Jasper's is so good! My friends and I showed up on a Sunday, right before they closed. The folks working were very accommodating and friendly, even though they knew they were going to have to stay a little later than usual A+++ service. The burgers here are awesome! Locally sourced, grass fed beef, combined into many MANY interesting burgers. I got the Lone Ranger (raspberry jam, cream cheese, jalapenos and an onion ring) and it was killer! The fries are great, made just right. The sweet potato fries and tots are great too (though I only tried my friends' orders). We will be back! Hopefully earlier next time. =) read more

Went here for lunch and it was full, the food was good, everyone was super friendly and they even brought dog ice cream for our dogs. I was very disappointed with the wait though. A table that was seated well after us had already been served and were getting ready to leave by the time we got our food. I think we waited at least an hour for food. I'm not sure if she forgot to put our order in or what happened. But what was supposed to be a quick stop for lunch definitely was not quick. read more

This place is great! Jade was our waitress who totally made our whole experience. She was super friendly and helpful when it came to questions about the menu. Service was quick and the food tasted amazing. I came with my family, 6 of us, just visiting from California and we found Jasper's on yelp. So glad we came across this place and would highly recommend it to others. The ambiance is cute and small town with mostly outside seating and some inside. They had the place decorated for the 4th of July which is always fun. They were out of tater tots which was a little sad. The Little Yellow Jacket burger, Jiffy burger, onion rings, and sidewinder appetizer were our favorites! Only suggestion is that they extend their dinner hours to stay open a little later. But I'm from California and maybe it's a smaller town/Oregon thing where restaurants close early at 7pm. We were in Medford and looking for a solid burger experience. Jasper's was a great choice. The wait time, though off-putting for some perhaps, was not too bad and told me we must be into something good. The hostess was very friendly, came outside, and signed us in. She also offered to get us drinks while we waited. We looked over the menus and I was enthusiastic to try the various types of meat, including elk, wild boar, axis deer, and kangaroo. I chose the Jackaroo Burger and loved it! It was mouth watering. Good size juicy burger with all the trimmings. For the fearful out there, they do have the classic beef cheeseburgers and a large selection of other sandwiches with various toppings as well. Used to be great - what a HUGE disappointment they've become. 1/3 lb. burger was dried out, 1 measly, thin tomato slice, no distinguishable mayo, mustard or relish, wilted lettuce, cold bun (seriously?!?!). Sad, soggy sweet potato fries.... all that after an hour wait. Sorry Jaspers, you've outgrown your capacity and I probably won't be back. read more

I ordered a burger as soon as they opened, and it still took 35 minutes to get my food. In my opinion the quality is the same as Carls Jr for more than double the price. Each burger does not come with fries, and a large order was surprisingly smalI, plus they were obviously frozen. I will not be going back to this place under any circumstances. I wanted to start by saying I love Jaspers and am a big fan and have eating there for years. However a recent experience has left me soured and I am not sure I can eat here again. I placed an order today for a Southern burger my favorite, a Mushroom burger, a Terri-pine with no onions, and an order of fries which was repeated back to me several timesI agree with past reviewers that they are small and only have a few tables so called in my order during an off time and to go. My order was ready when I got there and they even gave my dog a frozen treat. I took my order and left. When I got home my Mom's burger the Teri-pine had onions in it despite I had asked not to have them and she refused to even eat it and I had to make her something else. My Dad's burger the Mushroom burger was fine. However they gave me the wrong burger a Smokey. Now I understand that mistakes can be made but they weren't very busy. I called to complain at the man who answered the phone was quite flippant about the whole thing and insisted the entire time I had ordered the Smokey. I mentioned the onions and that my Dad has severe food allergies and he didn't care and suggested that maybe we eat elsewhere. Places in the past that have acted like this I can't even chance eating at with my Dad's allergies. I plan on going in this next week and asking to have the guy who answered the phone to be fired. Unfortunately I fear I may have lost one of my favorite eating sports and will not be back. read more

Got here at about 6:30 on a Wednesday. Place was pretty full so I figured it would be good. I was just visiting so I didn;t know what to expect. I was blown away. The burgers were awesome. I had a buffalo bill with buffalo meat. It was amazing. The frier was down so i didn't try the fries, but i didn't need to. This place was a true find. My burger was about $8. They have anything you could wish for on a burger, and a few things that sound just awful, but are delicious! There dogs are good too, decent beer and ok wine selection. After ordering our food, the server asked if we'd like to wait in our car and they'd bring our order to our us since it's a tiny space and was fairly packed. We agreed and went to our car, watched the sun go down and after about an hour of waiting my boyfriend decided to go in. They never apologized for forgetting to bring our order out... and in fact acted as though it had just been finished. I called and a girl named (Rachel) answerd and I was explaining this to her and she laughed and hung up...
