Today is Friday June 13th. I arrived at Great Clips around 4 pm. There were 3 stylists working. I signed in at the store. My wait time was 37 minutes. I went NEXT DOOR to Subway and ate a sandwich. I came back to Great Clips 25 minutes later, by my watch. My wait time was 37 minutes. How can this be? I have a theory. When the stylist's friends pile in, they are put at the front of the line. I will not return, and I am sharing my sad tale on Google. Because this is the SECOND TIME. This store needs a manager. if you took my 5 year old niece, removed her eyes and hands, gave her a spatula she could do far better than Alicia did. how i can ask for it to be a little past my shoulders and curtain bangs and get it cut FOUR inches higher than requested and cut a straight fucking line across my "bangs" AND on top of all that have both sides of my bangs AND sides of my hair off by a whole god dam inch. should be fired and frankly put down cause no functioning living organism should be able to mess up so horribly. truly shocked how she puts her clothes on in the morning. read more

My fiancé and our son go to this Great Clips location, and we have never had a bad experience! My son is extremely terrified of getting his hair cut (he's 2), and Christina always makes sure he is as comfortable as possible. She travels to different locations, so we always call to make sure that she is there. Even with my wiggle worm, she does an amazing job! She is great with kids! My fiancé uses whoever is available to cut his hair, and he has never had a bad cut! read more

I have been to a lot of Great Clips in my life but this one is terrible. I have went there twice and back to back mishap haircuts. On my first occasion with new stylists, I am very clear on what I want and even show them how far high or low to take the clippers. When I said she did her own thing, yea she royally messed up my hair. I gave them a second chance when it came time that my messed up hair grew out and told the stylist what had happened the first time. She gave me a free hair cut in compensation for the messed up cut in which she said she noticed how bad it was. She therefore also persisted to not do what I had asked her to do. Instead of a low fade, I received close to a high and tight, not cool Great Clips. I love Great Clips but I am going to have to find another branch or find a place that listens. read more

I initially took my son at the other Great Clips next to Kohl's but weren't happy with the customer service. The stylist weren't friendly or personable (it felt as though she couldn't wait to get us out of there). The stylist at the Bradley Park location was very friendly and my son seemed more relaxed and happy to get his haircut. I recommend this place especially if you have children who needs to get a haircut. read more

I come here about once a month to get a haircut. All the hairstylists are friendly and I have always been happy with my haircuts. I always check in online first to avoid the wait and they keep tabs on how I like my hair cut. Overall, a good quality haircut at a reasonable price. They have specials for early morning customers as well as military and law enforcement. read more

Just took my son (2 years old) here and they did a GREAT job! They gave me the option of him sitting alone or in my lap and they covered me as well as him so I didn't get his hair all over me. The haircut was great and exactly what I wanted. This was the first place I've been to where they did that. We will be back for sure! read more

This place was a hit. I had my hair destroyed the day before my visit to great clips. I didn't think it was fixable. I walked in with my husband and infant and was greeted warmly, like we were friends. They empathize with my horrible haircut and promptly finished my husbands simple buzz and fixed me up. Don't go to the one on Macon rd and don't let a woman named Dara cut your hair! She chopped my hair up bad. Now I'm going to have to pay more to get it fixed. She chattered the whole time about how she she only makes minimum wage,and how she doesn't know how the place can stay open. I was thinking she was on something ,but as if she was reading my mind she said : "People always think I'm on drugs but I have ADD and can't complete a sentence". I have been using this location for around five years, coming in once every three to four weeks. They did a sub par job this morning that didn't stand out until after a shower. I went back in, the manager was very grateful that I came back and apologetic of their mistake, they fixed it and gave me a coupon for my next visit. I don't expect a business to be able to deliver the same product every time, with different staff every time, with no hiccups over the course of five years. When a business does make a mistake I expect them to be as courteous and polite as the management and staff was today. Job well done on the customer service. read more
