Overall, I had a really positive experience here! There was one woman working, but I only waited about 10 minutes before I was serviced. She was very kind and attentive to how I wanted my eyebrows threaded. She did shape them a bit more than I had envisioned, but they still turned out great. My only improvement is that the store itself could have been cleaner; general dirt and dust was evident on the floor and counters. The woman working did change gloves between customers and wore a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd recommend if you're looking for a good threading place. read more

Drove to this place with intentions of getting my eyebrows waxed, but I quickly found out that they thread instead of wax. I decided to go ahead and let them thread my eyebrows, I mean how bad could it be? Tas started threading my eyebrows and it did hurt I'm not going to lie, but once she was done it was so worth it. My eyebrows had such a nice shape to them. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because Tas did push the beginning of my eyebrow back just a wee bit, but I'm sure that's something I can talk to her about next time and let her know that's a no-no. Other than that I would recommend this place. There was no line the Monday I went and the place is super convenient inside the mall. read more

I haven't been able to find a better brow-threading place than this one so I'm giving it 5 stars for that reason. It's not the absolute best threading place I've ever been to but it's the best in town (that I have found). I like that I can get my brows tinted and I leave pretty satisfied every time and pay a reasonable price. There have been times when they've accidentally nicked me but I understand that happens. When I leave this place after getting my brows threaded and tinted, I honestly don't have to worry about doing my brows for a at least a week after. I'd recommend it to friends and family. read more

We have all heard the saying, "your eyebrows are sisters not twins" Weeeell I'll be d@mned because by the time the brow technician got done with mine there was no relation... more like neighbors! H3ll, I literally had one arched brow and the other was just "cleaned" up. My brows were threaded so the hair is going to take some time to grow back in; in the meantime, I am having to use a brow pencil to shade in the one brow to try and compliment the other. The technician knew right away that they didn't look good and it was even more so confirmed once she saw my disappointment after she was finished. Now, she did offer to "fix" it by attempting to re-shape the "cleaned" up brow to give it more of an arch, but I quickly declined. This location of the brow lounge is located inside of Peachtree Mall, its spacious and cleanly. Most times there is only one person working so be prepared to wait going on your lunch break really isn't ideal if you are on a time restraint. Despite my experience the customer service was friendly, but considering my experience and the amount of time I waited to be serviced I can't say that I would go back or refer. read more

When I walked in, I saw two customers waiting in the sitting area. There's only one person working in the store. I asked if the wait will be long. She said no, it will be quick. I then sat down and waited. It was a long wait. I got in at 4:35pm, and didn't get to my turn until 5:30pm. The lady should have just been honest and told me the wait is about an hour. I could have used the time to go somewhere else and come back later. It was disrespectful and waste of customer's time. read more

The technician puts the Kleenex tissue on my shoulder so that she can rest the waxing strips for my eyebrows. I think that's unethical.

I love this place!!! Great services. Happy with my brow shape. It's nice brow lounge located inside the Peachtree Mall.
