That was the best and longest massage I've ever gotten with a pedicure! If I lived here I would definitely go back. On top of the great massage my nails look great too! Definitely recommend! read more

Always an amazing experience and result. Every time I come into town I make sure I get manicure and pedicure. Friendly staff, clean environment and fair prices. I won't go anywhere else in Columbus. read more

I decided to give this business a try because it has a 4.5-star average rating from over 70 people, so I assumed the experience would be excellent.....it wasn't. I asked for a gel manicure, #589 Princess Pink color, square shaped. I'm satisfied with the color, somewhat satisfied with the shape, but not satisfied with the quality. The total came out to $35 (excluding tip), which I think is cheap for a gel manicure, and I did add a tip as well. The things I didn't like- The polish wasn't applied to my entire nail. I tried to capture different angles so you could see it clearly...but the polish doesn't extend all the way to my cuticle. My nails look as if a week has gone by and they're ready for a fill-in. I don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but you can definitely tell in person. No big deal though, because it's not like someone will be inspecting my nails or looking up close any time soon. I did ask for more polish/for it to be fixed when I noticed it on my left thumb, and she did...but now my thumbs are the only fingers that have the polish applied fully. Typically the manicures I've had come with massage, exfoliating/towel treatment, lotion, etc. The manicures provided here do not. No big deal though, just mentioning that to provide some expectation management for future clients. All in all, it's a clean place with friendly staff. I just personally won't be returning though. read more

I've been here a couple of times. My pedicures were great but I'm not real happy with my nails. I guess I may be a little "ticky" because when I look down I see the flaws. Polish is lumpy and nail is not straight. read more

They will take walk-ins during your appointment, and hide the glitter gel polish because they only want to give you 2 coats of polish and it's a problem when you ask for more. My lashes didn't last 1 week this time. I give it 4 days at the max! Always spend $100 or more when I come and it seems like the more I come the more rude Sophia and her "sister" become. Never again! read more

If you're looking for a chic, clean and friendly place, this is the spot! My overall experience was pretty great! I asked for a spa pedicure and a gel manicure but needed to be done by 1130 (1.5 hours) and they did not disappoint. This place is appointment only so I felt extra elite. They did my nails while I was in the pedicure chair. My manicure is superb! I love how she filed them and how much care she took applying three coats of gel onto my nails. The pedicure was great too! Massage was decent (could have used a bit more pressure but I was being chatty Kathy with all the technicians). The spa pedicure is pretty much the same no matter where you go. Why then am I missing a star for them? For one, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! For my spa pedi and gel mani. It was $70. Plus I left a $15 tip. So $85 for the service that really could have been done at another more cost effective place. Secondly, my biggest pet peeve for nail salons is the massage chair. I hate when there isn't any lumbar support and there's a gap between the seat and the back portion of the chair. I had to ask for 2 towels just to feel somewhat comfortable. And lastly, my next pet peeve for nail salons is when technicians will have conversations in their own language to each other across the room to another co-worker so I spent the first 30 minutes awkwardly, not knowing if they were asking me something or talking to their co-workers. It was getting frustrating so I just started a friendly conversation with my techs. I figured if I'm talking to them, I don't have to keep asking if they are talking to me. Overall, this is a great place to go if you can dish out the big bucks and want to feel like royalty! But if your looking for just a quality nail, you could probably go to the other 100 nails salons in the area with a much cheaper array of services. read more

I would have never found this nail shop if it wasn't for Yelp, the nail shop is hidden so you really have to look for it to find it. Overall the nail shop is really nice... It has a laid back vibe to it and it's very modern. Me and my boyfriend decided to get pedicures one day and we wanted to try this spot out. When we walked in we were greeted and seated. We waited for about 5 mins and we were called back to the pedicure chairs. Both of our pedicures turn out really nice. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because....... lol I hate to say it but they don't use the Callus shaver.. aka the cheese grater... My boyfriend just like a lot of men I'm sure... need the cheese grater! lol his feet were ok for about 2 days and they were back hard again. They only use the foam foot files here. read more

I'm a new mama, and was looking forward to getting a nice quality pedicure. I thought I got the basic pedicure ($20) and I would say that's what I received but they rang me up for I believe the deluxe ($30) I was in the chair for 25 mins, and it looks like I could be due for another pedicure soon. The paint was already smudged and I'm kicking myself for not being more observant. I was relaxed, so I didn't notice how little my toes were cut/filed. If you go here, be sure to be observant and insistent on what you want. I may go back, but I'm not happy with the state of my nails. I got these done at 2 pm, not even 24 hours later. It's a shame... I really have a busy schedule so I'll just touch up at home read more

I am from California and have not had a pedicure since March. Nearly 7 months ago. While I was hear visiting family I decided to step out of my comfort zone and get a pedi. My niece recommended Apsara so I made an appointment. An appointment is necessary the sign on the door said "no walk ins". I walked in to a nicely lit nail salon. There were 2 other customers at nail stations and I was the only customer getting a pedicure. The salon was clean, the staff was polite. I was welcomed immediately, sat for maybe 3 minutes and was taken to a chair. During this time of Covid and all the reservations about public spaces I was a bit hesitant. Everything was great. I would have no problem returning to this business. read more

They always do a great job. My elderly parents come once a month and they are so good with them!

I got a pretty good SNS manicure here once earlier this year. I came back but they had suddenly changed to appointment only? I get it's a business and things happen but it feels it kind of sucks being told that when the salon is completely empty. read more

Very nice and clean. Not overly crowded. Would recommend Very pleased with the service today. Also they have hours on Sunday afternoons

Absolutely love this place! It's by appointment only and there's no waiting time. The place is very clean, spacious and doesn't have any smell of nails' related materials. The personnel is very friendly and the quality of their work is phenomenal. Dany does my pedicure and my SNS has been done by Phil and Sopha and it lasts more than three weeks without peeling or cracking. They open Tu-Sn and until 8PM which is very convenient for those of us that work. I highly recommend this place. read more

This was my first visit and I'll definitely return. It's hard moving to a new city and finding new nail techs that don't hurt your cuticles, and does great work! I'm glad I took a chance and stopped in. The location was clean, staff friendly, priced well. Most importantly they did a great job. Thank you Jillian and Phil! read more

I don't get my nails done too frequently, but I have never been to a place that genuinely cares about their customers and their satisfaction as much as this salon! Very very happy with my experience, I will most definitely be back! read more

The best manicure I have ever received!! Jessie was incredibly attentive, asking all the right questions a long the way: is the shape okay, am I hurting you at all, Is the color what you wanted, etc. On top of this, she was incredibly meticulous, with an eye for detail. I didn't feel as though she was in a rush, and it shows in the final product. The finish isn't too thick, it looks very natural, my shape is beautiful, no pressure on my cuticles at all, and the finish is perfect. I enjoyed our conversation and felt very welcome and at ease, which is a big deal for me since I almost always feel uncomfortable when getting a manicure. I typically only go out of necessity, such as a special occasion or nail care, but they may have just made a regular customer out of me!! read more

I do not get my nails done often (only for big events every few months) so I never really knew what a GOOD gel manicure was like until I found this place! My manicures also never last me more than a week if I try really hard to keep them. The pictures are over two weeks apart and they haven't budged (minus one rhinestone). The employees are very friendly as well! I will definitely keep going back to this place. read more

Nice try but, that is not what the person that reviewed your "appointment book" told us. I truly have not had a bad experience at Apsara! I went by their FB reviews and so many spouses suggesting this salon, and truly it's a gem! A gel mani (with French) is right around $35! How can you beat that?! Oh, and they do the hot wax!! Pedicures start at $25 and that's including a massage and hot towel. I have seen every single tech at Apsara and not one is better than the other. They all truly are wonderful, kind and talented! Love Apsara! read more

I came into the shop today with my mother, and right off the bat we could tell how neat and clean everything was. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I love Aspara nails. They do a quality job and guarantee their nail services for two weeks; if you break, chip, scratch, etc. before then just call and they'll fix it for free. I only took a star off because they do charge extra for things like coffin shaping your nails without telling you ahead of time. Also with the quality of service you are forced to sacrifice speed; an SNS manicure with removal took nearly two hours. Overall I would recommend Aspara! read more

This is the best manicure I've had! I called ahead & when I got there, there was no wait. The salon is clean and chic. The staff was very friendly and I was unsure of what I wanted so they helped me pick a perfect polish. I got a gel manicure($30) by Sophany, who cleaned, shaped, and painted my nails so nicely with such attention to detail. The manicure included hands being dipped in warm wax as well as a massage w/ lotion. It was such a relaxing experience, I don't have a single complaint. I will definitely be returning! read more

Very friendly staff and my nails look great. Did the $40 pedicure. Massage was good too.

Overall the place isn't bad, but I expected so much more considering it's almost rated 5 stars. My mom and I both got dip manicures and gel pedicures. For my manicure, my nails weren't prepped besides with the drill. They didn't push or cut my cuticles. For both of our pedicures, they took a big amount of time but felt rushed at the same time. Three different people worked on my toes, and yet they still weren't up to par. read more

We came here for the first time today. It was my daughter's birthday -- she got a princess pedicure and nails painted. I went in for a fill and color change. The staff here really makes an effort to connect with you and make sure that you have a positive experience. I also really liked that the place was very clean! I've been in the area for 3 months and have been to 4 different nail salons -- this is hands down the best I've been to. I definitely recommend them! :) read more

I showed up for my 10 am appointment, which is when the salon opens. The nail station I was sat at was dirty (even though I was the first person to sit there that day), nail dust and clippings all over, worn down filing tools, a dirty towel, and old polish remover. The nail technician was at least 10 minutes late, I didn't wait around to find out when they would show. read more

Went here on a whim while looking for a new nail salon in Columbus. Needless to say I had been less than impressed with other places around town. Without an appointment, which they usually prefer, I was immediately taken back for my mani/pedi. The technicians were very attentive and it has been without a doubt the best pedicure I've ever gotten. Also my manicure looks amazing...the time and attention to detail rivals what you find in a high end salon in major metropolitan areas. I will make an appointment for next time, but I won't go anywhere else in Columbus from now on. read more

This seems to be a VERY NEW salon tot he local market. There was not A/C, bare walls and minimal seating outside of the nail tech areas and pedicure chairs. There were only two service providers and they were both booked. I had to make an appointment to come back another day. Will consider returning in a few months when they get it together. Staff was very nice. read more

Came here based on a suggestion by a friend and was not disappointed! In fact, mom and I were impressed by their attention to detail! Phillip is my nail tech and I LOVE him! He started doing my nails a little over a year ago when I was pregnant. I wanted to really start growing my natural nails out. Within a month under his care my nails were the longest and strongest they have ever been. I'm so amazed with how beautiful my natural nails are now. He cares so much about his clients and most importantly, he takes his time on my nails. I get compliments on my nails weekly and I am SO proud of them. This nail salon does *appointments only* and it's so each tech can take the full time needed on each clients nail needs. Every person at this salon is knowledgeable on nail care and extremely good at what they do. So glad I found this salon and I cannot say enough good things about this small business. Thank you so much Phillip and team! read more

I LOVE Apsara!! The family that own the business are so sweet and welcoming. I am new to the area and found the salon on Yelp. They had 5 star reviews across the board so I called and tried to make an appointment and they fit me in immediately! The salon is clean and the decor is light and airy which was really appealing. Sophany was my nail tech and she was so sweet and did a fantastic job with my manicure. The experience was so great that when a girlfriend asked me if I wanted to get my nails done I recommended that we go to Apsara. And again they did not disappoint. Sophany was really patient with me since I'm a Libra and can never decide on a nail color until the last minute. The gel manicure includes a paraffin wax dip and hand massage... It was aaaahhhhmazing!! I almost don't want to tell anyone else how great they are so I can keep getting my nails done without a wait read more
