Always had a good experience and great service / beverages. I went this week and maybe they were closing but I wasn't greeted. There were numerous people behind the register. There was a woman taking about tips blantanly asking how much the other made etc . ( unprofessional) you can at least say hi when someone walks in we are giving you Business. Coffee was just a cup of milk and ice. Prices seemed To Go up from last week because I spent $2 more for the same size. Do better. read more

Walked in to grab a coffee- there was gentleman waiting in the front told me here had NOT SEEN a SINGLE person for over 10 mins. He was waiting for his pick up order that was just waiting behind the counter- He ended up just grabbing it and leaving after 20 mins of watching his food sit there. After this young lady finally came out from the kitchen joking and making convo with some other worker I told her what happen with the guy- she could have cared less Her reply was "What do you want" Not a hello, not a welcome, not a please. Not a thank you for spending $6 on a small coffee. I told her my order. She turned around and made the worst cup of pistachio flavored latte anyone could have made She continued to just talk to her friend while the machine did the work- usually people hold the cup and make sure the froth is just right. She didn't even hold the cup. Nor look at it nor care. She didn't even put pistachio I think. It tastes like regular if you ask me- After the machine beeped twice she finally put it in the cup turned around and said "Here you go" Not a bye Not a thank you Nothing- Very rude Didn't wash her hands Didn't give 2 poops. - so if I could give you ZERO stars I would but I can't. This new cafe is super cute! It's inside another spot, but totally worth checking out. They have cozy indoor seating and also a spot outside! The best of both worlds. I got a giant bucket sized Dubai chocolate latte while there and it was amazing! The girls that work there are all super friendly and helpful. That def added to the experience. I didn't get food on this visit but everything on their menu sounds so good. They have such a large variety of food and beverages, so everyone will find something they love for sure. My first and last experience at Honey Bee Cafe was awful! I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter and when I cut into it there was a long black hair in the cheese! When I told the person working at the counter she said she'd make a new one but she didn't really apologize. My daughter then had to wait 10 minutes (!) for a new grilled cheese. The staff member did not apologize for the wait. it's unfortunate that she didn't offer to comp the sandwich or give us a gift card for the inconvenience of waiting. Maybe they should consider that in the future or have their employees wear hair nets. I was absolutely disgusted! read more

I try to test a new coffee place once a month. Honeybee Café was absolutely adorable inside the decor top of their game the coffee I did not enjoy. I thought it had fancy flavors lacking taste. The sprinkles were hard to swallow. I think this is a trendy place but they lack flavor. As Larry David would say they simply don't have the beans. read more

We've been to Honey Bee Coffee before and generally enjoy it, which is why today's experience was disappointing. We ordered specialty drinks that typically come with whipped cream. When we received them, there was no whipped cream, flat lids were already on, and the straws were inserted directly into the drinks. At no point were we told there was an issue before the drinks were handed to us. When we went back to ask about the missing whipped cream, the response was dismissive rather than apologetic. We were told they didn't have the proper lid to add whipped cream and that this would result in "less coffee." While shortages happen, this should have been explained before the drinks were served. A simple, courteous explanation would have gone a long way. More concerning was the sanitation issue: the straws were already placed into our drinks without any covers. That is unsanitary and not something customers should have to question. Good customer service is about communication and respect. Unfortunately, both were lacking today. I hope this is taken as feedback so future customers receive clearer communication, better hygiene practices, and a more professional response when something goes wrong. read more

Such an amazing experience! The Asian woman who helped me was incredibly kind and welcoming! Sorry I wish I took her name down. She took the time to make the drinks. It wasnt mines but it was for content. The drinks were perfectly made and i would recommended the s'mores coffee and the Dubai drink they were absolutely delicious. You can tell she really cares about what she's doing because everything tasted amazing and was presented beautifully. I ordered a shot of espresso because its a must!when you want to fuel this body with energy Her service made the whole visit feel special, and she even personally handed me the drinks with a smile . I did wanted to order food but the café was not open yet. This is a great atmosphere, and outstanding service. I'll definitely be coming back but it takes me 2 hrs to get here!. Our son had soccer Saturday morning in Fall River. Afterwards, we were definitely looking for some quick breakfast and some nice coffee. Based on yelp reviews and their menu, we decided to try it. Highly overrated. We will never be back. We ordered the bees knees crisco. Which was described at Turkey, ham and cheese on a savory French toast and maple syrup, and 2 lattes. A pistachio and a brown sugar latte. The sandwich came out cold and COVERED In sugar and cinnamon. It said savory French toast. The people in line ordering lattes to go were getting theirs made first. Meanwhile we sat with a sandwich covered in a cup of sugar just waiting and waiting. 40 minutes later our lattes came. They tasted like regular latte. Maybe they didn't add the flavors due to getting confused. I don't know. Never again. read more

Food and ambience were great. The decor is very attractive. I would recommend for a quick bite. I do wish they had more of a tea selection.

We got a couple of lattes both were exceptional. Very clean place and nice atmosphere. Definitely a nice place to go to every once and a while. read more
