I told him I just need a cuticle clean up because I had someone in the learning process that I already scheduled with for design. Then they messed up my eyebrow and took too much. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.
