The service was horrible, the food was very greasy! I thought Jasper's had a reputation of being a pretty decent place to eat,but I guess I heard wrong Will never step foot in that place again. read more

I'm glad that this place is still here. Their happy hour is great and has a lot of options. Anytime of the day is great. I need to try their brunch one day. read more

I've always loved Jaspers. The crab dip is the main reason for going. However, this past Sunday, I was astounded by the staff. I took a friend out for their birthday and we went to Jaspers for Brunch on 11/3/19. Well, after a fabulous brunch, I went back across the bridge to VA and realized I left my money pouch in the restaurant. I called and someone had turned it in. They kept it safe and when I went to pick it up, my money was still in there. That says a lot for our waiter (her name was T, I believe), the bussing people and the overall staff. Anyone could have taken that money but they didn't. So on top of the exceptional service and food, there are good, honest, hardworking people there who treat others like they want to be treated. read more

Jaspers might've been on of the most concise eye places tO eat around my house. Jasper serve great food, well I thought they did. I ordered the spicy shrimp and mushroom pasta got my husband salmon for myself and chicken strips for my son. My husband don't eat meat so all he ate was the pasta and a bite of my salmon. My son chicken strip dinner had too many pieces of chicken so I took two out and ate it... who told me to do that??? Now my son and me is suffering from food poison! All weekend it's coming out of both openings. My son is 8 he jumped out of bed and dashed to the bathroom where he was in there for about an hour complaining about his stomach! Me myself I was sweating hot cold throwing up pooping crying and weak! RUN DONT GO TO JASPERS! After posting on fb about my experience... several of my fb friends said this happen to them as well at JASPERS in largo RUNNNNNNNN read more

The bartender is THE WORST. The daytime bartender has an attitude, never smiles, hardly speaks, and NEVER BRINGS BREAD when you ask. I asked the 3:00 pm bartender for some bread and butter and he got it to me in literally 2 minutes. Why couldn't she? We spend 120.00 at the bar and you can't bring me some bread. I wish I could have only left a tip for the gentleman that came on duty at 3pm. read more

Food was good, drinks were good, but I was wondering why my server was so forgetfull, lazy, and slow and then I found out it was because it was after 10pm so they automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill no matter the size of your party smh. read more

Good looking setup inside with ample tv screens. The Jamaican grille special along with the spicy shrimp and chicken pasta entree were especially good, although very spicy. The server we had was a bit wacky LOL. But still worth the trip. read more

Drinks and food was pretty good!! I haven't been in a while but the costumer has always been superior when I patron there

Definitely come for the Sunday brunch! I've been for brunch 3 times now and its fantastic. Waffles, omelletes, potatoes burrito bar, dessert table, fruit table, and the lunch bar all to pick from. Highly recommend coming! Just a bit pricey I would say. read more

First time coming to Jasper's to eat and service was horrible. First, our server (Marquel) felt unbothered and did not give his best service. He approached the table without identifying who he was. I ordered the Caribbean Beach Party because of the fresh slice pineapple; however, my drink came out without it; therefore, I asked Marquel about the pineapple, he asked oh would you like it? I mean was that a serious question it clearly states on the menu it comes with a pineapple. Second, I ordered the chicken Jumbalya entree with linguine and my plate came with rice instead (not the biggest problem). When I said something to Marquel, he responded like ohh it was the kitchens fault cause he put in linguine but he was clearly walking away from the table. He never apologized or came back to address the mistake. read more

The service was decent. However, when it came to drinks, the service was horrific. Only asked for water with a lemon, yet had to wait about 40 minutes just for another waiter to come and order again. The wait time is also another issue. After being told we will have a 45 minute wait, me along with my family decided to wait in the car for 30. But once again as soon as we stepped in we were told we had to wait longer. The food was decent, although the appetizers are just as much as main course meals. This place is either a hit or miss. read more

Very basic food the prices are too high for the food to be so basic and the menu is a short selection. Alcoholic Drinks well that's another story it use to be very worth it but now I taste nothing like no alcohol or very little was put in it. Smh I won't go back. read more

The service is great the food is great but the noise level this establishment is ridiculous! These people that come here are loud af and the staff should at least tell these people to calm down and not get so excited when they are sitting next to each other smh! read more

Very nice on the inside but doesn't fit the menu. It's very..basic. Not that it's a bad thing but the prices are way too high for such mediocre food. I'd come back if I was in the area , not come out of my way to eat here. read more

Great food and great atmosphere! They have awesome drinks and really yummy brunch! I go almost every week!

This place is a meat market for singles and players. I dont like to each in such atmospheres. The food was OK nothing to jump up and down about. I came here as Out Back had a long wait. I should have waited. read more

The service here is horrible. The food is nothing special. I use to go for the spinach dip but the last time I went that didn't even taste the same. read more

Def a place for happy hours and appetizer's. the food is ok, nothing special. this time the chips were stale, but the strength of their drinks make up for a lot..it is really a hang out spot. read more

I LOVE JASPERS! lol I've been to this place several times and every time is awesome. The food is great, they serve these huge great drinks, and the servers are always very professional. The only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is because they only allow you to get happy hour if you sit in the bar area and that's not always conducive to larger parties. Other than that... it's great. If you go, you gotta have the tiger wings...they're to die for! read more

Nice neighborhood place good wings good drinks nice bartenders until today I had the displeasure of meeting the rudest person at the bar today his name is Kelson B he only works weekends and I only almost always come weekdays for happy hour andI wish I didn't like I said before its a pretty nice neighborhood bar this guy ignored me and my friends for over 30 mins even after being call multiple times it was really sad luckily another bartender was able to get our check and desserts and happily send us on our way KELSON B should really take time to b nice to all guest. and in my opinion I wouldn't let him wait on me ever again I would rather go someplace else on the weekend read more

This place is great! Friendly staff, good music, sports if you want it, but not in your face, and awesome food!!

This rating is for the meal(only..not facilities) I had today. I tried the Jamaican grill ( steak, crab cake, shrimp and bell pepper slices). It this was the first time trying this dish and I don't know if this is the way it's supposed to taste or what. I didn't taste anything Caribbean or Jamaican about it. Seemed to be doused in a hot sauce that was watery. The shrimp tasted like they were frozen and tossed in to the mix of sauce...hence watery consistency. I opted for plain rice. Came with a slight flavor (not jasmine..maybe butter), but it was kind of hard..still needed to be steamed a little longer. So if you are looking for something Jerk..This is not it. Oh! Crab cake....nah! Not while it was sitting in that sauce. read more

Gave this place a try because my husband was craving some jumbalaya while on our trip to DC. Prices were decent aside from the soup, but the food and service were excellent. read more

Crab dip is the way to start every meal here... I always use the bread that comes out prior to to dip in the crab dip. For my meal I mostly go for the delicious turkey burger and sweet potato fries... Most of the drinks here are a lil too strong for my taste, but if you like a strong drink you should order the Grape Martini it was good.. read more

I went here with some friends from out of town this past weekend. The food wasn't bad. We all had some variety of chicken sandwiches that they offer. The fries were actually pretty good considering that I hate just about everyones french fries lately. We also had quite a few drinks. The Long Island I had was strong enough and tasted pretty good. One of my friends had a Strawberry Mojito and said it was too sweet. My other buddy had some drink called the "Darth Vader" and he proceeded to down it in less than five minutes which was crazy due to its size! All in all, I think it's an alright neighborhood spot for me considering I live about 5 mins from this place. The drinks and food were ultimately fine and I think the next time I go it will be for the brunch that I'm hearing so much about. read more

Fantastic food and amazing service! Plan to come back and try the rest of the menu. Crab dip was outstanding. Very pleased with the portion size and variety of options. read more

First time here - great service by Kenny. Shrimp was wonderful, nice light coating. as was the club sandwich. After a stressful morning, it was a very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely return. read more

This is in reply to Philip. You did not offer a refund if i could provide the name. I actually provided you the name. You requested for me to have her call and provide her information. Your server wasn't competent enough to get the information correct in person, why would we trust your establishment with sensitive information over the phone?!?! I even questioned you by saying if I was charged for the wrong table's meal would I not be refunded...you said that didn't matter because the charge was authorized since the credit card slip was signed....even though it was not my signature or even matching names. Essentially I was penalized for your server's mistake! Giving one star is very generous considering your demeanor and unprofessionalism when we spoke. read more

It's a nice place. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is upbeat. The food was good and the drinks were ridiculously strong(a plus in my book). The only problem we had was the service. Our waitress wasn't particularly helpful. It took a long while for her to come get so much as a drink order. Food took even longer. My friend ordered the brownie sundae to go. When we got back to our hotel room, he opened it to find just the brownie, no ice cream or anything else. And we were charged full price for it! read more

The service with Nicole (server) and Mercedes ( trainer) was superb. Drinks by Pete were excellent. Food was great, until I took a bite of a spicy tiger wing flat piece, with a suprisingly thick piece of long black curly hair, notted at the end, was in my mouth. I literally threw up in the napkin! I informed the manager, George Joseph, who apologized for this disgusting episode and walked away, never ro return, until I requested to.speak with him again. Mr. Joseph did not extend other menu options, nor did he make adjustments to our check for the disservice that was experienced. He minimized the situation. On top of everything, Mr. Joseph lacked empathy, compassion, and concern. After the fact, he offered an insulting $15.00 gift certificate, as if I plannned to eat here again. His customer service ethics were below expectations. Outside of management and the long curly hair, fried into my wings, staff definitely deserves 5 stars. However, due to poor management, I give this restaurant 2 stars. I frequent this location a few times a week and have always been satisfied. After this appalling incident, and lack of care by management, I will not order food at this establishment EVER again. read more

Second time I have visited here. First visit was Sunday brunch which fills up quick. Good thing we skipped church had short wait. We did take out- I love the curbside service. read more

I love the tuscan shrimp! I always get a Long Island or the Hahn Merlot and this appetizer. It's my favorite. I have had the blue cheese burger and it was pretty good but there is no dish like the Tuscan shrimp dish with the fried zuchini. In fact I may go there for happy hour when I get off from work Wednesday. There are different crowds that come thru but you're in Largo not Beverly Hills. read more

Great Sunday brunch and even better Happy Hour on Friday night.

We went here for a birthday dinner last weekend and it wasn't a good experience. A few members of our party enjoyed their food but the majority complained about the food being bland. Mine was so-so. The service was the biggest downfall, this is a place where they aren't taught to keep glasses of water full and check on patrons regularly, etc. Poor management in general. I think people come here for the bar, but I wouldn't recommend it for dining. I'm big on good customer service so this place gets just one star. read more

Had a great time with my homegirl. Our server Jordan was the bomb, the food was great and the drinks were awesome! Went during happy hour ( which is 4pm to close on weekdays except Friday) during the USA World Cup game. A great time!!! read more

John the bartender was GREAT! There are a lot of happy hour options as far as drinks and food so there's something for everyone.

Typical American cuisine choices. It's a nice venue a decent restaurant nothing fancy. Customer service is mediocre. Prices are decent. Brunch -not impressed. Typical usual choices buffet style. Not too bad or super great restaurant. read more

After a long day at work out was good to come to a place where it was laid back and relaxed. It was great because the happy hour prices gave me 30% off appetizers which were excellent by the way. The server was great and the atmosphere was cool to. It's a bit far from home but wish it with friends read more

My visit was excellent. The restaurant had a nice Friday evening lively vibe. The food was good! I highly recommend the crab cakes! We received exceptional service from Delonte. He was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Superb service! He should be utilized for training of other servers. Delonte represented Jasper's in stellar fashion. read more
