It was about four hours total and super relaxing. I have no complaints. Everything was handled in a timely fashion, the ladies who work there were all polite, professional and helped to create a peaceful environment. The salon is so beautiful! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and I got a great vibe as soon as I walked in. Lindsey was my stylist and she did an amazing job styling my hair in an updo. My hair is on the long side so usually updos are a 2.5 hour event or longer. Lindsey whipped up a beautiful updo in a little over an hour that was just what I wanted. She was able to secure my hair just right using different techniques with braids and bobby pins to keep my mane in check all night. She also used an amazing hair product that kept my curls perfect. She barely had to use any hairspray at all! I highly recommend Southern Glam for anything you need done for your hair. I will definitely be back.

This was a total bait-and-switch scam. Not to mention that when I let them know I am military, they didn't even give me the 15% discount---the massage should've come out to $161.5, but I was instead billed $175. This is some of the worst customer service and business practices I ever seen. The person who owns this business should be ashamed that her employees treat their customers like this.
