IT FOR FREE!! I always get gel and that has never happened before but this specific person did something wrong I guess but the manager made me pay 5 dollars for them to fix it. After me spending 80 DOLLARS two days before that. Then they popped off again and I had to pay again. Last set I got here it was RUSHED. the nail polish (gel) was uneven and you could see the sloppiness just looking at them. The skin on my toe was painted!! I always give them chance after chance but I'm done with this place for good. Now I'll be going to Diamond Nails on moon road. Seen a girls nails from there and they WERE BOMB! I NEVER give bad reviews. If I have a bad experience I usually come back and give it another go but the fact that this is the worse experience of my life tops the cake. I really liked this place despite the scolding hot water the three times I've gone. This time in particular the first young woman I spoke to was polite and pleasant to talk to. When I went to go pay with another young lady I felt like there was attitude, like she was being bothered by doing her job. Not even the worse part. I had gel previously on 4 toes basically ready to fall off, I really needed a pedicure. I sat at the table for at lest 15-20 minutes for the paint to dry and it wasn't since it got snagged while walking. They fixed it it was nice of them. Until I got home and felt that my feet were hard and could see cracks, I knew he wasn't scrubbing hard at all but I didn't think it would look like nothing had been done. I tipped generously despite my experience. Then come home to see that all I wanted was a simple $25 pedicure and not to be swindled with a charge to take off gel polish that was already on its way out the door since being applied in JULY, it's now 3 months later. If you're going to charge extra for taking off nail polish and not even mention it, be rude, and not have proper working technology to dry the polish so it's completely ruined when the customer gets home you just shouldn't be in business. I didn't pay $40 for a shoty job. Oh I guess I did and that's why I'm writing this review. read more

I have been a customer at the shop off Gateway Rd for 7 years and have referred numerous people, as well as bringing new customers with me. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness, quality, and friendliness of the services there. But I have just been told that two of the friends I referred to your place will not be returning because of the conditions. Yesterday, a friend went to get her nails done and the guy kept watching his tablet while he did her nails and his table was filthy. If that wasn't bad enough, when she walked away to go wash her hands as directed, he started cutting his cuticles with the same tool he'd used on her! She said the trash cans were overflowing as well. The other friend I brought in personally for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing said she won't go back because the table she was on to get her eyebrows done was dirty. This is all unbelievable to me because this has always been a clean place. Now it seems you don't care. I'm embarrassed that I've referred people to a place like this. I will greatly miss the services I have come to this shop for but it seems it's time to find a new place. read more

I left the shop in the middle of me getting my feet done it was so horrible.... So I really wanted my feet done after the stressful week that I had. I walked in to get pedicure and was immediately got a chair... they ran me water for my feet and after the long wait my water went from hot to warm to cold. I told one of the nail techs that my water was getting cold. She responded saying "just wait until someone comes to do your nails and they'll warm it up for you"... excuse me??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I'm going to wait long you could atleast keep my water hot. Then a young lady came to start on my nails. She looked like she was 15 years old. She has no idea what she was doing. I could tell she had just started working on customers. She never scrubbed my feet, she went to file my toe down but the file barely touched my toes. Stay away from this place it is unsanitary and the customer service is very very bad. Everything is all giggles and smiles until you have a problem. I went there because it was close by. I recieved a deluxe spa mani & pedi with lashes. I had to ask the lady to refill my foot basin with fresh water. While waiting to be seated i watched the lady clean her utensils and not cleAn th foot basin. She used a towel to wipe it out but did not spray disinfectant to sanitize it after her last customer. then the owner did my gel polish and lashes. I left and came back the NEXT DAY! I had noticed chipping in the polish and the middle section of lashes had come off my left eye. I went in to have these issues repaired.
