What I love most about this place is the consistency. I've been coming for over a year and every visit feels just as great as the first. My nails always look amazing, the staff remember my preferences, and the atmosphere is always calm. I usually get dip powder, and it always lasts me at least three weeks,. Had some free time last weekend and decided to get my nails done. The place was small but super clean and cozy. The staff were gentle and really took their time. I didn't feel rushed at all. As far as service it was pretty good and fast when I walked in.But the quality was terrible,it looked rushed and was rushed. I'm new to the Opelika/Auburn area and was looking for a good nail place decided to give this place a visit. Where do I start. Well I was constantly over looked, the place was dirty and the staff was not friendly, I felt very rushed even though it was not busy. I went in for a pedi and dip nails. I noticed they are reusing dirty paper flip flops. Check your shoes that they give you when you get a pedi I will include pics. My nails were horrible they didn't even last a week I had to go to another place to get them redone. I spent $110. A this place never again, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Wow! These are some of the nicest, hard working people I've ever seen in a nail salon. We got here one hour before they closed on a very slow week day so they looked like they were going to wrap things up and leave but as soon as we walked in the door they all stayed and made sure we got their full attention. The salon and service was clean and sanitary. Each worker did an amazing job and you could tell they were giving full effort. It was a very unrushed, relaxing experience. My mama also had an injured foot with major pain and a broken toe nail. She told the lady where the sensitive areas were and she was thoughtful and very careful during the pedicure. I'm shocked this nail salon only had 2 stars, they deserve 5 stars for the type of service we received. read more

I go here for my pedicures and love it. They always do a great job and are very nice! They have lots of colors to choose from. Pedicures are reasonably priced and you have multiple types to choose from. I only gave four stars because I've been here for a dip manicure and didn't like how thick it was. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT EVER STEPPING IN THE BUILDING. I've never been picky about any nail salon but this has to be said. It looked like a 2 year old did my pedicure. There was so much extra skin on my foot that didn't even get treated. They also painted all over my toes not my nails. I asked for SNS on my nails and the lady pointed out that my nails were ugly and she needed to put tips on them which I didn't want but she continued to do what SHE wanted. Very disappointing. The gentleman who did my toes was nice, but the pedicure was not good. The nail painting is only a small part of why I go. The leg massage is no part, yet that is where he spent the most time. I NEEDED and EXPECTED to have my actual feet treated/cleaned up and they were not. DO NOT go to Tiger Town Nails, even if you think that you might take a chance with them, DON'T. My friend and I went in on a Friday afternoon to get manis and pedis, while they weren't particularly busy they were moving like my 97 year old grandmother. We started off with pedicures and while my friends turned out satisfactory mine was definitely the worst pedicure I have ever received in my entire 19 years of nail care. My color was splotchy, nails trimmed crooked, and all over my skin. When I was moved to a manicure table, my friend had an issue with finding the matching polish to her toes (after she had been guaranteed that there was a match in the beginning). When they offered her other options that still weren't even close to matching we decided this was out time to get out. I went to the front to inform the counter girl that I would not be paying for the worlds worst pedicure, she asked me to speak to the manager and I then kindly informed her of my disappointment as well. Then next thing I know about 5 technicians are swarming around my feet, when I mention that I'm going to just head out, I was literally grabbed and thrown into a chair. I allow them to remove the polish and state that I am going to be leaving. Never have I been so personally offended by the actions of a nail salon and their attitudes towards customers. Please save your hard earned money for a more deserving establishment. read more

I know that eyebrows should be sisters not twins, but when I left this establishment my eyebrows were distant cousins! The waxer did not follow my natural brow arch/shape at ALL on one eye and the other, while better shaped, obviously doesn't match the other one. They were also waxed way too thin for some unknown reason. After I voiced my concerns, there was no effort put into fixing the issue. Witnessed a loud verbal fight among employees and also my nails were just subpar. Took over 2 hours to get a manicure because she messed up at the very end on one finger and had to redo the whole hand. Later that day I was looking at my mobile bank app and noticed that my account had been charged twice . I went in and Anna refunded my money . On May 7 there was a credit of $15.00 and a refund of $15.00 on my account , plus another charge of $18.00 on my account . I called my bank and they told me to contact the shop , I went in and spoke to Anna again , this time she refused to do anything . She is a very rude and dishonest person . The first time I tried the shop last year was for a pedicure, and they did a good job. I try to couple times to come back for the dips nails, and didn't have such great luck. Today, I came back in town and had to get a pedicure. Something is happened with the morale in this nail salon. I'm not sure if it's coming from management, or employees just not enjoying their work. Worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. They somehow managed to mess up a simple regular mani/pedi.. and get mad when you ask them to fix it which they don't even do. RAISED PRICES by ten dollars which isn't mentioned until after when it's time to pay.. for "cleaning fees" when there was NO cleaning at all. Nasty chairs and tables.
