Jake did a great job fixing our kitchen sink! There was a lot of work to be done, and he completed the job efficiently and thoroughly.

Before I called Jeffrey Plumbing I did a lot of research on what my plumbing issue actually was. I called the Town of Amherst Sewer Dept and had them put a camera down the main line and see if they could see what the problem was where my tap came into the main line. It ended up being there was major tree roots imbedded in the clay sewer lines that were originally used when my house was built. Why they would use clay pipes back then is beyond me...they are easily breakable, porous, and almost anything can infiltrate through the joints or breaks in these pipes like tree roots! Thank goodness PVC is used now. Needless to say I got a few estimates and ended up going with Jeffrey Plumbing to do the entire sewer line replacement from the house to the main line which is near the street. They came over and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done in great detail, they inserted a camera in my line to show me the roots and cracks (basically there was a pen diameter size space of flow that's how many roots were in there), and answered all of my questions (and I ask alot of questions lol). I was highly impressed by the professionalism and honesty of Jeffrey Plumbing from the start. The job was then performed and it was completed in one day! They did a fantastic job! This is a family business and Jeffrey and his sons perform all the work. Let me start out by saying I am 1.5 years post work with Jeff so I feel confident in speaking on the entire process. I own a home that was built pre-1965 and thus had clay sewer pipes. I knew this when I purchased the home and eventually knew I would need to replace the line. I also knew that my home didn't have a sump pump and needed a few other items that the town required. One day I had a problem with water coming into my basement after a rain/snow storm and said, "enough! I am getting this fixed". I called Jeffrey and he called me back the same day to arrange a time to come out and give me an estimate. Jeff showed me the issue with a camera, wrote up my estimate and answered ALL of my questions. He even answered my Dads' questions (that's service bc Daddio is comprehensive!). The actual work took about 2.5 days and Jeff/crew were so courteous to both myself and my property. Truly excellent. They had to come in and out of my house for various tasks and were so neat and professional I couldn't believe it. 1.5 years later I am happy with the job done on all fronts and recommend Jeff whenever I can. Finding and dealing with contractors is not something I like to do but Jeff made it as painless as possible. My project was massive (new sewer line, bubbler, sump pump, cast iron pipe removal, new valve installation) so my bill was large, but honestly, it was worth every single penny for peace of mind and quality of work. read more

I have used Jeffery's plumbing several times all I can say is if you want it done right the first time call him.

He drives up the cost and if it's not worth his time hell just walk away from your appointment!! use I needed to get this fixed, He was 1.5 hours late, a I took off from work to accommodate his schedule. I knew what had to be fixed but wanted a professional to do this, I had a leak and did not want any more damage. I had purchased the (replacement part at Home Depo for 20 dollars. He recommended changing the part or getting a new toilet!!! It only needed a part I had done my homework and a new toilet was not needed!! He would not use my $20 part and wanted to charge me 150.00 for the same part! Outrageously EXPENSIVE plumber! I need a few simple things done and called for a quote. I nearly fell over when Jeffery Plumbing quoted $220 for installation of a new toilet - and that's with me providing the toilet! A Toilet install only costs $100 with the major plumbers.
