Another company charged us almost 3000.00 to fix our central air. When they couldn't, they skipped out on us. I called Isaac HVAC and spoke with a rep in Rochester who was very empathetic to our situation. We are seniors with heart conditions and the temp was reaching 98°. We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. My home energy assessment was completed by Jason, he was able to complete a very minor patch up to my furnace that honestly, and almost took care of the uneven heating issue I was having. Jason was so through and passionate about his service we decided to get a duct cleaning estimate and just went with Isaac to do the service. I highly reccomend Isaac"s they are caring and give top notch service. with every step of the project Jessica came out for the interview explained things and helped me decide I needed to upgrade my electric panel before I switched from oil to heat pump. She stayed in contact with me as I planned the job for a few weeks in the future. Scott the field supervisor came out and surveyed the site so he could order any special parts since I have an old house. Day one they were right on time they started work told me how long I would be without power. It was a very snowy day so it took a little longer for the inspector and the hydro company to get to the site to do their work. Day two furnaceremoval and heat pump installation. Again the crew came bright and early got right to work. and got the job done. There was a problem so a tech was called he came very quickly and was able to fix the problem. Follow up is fabulous. There is a big difference between how oil and heat pump heat function. I had concerns that something was wrong I called Scott and he explained things and eased my mind and worries. I am confident that if I have any issues in the future that they will be there to take care of them with expedience. read more

Estimator did not take proper notes that lead to a rescheduling twice and then when they did come techs started to take apart my furnace and realized they could not get there equipment down the stairs. Left my furnace without a filter and a metal sheet in its place running all night with a cancer patient in the household. Called to speak with a rep about my furnace now making a rattling noise and would not send a tech to look at it without the $109 fee. It did not make this noise until they touched it and have the audacity to state there techs were never in my basement. BAD EXPERANCE ALL AROUND, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! read more

Above and beyond: they installed the latest model Lennox thermostat (s40) per my request, but later I realized that this version doesn't have support for Apple HomeKit, where the rest of my home accessories are managed. I mentioned this to my salesperson Mike, and he offered to set up an appointment to switch the thermostat out for a similar, HomeKit-enabled version (s30) at no extra charge. Every step of the way the work was expert-level, the communication was fantastic and customer service was prioritized. I would highly recommend Isaac to anyone with a residential HVAC job! read more

They set reasonable expectations for their 24/7 service and delivered ahead of schedule. They located a rather inexpensive motherboard for my aged HVAC from some fortuitous supplier at 9pm at night. And we had heat by 11pm. Their Gold Standard plan is well worth the nominal monthly fee. The serviceperson Liam was courteous and honest, although he contradicted former service people who came to this address. My new favorite people. I first called Isaac during the summer, my air conditioner broke (it was 30 years old) and we were going on vacation..leaving the animals at home with a pet sitter. I couldn't expect her to deal with it, so timing was very important. They installed a new air conditioner and fixed some other issues left from a previous company that did less than excellent work. Everyone who came to the house was really polite, and knew what they were doing. Fast forward to winter and my furnace (installed by a different company) broke. They came, did a temporary fix and then returned asap with the new parts ( often difficult to find in the age of COVID). The people who answer the phone, the job supervisors and all of the service people I have interacted with have been great. They wear masks, booties on their feet, clean up after themselves, and most importantly do all the extra things that I didn't even know needed to be corrected. After a couple of issues, I have decided to sign up for a service contract, so I know who I can call when I need help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any job big or small. read more
