An older gentleman did my pedicure and he was so gentle and did a great job. My feet probably haven't felt this soft since I was a baby! If you are new to the place, do not ever ask the manager or nail techs, who is the best there, they will simply answer everyone is good there. A little bit long wait for Sopha to do my brows and lashes, but never disappointed with her services. Call first if she is there or have a long waiting for her. We noticed that anytime one of the staff left the salon the first thing they did was wash their hands along with a new greeting. They were all very accommodating with t he TV & volume. She was touching everything and then coming back and doing my nails and not bothering to wash her hands or use hand sanitizer at least. Her tools were not clean before she started to work on me. She didn't even clean off the dust from the previous client, so my arms was sitting on god knows what. I asked her to even my nails out and shape them and she did not do that. I hate it when they rush through your manicure. I get one day out the month to come get my raggedy toes and hands done and I want it to be a good job. Then a man began to work on my toes and I actually started to enjoy myself. The man wasn't able to get my ingrown's but I didn't care because he was enjoyable and wasn't rushing the process and gave me a great massage. Then the lady who was working on my nails made him get up and she proceeded to try to get my ingrown toenail . (That I appreciate that she did especially because she remembered that I mentioned it from earlier) but then she proceeded to rush again while painting my nails. My toes look horrible hands look okay but they aren't even nor shaped . I won't be back but I don't think this is a bad place to go to just make sure that they are paying attention to you and not rushing you off and treating you like a couple of dollars.
