He thoroughly took his time. I hadn't been to the salon in over 2 months so I had accumulated an ingrown toenail (which he took care of), it didn't hurt whatsoever! She was touching everything and then coming back and doing my nails and not bothering to wash her hands or use hand sanitizer at least. Her tools were not clean before she started to work on me. She didn't even clean off the dust from the previous client, so my arms was sitting on god knows what. I asked her to even my nails out and shape them and she did not do that. I hate it when they rush through your manicure. I get one day out the month to come get my raggedy toes and hands done and I want it to be a good job. Then a man began to work on my toes and I actually started to enjoy myself. The man wasn't able to get my ingrown's but I didn't care because he was enjoyable and wasn't rushing the process and gave me a great massage. Then the lady who was working on my nails made him get up and she proceeded to try to get my ingrown toenail . (That I appreciate that she did especially because she remembered that I mentioned it from earlier) but then she proceeded to rush again while painting my nails. My toes look horrible hands look okay but they aren't even nor shaped . I won't be back but I don't think this is a bad place to go to just make sure that they are paying attention to you and not rushing you off and treating you like a couple of dollars.

Kelly is great when it comes to designs but something that bothered me is that when customers walk in I felt that she is rushing to finish my set. While working on my set she would rush through and make mistakes so I had to ask her if she can fix it. I didn't like how I felt her rushing to finish my set. In the first couple times I went, it wasn't the case but as they started getting busier (which is great for them!) she would rush through my set and make mistakes so I had to pay more attention to make sure the set is how I want it to be. Kelly and Dylan are both very nice and there's no doubt about it, but I do not feel comfortable constantly checking every time to see if everything is good. I like trusting my nail tech that she'll do an amazing job but I feel like that trust is no longer there.

The massage part was terrible. The technician was nice but she ended the session at 3:20.....so I ended up with a 30 minute facial that was supposed to be an hour (50 minutes). When I asked the front desk about the time of the facial I was told different people "need" different levels of work. I wasn't there for work....it was supposed to be a relaxing facial. That was $85 DOLLARS! This is actually my second bad experience here and I probably should have learned the first time but I was hopeful this one would be different. It had been three weeks since my set was done. The technician finished up with his client and within 10 minutes I was sitting down and he went too work. The first thing I noticed is that he not only trimmed my nails, he went around the cuticles and clipped on each nail where they were lifted and had been snagging my hair each day.
