Horrible service! Jasper's in Largo Md you must do better!!! I was very disappointed in the quality of service I received tonight. My friend and I came in around 6:40 pm and was seated right away but everything went down hill from there. We sat almost 15 minutes before we were greeted after having to ask for our waiter which caused me to miss any last min happy hour I could take advantage of. Throughout the night we continued to get neglected because our waiter Nicole had one large party and was helping out with another party of 25. We asked for the manager (Carl Jones) and he was very rude and uncaring once the situation was explained to him. Never offered us anything, although he claims he did. I asked him if he could comp my appetizer that I orderd to go and he tells me no. And when I asked him why he has no explanation. I asked him what could he do about our dissatisfaction and he tells me nothing but refers me to the GM (phil mottley) Needless to say I won't be going to this establishment again. I have never been treated so poorly. I should've gone to the Outback instead. read more

Came here on December 21 with a bunch of co-workers. The waiter was a real nice guy but has no idea on how to check on his table. When we could catch/find him which seemed to be in 20-30 intervals .... it took another 15-20 to get another drink. He never once asked if we were ok or needed anything. Then after finally hunting him down again to pAy the check, he disappears again. . I'll go back but I won't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have so much to say! Came here on a Sunday night (today 3/1/20) hungry for crab dip! I waited about 30 min for someone to release a seat in the self seat bar area. Once my friend & I actually got a seat, it took another 35 min to get a sweet tea & order food. Moving forward, the entire table (including people we don't know) all got their food at the same time! Why?! My burger came out pink although I asked for medium well never got a sweet tea refill, complained to 2 managers who never came to out table or rescue! It wasn't u til the 3rd manager came out the a new burger, that I actually felt like they were listening. 2hrs later I'm still here while only eating crab dip & ready to leave. By far THEE WORST experience I've had at this establishment. read more

Love the atmosphere at Jaspers great place to hang out with friends and meet new people. The food is ok too.

I love the Jasper's henny side car and spinach dip. It's cheaper to get the spinach dip during happy hour. I've tried a few of the other vegetarian options like the sandwich and some of the sides but the spinach dips out shines them all I receive the best service at the bar read more

So clearly the manager didn't read that I was over the age of 21 and from somewhere outside of Maryland so his comment about Maryland underage drinking was null and void in regards to my situation. Some states just started implementing horizontals and/or don't require you to get a new ID when you turn 21 so you're going to alienate them from coming in your restaurant when you can just check to see if it's a true ID and skip all of this. Clearly nobody in management actually tried to understand what I was saying. read more

I'm giving the two stars for service, because service was good today the young man was very attentive. The food was horrible. I was so caught up in it I forgot to take photos of what I had. I had the pork chops grilled which were very, may I repeat very bland! I had to ask for steak sauce to make them taste like something and then they still were a mess. I also had sweet pot side it was to full of pecans. Come on people lets taste the pot! The cesear salad was too cheesy. Why put all the parm on top of a salad I wanna taste the lettuce and dressing at least darn! Operation don't order these items again from Jasper's!!!!!!! read more

Haven't been to jaspers in over a year when I lived in the largo area, I always got the wings because the sauce was a hit and they seemed to be fresh always... not this day I ordered takeout took a extra ten minutes after pulling up but I didn't complain good fresh food takes time sometimes I ordered a double order of wings half bbq half hot, not only was the wings DRY(super well done) the sauce seemed to be drizzled over the wings like a rush job didn't get any celery and one ranch dressing for twenty wings ..really disappointed especially when I drove thirty minutes because I wanted was some Jaspers Wings read more

Crab sandwich is small, lumpless and bland. Lobster bisque was decent, def not lobster but crab. Salmon was decent, shrimp was ok. Average.

Soooooooo, if you want to know what it's like to openly get got then the Jasper's in Largo is the place for you. Our individual checks were presented to my party @ 10:07.......coincidentally 7 minutes after the automatic 18% gratuity is automatically added to your check......good thing I am a practicing Christian read more

Strong drinks and nice people. The seafood is yummy too. Bar fills up quickly on weekends so get there early but it's worth the wait.

The food here is just ok but the drinks are definitely the best part. Also the restaurant stays open late even on week nights giving you a late night option. I usually stick to the happy hour menu which is discounted around the bar area. The crab dip is pretty good and so are the wings. The drinks are amazing and priced reasonably. read more

I've NEVER had a problem in Jasper's until tonight.... poor customer service from our server, Diamond, made us NOT want to pay the automatic gratuity AND prompted us to vacate our seats for the bar. Mediocre customer service dictates that you clean the tables - especially when it's requested twice; take our order promptly or AT LEAST acknowledge us; and not cop an attitude when we leave for better pastures (body language is EVERYTHING).... I guess diamonds AREN'T a girl's best friend... read more

Great atmosphere and good food! Jasper's has a history of greatness which is hard to find in this area. I've never had a bad experience with Jaspers and I've been coming here for years! Keep up the good work! read more

The service was bad, the food wasn't good or seasoned, and the wait was 2 hours. The only thing I enjoyed was my hurricane and that could have used more alcohol because it tasted like straight up pineapple juice. I don't think I will ever spend money at this establishment again. read more

Its a gift & curse with this place. One day everything is awesome, a week later it stinks (literally). Bartenders need to stop using dirty cloths to wipe the bars & tables, its gross & smells like ass. Drinks are either too strong or straight up horrible. Just because you pour half the bottle in a glass does not mean it taste great. I think the only reason people come here is because its convenient & you don't have to travel downtown to get a damn cocktail. Either way it's the most wishy washy place around town & they need to do better. read more

Nice place for happy hour but wouldn't recommend for parties at all my reservation got screwed up. The manager that was in duty (foreign guy) was rude and not accommodating. Service was ok although couldn't been better but it seemed as if they was trying their best. i paid for crab dip to go and never received it. ‍ read more

Use to come to this place when I was under thee tender age of 18 but only came for their brunch which always hit the spot. I came here once after that for dinner but I barely remember it so I feel as if that does not count. Came here with the boo thing and had a great time. The bartender was good and prompt and the crowd was pleasant (Maybe because I'm from literally around the corner I'm use to the crowd. But they are way far from bad aren't even rowdy). Only reason I give four stars is because the calamari was very greasy and they sauce they provided was smooth and did not contrast the grease stuck in the batter. (Marinara sauce anybody!) Disappointed food wise and may give them another chance if I'm in the mood. But drink wise #winning read more

Absolutely love this place been here numerous times and service has always been great food great atmosphere great 5

blah! This review is for Sundary brunch. Was dragged here by the hubs last Sunday, it was his bday weekend, so I had to suck it up. We got here early so there was no wait (thank goodness) but the place quickly filled up. The buffet is ok, not a big fan of any of the "lunch foods." I basically ended up eating some waffles, cheese eggs, and fruit (which was not the best). A meal I could have gotten from Bob Evans for much cheaper. Hubby seemed to enjoy his food, but he'll literally eat anything. Would have gotten 3 stars, but the lines for the breakfast food/waffles were ridiculous. I don't like to wait when I'm hungry. read more

I don't know what looked better, my food or Dazz. You should add him to the desert menu... Great, attentive service, timely and worth the price point. The next time I am in town I will be back for the amazing food and eye candy. read more

Great on Thursday - Saturday nights . Joyce is the BEST waitress , such great energy ! Requesting her and Bryant everytime me and my friends come for a great night out ! read more

I mean it's Jasper's LMAO.....It's the same and the food is still kind of bland in my opinion but the drink specials are on point. Love it!

The food is bad, the service is bad & the security is BAD!!! Apparently there is a theft ring that works out of the Jasper's parking lot. My car along with several others got broken into while I was here. There are two security guards and cameras and NONE OF THEM WORK!!!! Don't go here unless you want to get robbed!!!!! read more

Outstanding bar service on Thurs evening. The crab cocktail appetizer is amazing!

Male waiter thought I was too intoxicated and tried to make me pay double for my bill!!! The General Manager was beyond disrespectful and lacked customer service skills completely! read more

I'm usually a fan, bit tonight was less than perfect. The server was slow and lost. Crab dip was horrible, spinach dip was ok. I ordered a steak that was like shoe leather. I will be back I just know what not to order next time read more

First time at this establishment; was welcomed with open arms by staff and fellow patrons. The food and drinks were flowing and tasty. Would for sure come back again. read more

I will start with the good things! The food and drinks were amazing; very well-made and prepared as always. The waiter was not very nice to me. I was with a party of 10. But for some reason I was the only one treated rudely. I ordered an appetizer and a drink from the bar. When the waiter came back with the drinks, the others in my party ordered an appetizer. Their appetizer and the bread was brought to the table but my appetizer was missing in action. The others in my party, finished their appetizer and I still had no appetizer. Without me inquiring, the waiter says he will check on it and 3 minutes later it came. Not too long after... the food came out. Everyone received their food in a courteous manner but my food was shoved on the table, the plate hitting my arm because he could not be patient as I moved my appetizer plate to the side. The waiter left the table for a long period of time and did not ask if we needed anything before he departed. He came back about seven minutes later and asked if we needed anything, by then everyone was halfway through the meal. I honestly love Jasper's but every time I have come the service stops me from giving it five stars. Improve the service please! read more

3 of us ordered steaks and all three were overcooked. The sweet potato casserole was delicious. Service was worse than average WRT speed and hospitality. read more

jasper's ribeye is pretty good and try the strawberry lemonade. But I usually drink here they actually serve 1738!

The worst food, customer service, and management I have ever experienced since moving to the #DMV. Never again.

Ok, let's be super honest- if you ever had their tiger wings you know that's the REAL reason why you return. Usually, if I order wings from anywhere I have to emphasize "well done/really crispy/fried hard" but JASPER's gets me !!! OMG from first bite, I was in absolute admiration. The wings were so crispy on the outside but succulent and moist on the inside that I almost ordered more to take home for later. Let's talk about that tiger sauce -- perfect balance of sweet heat. Like a good Asian zing or General Tso... I could drink it by the gallon. In addition to my wings, which came as a lunch special (8 wings and a side) I also had mashed potatoes loaded (with no upcharge). The potatoes were "eh" not cheesy enough if you ask me but my friend DEVOURED hers. Service was about the same as well, nothing to rave about. Thank you Jasper for raising the bar with your Tiger Wings. I'd return simply for the best wings I've ever had. read more

Both appetizer and entree delivered barely lukewarm. At the entree, I asked for the manager. He acted as though I was bothering him by explaining the food was cold. He did redeliver it and offered a dry apology but I was expecting a bit more, when a customer explains that 2 out of 2 of their dishes arrived cold. Not monetary but at least act like you care! read more

For a sports bar, the food was good. My expectations were exceeded. I had the spicy tiger flavored shrimp, and, in my opinion, they weren't spicy at all. They were good though. The customer service was excellent and the bathrooms were clean. I'd definitely visit again. read more

I went there last nite and it was ok.. not the best.. but the Cesar Salad had a very.good taste

Its a shame because the food is actually good here. The host's attitude was atrocious, and she shouldn't have been in the front seating people if her attitude reflected dog do do. The manager apologized for bad behavior. Its disconcerting to have to deal with people who don't look like they want to be there. Go with caution. read more

I came here for dinner and ordered the stuffed tilapia and it was absolutely to die for the only thing I'm not a fan of is after 9:00 gratuity is automatically added which means the service sucked both times Ive been here after 9:00 but the food id great read more

Looking 4 brunch ? Skip this place. Seriously. I came on Sunday and sat at the bar. The bartender Pete was awesome and made a great Sangria. The brunch selections were sub par and not at all satisfying. The waffles were thick and bland, Omelette station was annoying after having to have my order made three times because the guy kept messing it up; I ended up tossing it after noticing it was under cooked. I did manage to find some other items that were 1/2 way decent to full me up. I won't be back, $20 plus is too much for mess for breakfast. Unless I need to grab a few drinks I'd be elsewhere for brunch. read more

I went for Happy Hour, which only saved $1 off cocktails ($2off beer), & offered discounted food options. My Mega Margarita was weak for $11.25. However, they fixed that with a strong Hurricane for $10.50!! For food, I recommend the crab & shrimp dip as well as the side of sweet potato casserole. Both were amazing!! read more
