What stood out most was that it was not about finding the most products for my wife, but rather the right products. Arisa took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for and thoughtfully guided her toward a handful of items that truly fit her needs and style. I honestly questioned how some of these managers were placed in their positions because there was very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine concern for customers. Customers should not be treated as though they are bothering employees or judged based on how much they may or may not spend. Especially the manager Trashy Stacey!
