I didn't find out until I was already en route. Instead of understanding, I was charged a no-show fee. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.

I had an appointment today for a relaxing facial at 2:45. Arrived at 2:45....went right back. The…read morefacial started about 2:50 since I had to get ready. The actual service was "okay". The massage part was terrible. The technician was nice but she ended the session at 3:20.....so I ended up with a 30 minute facial that was supposed to be an hour (50 minutes). When I asked the front desk about the time of the facial I was told different people "need" different levels of work. I wasn't there for work....it was supposed to be a relaxing facial. That was $85 DOLLARS! This is actually my second bad experience here and I probably should have learned the first time but I was hopeful this one would be different. I won't be going back unfortunately.

I had someone else with me and they felt the same with their facial. Overall I would not go back for a facial when there are better places. This place could use some improvement with their facials.
