I wanted to try the kangaroo so I didn't want any other junk on it (avocados, bacon, pulled pork, jalapeno poppers, etc. that all of the burgers on the menu have) that would pull away from the flavor of the meat. Service was excellent. The server offered different sauces that would compliment the burger so I chose a honey bbq which was just mild enough to add a little zing to the burger.
