We noticed that anytime one of the staff left the salon the first thing they did was wash their hands along with a new greeting. They were all very accommodating with t he TV & volume. It had been three weeks since my set was done. The technician finished up with his client and within 10 minutes I was sitting down and he went too work. The first thing I noticed is that he not only trimmed my nails, he went around the cuticles and clipped on each nail where they were lifted and had been snagging my hair each day. He let a girl who didn't know what she was doing handle my services and when I showed him that I was missing a quarter of my brow, his response was "should have took a picture before and after." His client in his chair at the time even looked at my eyebrow and immediately noticed. I asked for a refund in the amount $10 and he refused. I disputed it thru my bank and got it back but missing my eyebrow can't be fixed. It has to grow in. He showed no remorse for it and for that I'll stop anybody from using their services so they don't wind up in this same predicament. Instead go to Paris nails next to Koreana on Moon Road.
