The owner Yolanda is delightful!! She instantly makes you feel like a regular. I have a gluten allergy and she was so sweet to prepare me a burger with extra toppings to make up for the lack of bun. The food is good, maybe not the best burger I've ever had but solid nonetheless and definitely fresh and cooked to order. The chocolate milkshake was classic and tasty. Fun shark/jaws themed memorabilia all over with a screen playing shark documentaries. They really committed to the theme! I wish this place the best of luck because the Yolanda and her husband seem to be genuinely good, hardworking people.

Ordered a double w/ cheese burger portion was enormous! Fries appeared freshly cut and came out hot and seasoned well. Food prepared with love and passion. Their sweet tea paired well with my meal. Cash only however no worries ATM onsite. Owners have been in the business of filling stomachs for a few decades and had operated a successful business beginning in Michigan, followed by Tennessee, and now Florida. All the best to ya & I owe you my shark FAHLO card to add to your collection!

Yolanda is super sweet and helpful. She makes the experience worth it. So nice. Other good part is that the big screen shows Jaws 24-7 I'm assuming. We watched Jaws 3-D while we waited and ate. That's fun. I got the double burger. Fresh yes. Seasoned to perfection not all the way. And best burger I've ever had no. But it was fun to watch the movie while we were here. I wish them good luck.

Better than I could have imagined. Jumbo isn't in the name for no reason! These burgers were killer. I don't think I'll ever have fast food again haha. The woman who works up front is delightful and told me about the history of the restaurant. 40~ years in Michigan , 3~ years in Tennessee, now here in Ocala, Fl. It's so refreshing to dine in somewhere, privately owned, with a passion for making good food. I loved the decorations and my son loved looking at all of the sharks. A projector playing a shark documentary kept us sitting there longer than i expected, for good reason, safe to say we were entertained lol.

Hello homemade burgers. If you are looking for simple but delicious and jumbo burger look no further. Yolanda the owner welcomes you like you are part of the family, she also helps you with the menu. We tried a single with bacon and cheese simple like I like my burgers. My husband had the double with all the fixings. Both of us enjoyed it the fries were hot and crispy - oh and don't forget a cookie. wowza I love chocolate chip cookies it reminded me of my high school lunch room cookies. The best!! She makes them from scratch all ingredients you can read. Make sure to ask for a sample of her butter cookies. Melt in your mouth goodness. Be aware it's cash only! We will be back!

All 4 of us had burgers and fries. Excellent food made to order. Excellent service. Ms Yolanda is a sweetheart.

I would like to start off by saying the customer service is AMAZING!!!! The second we walked in we were greeted with wide smiles and laughter! The food was even better!!!! I loved the atmosphere. There was a documentary playing in the background and it was VERY education!!! My dad and sister enjoyed our time there so much! We will be back very soon!!! I recommend this place to anyone trying to get a delicious quick but for a very good price!!!!! I also love the cookies!!! They are perfect!!! Only complaint was the fries, they were good but not the best. Nun the less, this place is HIGLY recommended!!!!!

The food was OK, but I've had better burgers. The fact that they were big, but they were not that tasty. The staff was very friendly though.

Stopped by District Bar and Kitchen for a late lunch/early dinner on a beautiful spring day…read more The temperature outside was pleasant and so my dining companion and I opted for lunch on their patio. We were on their bottom floor patio (which was lovely) but I did spy that they have a rooftop patio as well (what's not to love?!?). Everything from the food to the cocktails to the service was exemplary. For my cocktail I got their Old Colonel's Smoking Gun which was their twist on an old fashioned and was delightful. For my entree, I got their salmon entree. It's glazed and comes with a size of their crispy brussels and cheesy grits. The brussels were delish and their cheesy grits rank among some of the best I've had with sharp cheddar giving them the perfect flavor kick. The atmosphere was so pleasant. It's definitely the sort of spot you'll feel tempted to linger. Get to it!

Would definitely get another flavor to try next time. Got the honey chicken sandwich. It was big and flavorful. Not spicy. The fries are yummy. The burger had nothing special on it and tasted like there was no seasoning - only downside. Want to try their grits and fried green tomatoes next time!

Here's how it went. I wanted to love my paleo burger .. but my burger was very dry. I had it lettuce wrapped which they were quite generous with- a ton of lettuce and two thin patties with blah blah blah , but it was dry and they put the mustard on the burger that I asked for on the side. Bacon was not flavorful.. Both types of French fries (sweet potato and regular) were good--just the right crisp on the outside and soft o the inside. (I always ask for extra crispy because I strongly abhor soggy fries. The other burger was a regular barbecue beef burger and the one patty was not a lot. It is hard to spend almost 40 bucks not including tip for two burgers and fries . When I do I want it to be delicious and not have to fill up on fries The place was clean... out of forks.. not very inviting or warm. So if you want to drop in an uninviting place to grab an expensive burger -dry and bland burger. This is your place. I'm a little grumpier than usual because raising the prices should not include lower standards . With top-- 15 percent because they hand you a cup and bring your burger out... and you bus your own table... it was over 40 with the tip. For two burgers and fries. Tired of overpaying for regular food.

There are a few tables outside, right by the door. There are signs that make it clear they are non smoking tables. We decided to eat inside, were seated right away and our server came quickly. She told us what some of the popular burgers were and we made our selections based on that. I had the Jamaican burger cooked medium. This burger was cooked perfectly, had good flavor, was topped with a sweet and spicy jerk sauce. It was everything that I expected. My friend had the Brie burger and his daughter had the smash burger and they both said those burgers were very good as well. Our server was attentive to our needs throughout our meal. I would definitely go back again.

Tonight was "trivia night", which, while we didn't play, we did enjoy trying to guess the answers. Our grand daughter's face was a big "O" of amazement when realizing the upper tables were enjoying roasting their marshmallows at their table...when she was told they were making s'mores...she went nuts! She's so excited to get tableside s'mores! My wings were even better than they were last time since there was an addition of seasonings sprinkled on them along with the dill pickles, but unfortunately, our cheeseburger pizza suffered from not having enough mustard and ketchup base to it, the tomatoes were enormous chunks and so were red onions. It made it very difficult to eat without things falling all over your clothing since they were such huge chunks on top of the tiny pieces of pizza. My husband got the steak bomb sub, son got a pepperoni Stromboli, daughter in law got the Sharon's Brie burger, grand daughter the child's cheeseburger and fries. Our apps were the garlic knots, mild wings (10) and fried cheese curds with sriracha ranch dipping sauce. Everything was okay, except that it took forever for everything to come out, compared to our first visit. Even our s'mores seemed to take forever. The quickest part of the whole visit was the bill . The fella that waited on us the first time was on point. Not saying that the young lady waiting on us was rude or anything, but I think she was trying to do too many things at once and some things just fell by the wayside. Last visit we came in on a Saturday as well, but perhaps some people are just better at multitasking? I don't know. This time, our bill was over $200 with tip, but we still brought home food again. Not a lot compared to the last time, only 2 little pickle wings (I still can't get enough of those darn things!) and maybe 4 slices of pizza. My husband's loaded tots weren't to his liking, so there's something even for the dog tomorrow We may stay away for awhile and see if they manage to work out some kinks. If anything, the best rule is consistency. If the food preparation is not consistent every time you go to eat there, there's a problem. There should be NO deviation just because someone else is cooking it. All recipes should be the same. Twice we've ordered the same items and they've been different. I still recommend this place for great vibes, cocktails, food and the tableside s'mores. There's just nowhere else like it!

In addition to the Home and Garden show, there were horse jumping competitions and apparently some tour groups with their yellow lanyards hanging on their necks. Needless to say, we waited in line a while and had to hunt for tables and chairs. Fortunately, my wife and I "divided and conquered" as she secured a table (which we happily shared with another couple after my wife wiped it off with a wet wipe) and I stood in line to place our orders. I ordered the Southwest Burger ($17) and my wife ordered the Patty Melt ($14.75). Both came with fries. We just had water. The wait was longer than we thought (the place was truly packed). My burger had good flavor but thought the burger patty was a bit overdone for my tastes. My wife liked her patty melt and thought it was full of flavor as well but would've preferred the marble rye to be grilled instead of toasted. All in all, despite the crowd which we thought may have affected their execution a bit, we thought of our experience a positive one. We might consider trying out their breakfast when we decide to head back out to WEC for a Sunday service in their quaint chapel. NOTE: I neglected to take pictures since the long wait left us famished.

The Southwest Burger looked promising with its chipotle aioli and candied bacon, it was a gastro-enthusiast's masterpiece, but the service? Yikes. Many other interesting burgers, sandwiches, shakes, and cake concoctions were on the menu, but my decision was set in stone. The anticipation of that first bite of the burger was going to cure my animalistic hunger as we headed to the counter and met with the cashier, Denise. She literally sounded like a robot requesting the choice of hamburgers and toppings. Then rudely explained the credit card payment options. I thought to myself, am I on a hidden camera television show? Absolutely zero personality, which sadly just severely diminished my highly anticipated Ralph's Burgers experience. Wait there's more...Emotionally defeated, I made payment for the food and still left a $12.00 TIP for Denise to merely enter my order into the computer. We all self-serve at the fountain drink station and find comfortable refuge at a quaint table. About ten minutes later, Denise yells my name alerting me that our food order was ready and I instantly acknowledged. Oddly, she yells to me, "I Need Hands!!!", as she just stood motionless behind the counter holding two of our food trays. It felt like a walk of shame to take possession of our food. Took a few minutes to shake off our initial contact with Denise and finally dug into that beautiful long awaited burger. Holy smokes, the chipotle and candied bacon were integrated perfectly with the juicy cooked beef along with big golden onion rings as a perfect sidekick. The World Equestrian Center provides unparalleled service at their luxurious estate, which I have witnessed during my stay, thus, if aware, this type of unprofessionalism toward customers and guests would never be tolerated. This experience definitely makes for an interesting holiday memory! It's just a shame that something as simple as friendly service couldn't make it even more memorable.
