I came in a few days ago for my birthday and it was perfect. I've never been disappointed with my nails from here, and it's definitely one of the best in Columbus. I came in with my friends on a whim an hour or so before they closed, and they all stayed and conversed with us as they did our nails; they very easily could have turned us away. The staff are all friendly and efficient. I wish I could remember her name, but I got green nails a month or two ago and the speed and accuracy of the lady doing my nails genuinely left me stunned. Very good color selection. I can't say much for the mani/pedi portions of the salon, as I don't like massages, but I love the nails. read more

Vy's is the best! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They always do a beautiful job in my nails. They are also very friendly there!

Took my granddaughter in for a little girl day fun, and they decorated her toe nails with pretty polka dots! Fun! read more

I just moved to Waverly Hall from Chicago. Read the review advise and it was the closest to where I live so I thought I'd try it out. They did a great job. They took their time doing a pedicure and a French manicure. I was very happy and would definitely be going there again. read more

Vy's Spa & Nails - Did a cute flower design on my big toe and a white tip on the rest that looked really classy. - Day Spas Near Me - Midland, Georgia

This is my go-to nail salon. The staff is always kind and helpful. It is also super clean!!! Holly is the BEST!!!

I got a regular manicure and it was very disappointing. My nails chipped the next day. I would not recommend.

I get my nails done every week and have done so for years, so I consider myself to be above average when evaluating salons and Vy's Spa and Nails is absolutely the worst experience I have had. the quality of the work was poor but the cliner care was even wors. My technician did not speak english, which explained why she ignored my request not to cut only file my finger nails. it also explained why she could not execute my pedicure as I requested. My nails were butchered as she chose to cut my nails with nail nippers rather than clipper. When she applied the base and clear coat she did not prepare the nail so the finish was gritty and uneven. If you lower your standards and expectations you will be pleased but if you pursue excellence I suggest you not visit Vy's nail salon. read more

My first day back in the nail so since Covid hit...it was overall a nice experience. The color selection was nice. The staff was friendly. I had Spa pedicure done and unfortunately I am a hard sell on the massage aspect. I feel very strongly that long fingernails should not be on the mass of a person doing any type of massage. I was unable to relax because of the scratching sensation. It was not my worst experience but it was disappointing after waiting so long for a pedicure. For me, the massage aspect of the pedicure is more important than the nail painting....I can paint my own nails. I hope my next pedicure is more relaxing. I will try them again, just based on their customer service alone. Everyone deserves a second chance. read more

They raised the prices. Quality went down as well. Typical nail shop. Personable staff.

Honest review- Salon was clean. Workers where very polite. I wasn't 100% satisfied with my nails and with the service in comparison to the cost. I expect nail techs to know how to file and ensure nails are symmetrical and even. Not too thick on SNS powder. I had to give several suggestions and prompts through out on shape and to refile. The cost exceeds the service and skill set in my opinion. I live in Atlanta and far less price point for better service. I paid for sns nails and pedicure and a kiddie mani pedi. $142.00. I had come here once before for prom and really liked what I paid for. Super good prices and they do so much more than what you pay them for. My lady was Lee and she went above and beyond for my gel manicure. Such a good experience and I 100% recommend coming here. I came by for a quick manicure after church and the fit me right in. So polite and friendly too. read more

Vy's Spa & Nails - Gel Manicure in Dolce Pink - Day Spas Near Me - Midland, Georgia

Really depends on who you get here. I've been coming here on and off for a year but recently I've just been really dissatisfied. I got an amazing gel manicure a month ago, and just got my nails done again with a gel manicure last Friday. By this Sunday (yesterday) my gel polish was already lifting. Whoever did my nails got the polish on the cuticle and it's all downhill from there. And I wouldn't be so unhappy if this salon wasn't so much more expensive than other places. $39 plus tip for this? no thanks. Attached are some photos, sorry a little blurry. The location of this place is so great and I've had great experiences here in the past too, but it's just so hit or miss but for the same high prices no matter what the quality. read more

I stumbled across this gem of a place and have loved it ever sense! The consistent comments on my nails is what makes me a repeat customer. Everyone in the salon is friendly and always has a pleasant attitude. I recommend everyone I know to come and they are NEVER disappointed. Just be sure to make an appointment. They aren't required but it is nice to walk in and not have to wait for a nail technician. Keep up the great work! read more

I took my granddaughter for a girls day, we had loved the old location so drove an extra 10 min to get here. I had a pedicure with gel that was $55 a little more than I normally pay but I realize things are higher right now. My 7 year Old granddaughter wanted her fingernail and toenails painted with gel. The girl literally spent 15 min with her while mine took an hour and a half. Not sure why because my polish looks terrible. I literally didn't let him massage legs because it took forever. My bill for her was $50. for gel polish on a 7 year old. I questioned it and they assured me it was $25 each. My daughter in law got sns on her nails also that she paid for. That's 3 customers lost! So if you go I recommend getting prices first!!! read more

First time in for a mani and pedi and also my husband a pedi. We are more than pleased with our service! The ladies were so helpful and kind. Our feet and my hands look great! Prices are comparable if not cheaper than other places in town. The interior was set up very nice. The pedicure area was off on its own. The massage chairs were great for an aching back. We will be returning! read more

I will not go anywhere else. Love Tina she is awsome and very detail oriented. I have been to different places in Columbus and not been as satisfied. The results I have here are the best they have other services too. read more

#536 dip powder. Decided to swing by and get my nails done in hopes it wouldn't be crowded. I haven't been here since the summer and got a pedicure only with my husband and son for Father's Day. Absolutely by far the best pedicure I have ever had in Columbus! So clean, staff is very friendly and a full foot massage

I went with a friend who was getting her nails done one day. I had completely stopped going to the nail salons because of the poor service and high prices. So I took a chance since I was there with my friend and got my nails done too. I was pleasantly surprised. The owner immediately picked out a color for me that I simply loved, just by looking at the color I already had on, (my at home mani). I was seated immediately. I got a mani and pedi. My regular pedicure included a massage, scrub and hot towel as it should, no extra charge AND they had matching regular and gel because I don't like gel on my toes. The polish was quality polish, not watered down. They were very friendly and professional and last but not least I didn't feel like I I was paying pandemic prices. So needless to say, I have started back with my regular routine of mani/pedi's every 2 weeks at Vy's. I highly recommend Vy's to everyone whether you are looking for a new nail shop like me or not. They are great!! read more

First time here and from the get-go I had a very nice impression of the salon. It is very nicely decorated, very clean and well organized. As soon as you come in, the first thing you see is the manicure tables in front of you and the check-in/checkout desk to your left. I was immediately welcomed and asked how they could help me; you then sign-in and wait...I was about to seat to wait when I was welcomed to the manicure station. The entire manicure experience was very nice, she cut my cuticles without hurting me, I told her I wanted my nails short and she did just that, she asked for the shape and the color... everything was very nice and smoothly as any manicure service should be. I didn't get any other services done but their pedicure area seemed to be full (good impression, it must mean they're good) and I know they do facials, massages, eyelashes, permanent makeup and waxing as well. They did offer water but I'm not sure whether they have other drinks in their menu. Definitely great first experience; will be coming back. read more

First pedicure since covid and I came here because I have come here and their other location (Lee Nails) for years. They DO NOT require masks! I had no idea until I was already seated with my feet wet. They allowed multiple customers to come in without masks and didn't say a word. Of course a mask less couple was seated on either side of me. When the wife went to the bathroom I quietly pointed to my mask at her tech. When she came back he offered her a mask and said, "because your neighbor." I was so uncomfortable! I used to love both locations, but don't feel safe coming anymore. read more

Nice salon with very helpful staff. The two ladies who worked on my toes did a great job! I was very pleased and they are very friendly. I will go back to get my nails done. Hopefully the work is just as good as my prior experience. read more

Horrible service. Came in on a Friday. Waited two hours to get a full set. I was skipped over. It took her maybe 30 minutes to do my full set. I told her I wanted medium length almond and was told that I could only do that if I got them long. So I ended up coming out with long more stiletto shaped nails. I came I'm with a coworker and she asked for medium length almond nails and came out with medium length coffin nails. The price on the flyer said $38 but we ended up paying $92 together. By Monday one of her nails was coming off and another co worker came in Friday as well and her nails started coming off Saturday. Granted they did fix them but they shouldn't have come off in 2 and 4 days. We waited 15 minutes to get her nail fixed and it was fixed so quickly it seemed like it would come off again. The nail that was fixed was EXTREMELY longer and a different shape also several flies in the building. read more

Vy's Spa & Nails - Came back to fix broken nail after 4 days nail salon as completely different shape and size - Day Spas Near Me - Midland, Georgia

My sister and I have been here 3 or 4 times. The place is beautiful and clean. The service has always been good. The staff is friendly. Once our techs were a little too talkative with each other and it seemed to take much too long, but they did a good job on our nails, so we didn't say anything. They are a little pricier than our previous place, but much more convenient to our home. They didn't have my favorite color but I found one very similar. Overall good experiences each time. We are probably going there this evening. Love the later hours!! This is only the second place we've been for nails, so, not sure if it is 5 star. read more

Prices were more expensive than advertised online. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure is the only reason this got two stars. My nail tech cut me twice and I was profusely bleeding and he didn't seem phased at all. My gel polish came off the next day. Will NEVER recommend or go back. read more

Ive been searching for a place to get my eyebrows waxed for months and I finally found it! I love my brows and i will definitely return

I would not recommend this nail salon. It was my first and only time visiting this nail salon. First of all I called Friday evening and scheduled an appointment for Sunday @1. When I arrived the salon was packed and when I advised I had an appointment the owner seemed surprised she said "an appointment " as if I said something foreign. I should have left at that moment but the assured me that they would have a chair ready soon. I waited for almost an hour I watched one of the nail techs half clean the chair and of course that is the seat they gave me. I sat there another 30-45 minutes one of the techs which is the only one willing to assist me came and filled the tub with water. I sat there 20 more minutes the owner came by and turned the water on I know she saw that I had water in my tub already but I did not say anything next thing I know my tub is over flowing with water my shoes got wet, the owner came back over and attempted to clean up the water(which was unsuccessful) then she requested that a young tech come and assist me she declined and went over and serviced a non African American customer who arrived after me then she she requested that an older tech assist me he also declined and assisted another non African American customer who also arrived after me. I know they work for tips but I was not about to spend anymore money for this terrible service and this should have been free. read more

I went here for convenience, and this was not my first time here. Most of the time, I feel pretty rushed and the quality of my mani/pedi isn't that great. This time, they rushed so quickly that it was plain painful. My feet were scrubbed so hard, they were raw and hurt. The person doing my pedi gave a sharp (nails dig into my skin) massage. They didn't speak a single word of English and didn't stop when asked. I finally had to yank my leg back. Tre person who was doing my mani asked if I wanted my nails cut and then proceeded to file them without cutting. When I clarified (bc I was sure she misunderstood), she gave mist fingernails one quick (painful) chop. None were shaped. I see mani/pedis as paying for a service, not their opinion. I have gotten mani/pedis for the last 14 years. I haven't ever had these issues. I left without getting polish bc I had to go home and fix them afterwards. Not worth it! read more

I have been coming here since August and they are always very thorough and nice. Tonight, I came in around 6:45 for a pedicure. I don't usually call for an appointment (my unpredictable schedule makes it tougher), but even with a longer wait than normal, they made sure I was seen. They were very kind about it, too. I have been having some decent foot problems, too, and Anna gave me the best foot massage EVER (much needed) even though we worked past close. A well run company that treats their customers well. Thank you! read more
