Me and my daughter had just gone to get our nails done. We were serviced immediately. We felt weird as the lady and gentleman kept speaking in their language in-front of me and daughter. I don't mind it was just all throughout the entire session. The results of me and my daughter's nails were good. We both got a full set so $80 plus tip came out to $100. I guess they dilute their nail polishes so much they come out streaky with no pigment whatsoever. I'm very disappointed that I spent $40 for streaky, non-pigmented nails! I told them the length I wanted and shape and I also said I did not want my nails to be thick. My nails were not turning out how I liked and I let them know. And the man finishing my nails got upset and said he would cut them off and I could just leave. He cut my nails off and left the base of the acrylic on there. The WORST place I have ever gone to get my nails done. If I could rate it a -5, then I would. And that's being generous. My gel nail polish didn't even last a week. I could've gotten better nail polish at the dollar tree. On top of that, he clipped my nails down to the shortest they've ever been without even asking if I wanted them clipped. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, then I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. They made me wait outside in the rain because of the current rules due to COVID-19. When the nail tech finally made it to me, he didn't ask what I wanted before he cut all of my nails off. That forced me to have to get tips put on when I didn't want to. The tips then had acrylic and gel polish put over them, making them way too thick. I paid $40 for something that I didn't want, and I left very unhappy. I will not go back. read more

I will say that I was very pleased with how quickly I was serviced, however I was not pleased with the service itself. I went for a polish change, wearing a navy color. I decided to change it to a champagne color. I noticed that the tech didn't get all the blue off before applying the new color. I asked if it would show and the response I got was no. As the new polish was applied I still noticed the blue was still visible. I mentioned this again and one nail was corrected. I have 5 nails where the blue is still visible. read more

I don't live in town. I came here to get an SNS manicure while I was in town for the weekend. An older man did my nails and he did a pretty terrible job. First of all, I asked for a manicure and did not get one. I got a color change and that's it. I spoke up and asked him if he could give me a manicure (trim my cuticles, etc) and he said "later". He never did it. It was also extremely painful and I bled. Towards the end of the whole thing, the other nail tech who was working on my mom's nails beside me noticed that he was doing a really bad job and made another girl come finish me. There wasn't much that she could do. She was sweet and they took $5 off my price (still $40). Now my nails look pretty bad, my cuticles are dry and cracked, I'm bleeding, and I need to go to target to buy hydrogen peroxide for the actual wound on my finger. If a bacterial infection is what your looking for, then look no further! This place lacks some serious hygiene standards that puts it's consumers at risk! Appox 24 hours after leaving this place I developed a rash on my leg that had doubled in size in the 24 hours. I notified the salon manager and was told that it was impossible that it came from that salon, and that he would have to talk to his insurance and lawyer before he did anything to help me! So now I'm stuck with Dr bills and prescription co payments. Just do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. read more

The pedicure was fine. I wanted clean painted nails and that's what I got. For the basic pedicure, or lowest level, there is basically no massage, so if that's what you came for then I suggest upgrading. The only thing that bothered me was the reuse of nail tools. You can tell the file was used on many other people and the other things they scrub your feet with didn't look exactly sanitized. I came here because it was a Sunday and I was in a crunch to have my nails painted and nothing else was open. It was fine for that purpose. read more

They only put one coat of nail polish so they looked awful I had to return to the salon for them to put another coat on because of how awful they looked in the sun. Also I've never left a salon with acrylic all over my fingers. Probably the worst nail salon I've been to. Should have driven back to Columbus for my pedicure. Took my boyfriend for his first pedicure and I wish I hadn't. We both got basic pedicures for $20 each. Every other nail salon in the world I've been to included at least a tiny massage in the basic. He got his massage. The older man who did my nails put a dot of lotion on each leg and put water on it and basically smoothed it over my legs and then put my polish on, literally swiped the top coat over my little toes!!! Not each individual toe but swiped across them all at once. My toes look like my 6 year old nephew did them and this whole ordeal took MAYBE 12 minutes. I checked out and gave him the $40 and asked "do pedicures not come with foot massages anymore?" And he got tripped up and was like "well...if you get deluxe we massage you for 20 minutes." So I guess if you're looking for an actual pedicure don't come here. Thought it would be nice to treat myself but it just kind of ruined my day. So thanks for that. This used to be my favorite nail place. Loved that they didn't have a TV blaring, and the deluxe pedicure was always a real treat. Over the past few months, however , the overall quality of the salon seems to have gone down significantly. Broken pieces of massage chairs on the floor, too many nail desks shoved close to each other. There's just a general air of disarray that wasn't there before, and everything always looks messy. I seriously downloaded the Yelp app JUST to write this review. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went in for a pedicure. The lady doing my nails kept trying to talk me in to the more expensive pedicure. After the 3rd time of me saying no it's like she intentionally gave me horrible service. She massaged my legs for no more than 45 seconds, then said that for the $35 next level pedicure I would've gotten a longer massage. After she painted my nails she walked me over for my nails to dry and threw my shoes down on the ground and then swept them to the side with her foot. I was a loyal customer of this salon and this salon only for 4 years. Used Tony continuously. My nails looked great. They gave me a fungus on my finger nails and toenails. They knew they gave me a fungus I watched them look at it without saying a work and apply the nails right over it without saying a work. It took a specialist 2 years to get rid of this it was so serious. I nearly completely lost 2 nails. I had to stay on the medication so far too long. I am now weakened to this for the rest of my life. They are too cheep to be clean and use new items for each customer. A fungus is more serious than you may think and far harder to get rid of than you think. read more

Soooo I only went here with my friend because it's the only nail place that I know of open on Sunday. So the service started out okay. We were taken back quickly. Pedicures were massage was good but not the best I've had and I've been many places and it seemed that they didn't pay attention to detail and didn't spend any time on the parts that made the pedicure "Deluxe" so that disappointing. Now we moved over to get gel manicures I told him my middle nail was broken so he would have to cut it shorter which he didn't and just started the manicure over a broken nail. He seemed to so 30 coats of the gel polish wish is fine I like it dark but once again I've had many gel manicures from Many different places and there was no rhyme or reason to how he was performing my manicure and he was very rushed my fingers were under the light for maybe 30 seconds the whole service. And my hands werent under the light an even number of times he pained a final coat on one hand and it went under the light and then he painted the last coat on the other hand then went straight to spraying them with that stuff and I was like does this one need to go under the light and he was like no it's good enough. Well apparently it wasn't good enough he filed the hell out of my nails after the polish was done leaving a mess under my nails and it lifting up on the edges. They looked fine though when I went to pay so I didn't worry about it. But sure enough 4 days later and 5 nails have completely come off and the others are lifting off. And I don't do anything out of the ordinary with my fingers. So upset and going to get my money back. Do not go here. Worst experience ever. read more

I will never come back. For prom my senior year, I came to get a gel white-tip manicure. Two days later, the gel was peeling off and on one of my nails it was almost gone... only TWO days! I went back for them to fix it and they were NOT happy. I cannot speak whatever language they were speaking, but it was obvious that I was the topic of their conversation. Anyway, the dude that did my nails the first time re-did them, and saying that he "redid" them is definitely an understatement. He fixed the nail that the polish was off of and just put another gel clear coat over the rest. Well, alright I guess. The next day they were peeling off again. I didnt do any extra to make the gel polish do this. I left a bad review on their Facebook page, which I guess wasnt the best thing to do because... flash forward maybe 3 weeks and I desperately needed my eyebrows waxed. They are the only nail salon I know of that's open on Sundays so I went there to get a wax and they remembered me from my review. I swear they did. They were very, VERY rude. She waxed my eyebrows crooked on purpose and didn't even do a thorough job. Random hairs were everywhere. I had to go home and fix it myself, but it still didn't look right.
