This place is so reliable and great. My personal favorite is the orange chicken. Great people and couldn't be more proud to support them!

Cute locally owned cafe in Smithfield. I had been wanting to try Starry Night for awhile and I…read morefinally made plans to meet a friend here. The cafe has comfortable couch and plush chair seating, as well as tables with traditional cafe chairs and is decorated so nicely with the starry night theme, and also cat lover decor. So cute! We both opted for iced coffees - my 16 oz Twix decaf latte ($8.50) was ok, but didn't have enough coffee taste - It tasted more like a sweet milk, and it was pretty pricey for the size. I also ordered a chocolate croissant ($5.99), which was very good. Service was super sweet - everyone was very kind and friendly and accommodating with special requests. The house made pop tarts looked delicious, and I would also like to try their biscuits.

I have a picture below. We visited RI during the Christmas season, so we not only got to see how lovely this cafe was, but also their awesome Grinch-themed Christmas decor. The walls are filled with cool artwork, but the centerpiece is a mural on the wall of Van Gogh's masterpieces "Starry Night." The owner, Mia, is great to talk to. She takes great pride in what she has envisioned here, and I'm always happy to support a great, small business. She told me about all of their craft latte's and it was really hard to choose. I went with a Gingerbread latte and my wife had the Rhode Islander, which is a latte with coffee syrup. There are so many other drinks to try, so I will probably try to come back while I'm still in town. The latte's were delicious and really such a treat. They also have some pastries, which most are baked in-house. They looked really good! I also love the merchandise they sell which was all local products and things made by local artists. I highly recommend going to Starry Night if you're in the area and skip the chains like Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts.

The coffee, atmosphere, and creativity are incredible. We tried the Fluffy Seagull, Dockside Drag, and The Sunburn. The Fluffy Seagull was perfectly sweet and nostalgic, the Dockside Drag was one of the most unique lattes I've ever had, and The Sunburn had just the right amount of spicy kick. Every drink felt thoughtfully crafted. I also loved all the little details around the property. The Christmas trees made out of Fluff containers and lobster buoys were such a fun, quirky New England touch and made the whole place feel even more memorable.

The prices of our quiche and coffee was fair, I hate to say it but I haven't had a decent cup of coffee during our visit so far. Separately, the pie prices, at $40, seemed steep, although we did not purchase one and therefore cannot comment on if it's worth it. Parking proved somewhat challenging, as it is at the rear of the coffee shop, potentially making patrons feel somewhat confined or trapped. Nonetheless, pedestrians can access the shop easily straightforward walk-up. Upon entering, the warm and inviting atmosphere, reminded me of an East Coast Cracker Barrel, because it has an assortment of souvenirs including hoodies, homemade jams, and more. The service provided was satisfactory. Oh I remember something funny. Lol we accidentally went past the drive way and came across a dentists parking lot with a handwritten sign that said: "No parking for coffee fufu drinkers" I thought that it was kinda funny
